  1. Parzival will continue to swear his allegiance to Avalonia. And Zamorah will support Avalonia with troops if necessary. Although Parzival is not currently aware of it, he will be reunited with his beloved Avalonia in the future. But for now, he remains in Kaliphlin where he and his party continue to try to find their way and their memories. If you want to read more about his journey you can start here with the first chapter or start here att the last part in the story. If you want to know more about Zamorah and tasks 1 to 6, you can read it here. Here is a picture of Parzival (in the middle) and his party.
  2. Thanks. My initial idea was to incorperate this in to my last build as a extra bonus. But it became a seperate chapter in ny story. I have one small MOC before a bigger in the story. I hope a bit of exhibition stress comes in place so I can finnish it 😆 This is the kind of feedback that you only find here. Superb feednack! Mybe @adde51 has made a Free build register for tgos when i posted it first time. Hahahah that's awesome. Times fly by
  3. First of all, I would like to apologize to everyone for the long response time. I have been AFL (away from Lego) for a while now. Sorry! Thanks alot. It was a clear vision in ny head. But it was a bit if a challange to make it work. Thanks. The fun with Microscale ia to find those NPUs Thanks. I took the picture in front if the TV. So the background is a AI generated picture on my TV that is also givibg the MOC the light from behind Thanks alot. I'm trying to be as accurate as possible with what was previously stated in the lore regarding Kaliphlin. So a good way to describe where it all takes place is to use maps. I like maps in general but also that there are good maps in GoH. Thank you Tack så mycket
  4. The journey of Parzival Chapter II, part V Finding a boat [Previous Chapter, Chapter II, Part IV - The maps] Z and his crew went further west to avoid the city by the river. It was far too dangerous if there were already enemies and the mage's henchmen there. They made it to an oasis by the river where the river had created a pool of calm water. It was evening when they arrived so they decided to try to rest in the shelter of the trees during the night and then make their way to the water the next day. Early in the morning they got ready and crept closer to the water. Just as they had predicted, there were several small fishing boats on the beach and nets and fishing equipment were hanging to dry in the sun. No people could be seen near the boats this early in the morning. Hammer and Pointy went down to one of the boats while the rest of the party made their way around the pool to a sandbar by the river. Hammer and Pointy then came and picked up the others. Right-Eye had managed to get hold of some fishing equipment which they took with them in the boat. "- I hope that we all can agree that we are just borrowing this boat and equipment?" Hooves whispered. But the other were silent They paddled slowly out to the river and let the current carry them further west. (A MOC done by Andreas Lenander (Adde51) 2021 that he photographed with my figs)
  5. How wonderful that it's time for the next book. It's long awaited. And for my part, it doesn't matter that it's taken a little time because I myself have had setbacks now and then in my building. But GoH is always what draws me back to the Lego room. I have so many ideas and stories that I would like to build. Thank you to everyone involved for your work. It's very much appreciated, you should know! Parzival af Drachen will continue to swear his allegiance to Avalonia. And an update of SigFig will also be coming soon. I look forward to building for GoH and also to receiving all the rewarding and constructive feedback that you are all so good at giving! //Z
  6. The journey of Parzival Chapter II, part IV The Maps [Previous Chapter, Chapter II, Part III - The goat-farmer] After leaving the goat farmer's house, they all went north. Pretty soon they discovered that Left-Eye wasn't with them. “- Where is Left-Eye?” Z asked “- I don't know, he walked at the back all the time. And I haven't seen him since we left the house,” Hammer said Just then, Left-Eye came running up to them from behind. “- Look, I found some maps” Left-Eye said with a smile on his face "- You can't just find maps" Right-Eye replied brusquely. "- Yes yes, so maybe found was the wrong word, maybe i meant more like borrowed. Or at least borrowed indefinitely” Left-Eye said laughing. “- Have you stolen the maps? From who then” Hooves asked "- I took it from that stupid farmer in the shed over there while you were caught his attention" Left-Eye replied with a foul grin. "- But he helped us, you can't steal from him!" Z said encouragingly "- Oh, it was just an old farmer. He had nothing else of value than these two maps. But we need maps to find Barqa” Left-Eye replied "- It's not right that you stole the maps. But we can't go back and leave the maps anyway. We need to know the way to Barqa, and with maps we don't have to ask for directions. But I'll take care of them” Hammer said, ripping the maps out of Left-eye's hands. "- And going forward, we will discuss what we are doing. We must do this as a group if we are to survive. We are still hunted and the desert is treacherous.” Said Z Everyone nodded slowly except Left-Eye who made a face and turned his head away. Z got an ominous feeling inside when he saw Left-Eye's reaction. If they start arguing within the group, it won't go well. But there was something in Left-Eye's eyes that felt wrong. His eyes almost sparkled as he talked about how he stole the map. They had all met the same fate and ended up with the slave trader. But who knows who they were before their memories were taken from them. Do they have a common past or are they from different parts of Historica? Hammer unrolled the maps and they gathered around to have a look. The first map was a map of a larger area. There they could find Barqa but not Mophet. However, there was The Oil Road which was a trade route that went from east to west. That must have been the road they traveled before they got to Mophet. The second map appeared to show a smaller section of The Oil Road running from Mophet in the east to Barqa in the west where the Arkbri River empties into the sea. A logical route of transport if they were to get to Barqa. "- There we have Barqa. From Barqa we can then continue north towards Avalonia. We should be due north from Mophet, south of Arkbri River. It shouldn't be so far to the river.” Hammer said, rolling up the map. They continued their journey north and soon came to a crest of a hill in the sunset. When they reached the crest, they all stopped and looked at the beautiful landscape in the sunset light below. Down in the valley they could see a river flowing along a ridge. Here and there there were small pools of water next to the river that had created small oases of greenery. Next to the river was a small town with a city wall and many beautiful buildings. But down by the town they could glimpse a group of dark-clad figures. Pointy with her elf eyes had a much sharper look than the others. “- That doesn’t look promising,” said Pointy. “- Down by the city gate there are a bunch of dark-clad people. I can see that some have the “Eye of Maruu” mark on their shields. “- We should avoid confrontation. The whole town down there could be full of spies. We should look further west on the river. "Maybe we can find a boat near the oases on the river. Fishermen should have their boats next to the river," said Hooves. "- That sounds wise. We're moving west," said Z Next Chapter...
  7. Thanks! I can't remember hearing much about the small folk in Avalonia. It feels natural in fantasy that they exist. But they don't make much of a difference in the world. They are easily forgotten.
  8. Thanks T-86. Sorry for the late answer Thanks alot Kai. Thank you Thanks alot for the detailed comment. I'm glad you liked it! Thanks. The scale was important in this build. And I think I got it right Thanks alot! Thank you
  9. Wow. What a fantastic build! You have captured a few different scenes but still a good impression as a whole. I like the sky background which gives the building a more realistic impression. Is it edited or photographed outside? I also like that you have included a roof and vegetation behind the wall which gives the building depth. Good job!
  10. Thanks Thanks alot. It's my primary goal with builds that I show on exhibitions. That the observer wants to go into the build and walk around. The boot was the fiest thing I built. And the part that took the most time. Thanks. It is well hidden in the glass and flowers
  11. Out in the wilderness of Avalonia there are all kinds of creatures, big and small. You don't always notice them. In a meadow, some of the small folk have settled down in an old, abandoned boot. Here they grow berries from which they make good cider drinks. They are especially fond of lingonberries.
  12. Thank you very much! Those are really long and nice compliments you give. I am very grateful! I don't know if it would fit in the GoH Hall of Fame. But thanks for saying that. When you build castles, you tend to stick to one style as it usually feelplmessy to mix. But I thought you could tell that the buildings have been built in stages over the years and that it therefore differs in construction style. For example, the round tower which is a defensive structure located inside the outer wall so it looks like the outer wall was built afterwards. And that there is a difference in how worn the buildings are. When larger buildings and castles were built in the past, they were usually built over several hundred years with fires and other things in between. So the castles usually have mixed architectural influences. I thought a bit like that when I built it. I hope we get to see your megaproject soon! One tip is to have a clear deadline. I like building figures. And to get them to clearly show which social class and which profession they belong to. My Palladin is one of my favorites that I built a long time ago, like when the helmet set was released. But this is the first build that he is involved in. I don't think we'll ever see the full Zamorah in minifig scale. but I hope to be able to build more parts that can be put together into a whole. Much of what I have built is outside the city. Many thanks again for the nice feedback. Thanks alot! I'm glad you liked it!
  13. Thanks so much! It really is a build to be seen IRL. It is difficult to photograph when there are so many different scenes and details. I think wedge slopes give a soft impression that still looks more organic and menacing like teeth. The different buisinesses in the different spaces under the vaults were my starting point. But also that they would move to more free buildings the higher up you went. At the beginning I thought that it would be nice to have shed at the top to show the difference. In the past, it was people of a lower class who were allowed to live higher up in the houses, at least in medieval houses in Sweden. I vacillated between them appearing to be buried in caves rather than sticking out like this design. But I thought this looked nicer. As I wrote a comment earlier, I would have built a higher rock wall above if I only had enough bricks

  16. I'm a bit late to read about your place in Avalonia. I really like the story and your builds are great. And you have done some work in the HSS also. Great work. Keep on going!
  17. Thanks man! Maybe I will build other parts of Zamorah inspired by my micro build Thanks alot. The best response. I want to give that feeling to the observer, like kids on exhibitions. The feeling that you want to be in the MOC.
  18. Im really glad you liked it! Thanks for the great review. Ohh wow! Thanks! I'm glad you liked it Thanks! Well it was a contest but I hade this build in mind for a long time. The contest made me get my megablocks out and build it Thanks! It's alot of details and I really think it will a awesome piece on exhibitions/events to show IRL. Thanks alot man! I'm glad you liked it. It quite big and expandable also in all directions. If I had more dbg I would have extended it more up and over the build to get that overhang fell to it. Maybe something to do later.
  19. Thanks Thanks. I wanted it to look like different places from around Histroica had their own place to build a house/embassy. Thanks alot
  20. Awesome build! It will be nice with all the port builds besides each other.
  21. Thanks Thanks! It is his bodyguard the paladin (i don't know if I have a name for him yet ) Nice that you saw the werevolves in the background. It's more pics on small scenes on flickr. it's alot of small scenes. It will be a nice display pieces on events.
  22. Thanks man! It was built for exhibitions. So the last weekend I will show it for the first time. You are welcome to Sweden to have a look I made it i levels so it seems that it it climbing on the wall. If I hade more dbg pieces I would have built the cave higher. But then it would gave been harder to get in to boxes. The whole build is done in 32x32 modules. The top level is 32×16 modules that stand on top of stacks of 8 pab cups Thanks! I tried some differebt techniques for the first time in this build. Like the round tower. I would have had some more Avalonian colours in there. But I'm happy about the result anyways. I hade this in mind for some while now. I'm quite glad to get it of my head. I'm glad that the time limit for the contest was moved forward. I had a hard time to get the "own time" as a parent to build it. Thanks! It is quite big. It will be awesome on shows. The motorized elevator is a nice thing to occupy the kids with The gold is a part of Zamorahs history so I hade to put some in there. (The aurumium, a hard gold coloured metal mined in the mountain). But it is not to much but enough to be a noticable. Great! I will post more close ups on insta. On the next show I will be filming a bit also. Thanks!
  23. Here is my entry =)
