Megablocks has apparently been scared by Friends and is introudcing a Barbie themed Building Brick collection just in time for Christmas Barbie Megabloks Interesting to see this after the "media backlash" at Lego over the Friends line and stereotyping.

In the interview with the Designers they have stated that Friends is going to be a continuing line. Now that we know that is their plan should friend have it's own forum, a sub forum in city or another forum, or stay as a part of city. I am just curious. Myself, I would like to see it a sub-forum in city. While I enjoy looking at the Friends designs, It really seems to clutter the city forum when I am looking for city themed ideas. I also see the positives in giving Friends it's own Stand Alone Forum. It would be easily found place for specifically Friends related topics and builds and make it easier for new people who join specifically for friends related topics. ~LCM

Welcome to Stoneford. The town has been reset in my new home. Now for some long awaited updated pictures. It's been a looooooong time since I posted in here. Finally got back to work and got fast tracked. 40 days in I was made Assistant Manager, 6 months later I am the Store Manager. Made a big move in January and got my own place. Haven't had much time for Lego but finally have a 3 day weekend and looking forward to it. Gonna busy myself with some a new addition. I did get one new building. It's another MOD of a current set and will take/post pics of the updated Bank Building. ~LCM

3 is correct. It's actually inspired by the City Corner set. The First Floor is the Pizza Place, The side structure is the Bike Shop with a Green area for the Bus stop. The second floor will hold an apartment with Vaulted ceilings that will be themed around a CMF. I really like the way this turned out and It really keeps the feel of the "City Corner" Set. Decoration will come as I have the time. Waiting on a few things from BL before I finish it up. ~LCM

So, it's been a while since I built/displayed a MOC. I wanted to do another modular for my growing city of Stoneford. It's built but not yet decorated and still needs a few details but I figured I'd ive you a few shots of the basic sturcture. Any guesses as to what it is? ~LCM

I got a chance to stop in tonight at the Willoughby, OH City Hall and help a few members of COLTEC (Columbus, Ohio Lego Train Enthusiasts Club) set up their Lego Train display for the show tomorrow. I highly recommend stopping in tomorrow at City Hall to see the display if you live near or are in the area. I am going up in the morning and going to take some pictures. Their Display is absolutely beautiful and the camping area in the back is awesome. Guess what part I put together. LoL. I'll have some pictures up tomorrow. ~LCM
