  2. Could the Starter Set be the winner of this?
  3. I actually modified the Bank and money transfer set into a modular a while back. More pics in my photostream http://www.flickr.com/photos/legocitymann/sets/72157627018090746/with/5853783104/
  4. Love it. Now just need to add some flick-fire missiles.
  5. Yea, I thought about moving the tire size up a bit. The gap is because the roof is just "sitting" on the windows. It's not "locked" down yet as I haven't done the interior. I like the bonnet idea but I didn't have enough to pull it off. Maybe some yellow tiles. Thanks for the suggestion. Maybe Bus 2.0 will be up later tonight. ~LCM
  6. V-LB-05E I had this great design in my head. This is how it translates to building. Comments and Suggestions welcomed. I haven't done the interior yet and am thinking of tearing it apart and making it over. Would making it 8 wide be better. Would 8-wide still fit in a city with 6-wide vehicles.
  7. How about a Pizza Parlor, every small town has a mom and pop pizza joint.
  8. Beautiful Tractor LT. Your town keeps getting better and better. I an going to be working on an addition to LT Hardware soon and it gives me an idea. Brick On. ~LCM
  9. I decided to dust today and since I had my town down, I decided to take some pictures of buildings that are new or updated since the old thread. First up is the Stoneford Theatre. The interior From the fly. Next up is a HUGE mod of the old Bank/Arcade building. The Exterior The back Interior of the bank on the first floor The teller counter. The Vault The Arcade View from above The prize counter and a few games Front windows looking out and stairwell The newest building in Stoneford no one has seen. I built this just over a year ago. It is a mod of the 7641 City Corner set. The Front of the Building The side/rear view. The new museum will be sitting next to the rear side of the building. The kitchen of the Pizza Parlor The dining room. Looking out the front window The Bike Shop The second floor is the apartment of The Artist
  10. OK, got some new updates to the Museum. Made a few updates to the exterior. The first floor's first exhibit is DINOS!!! Working on a Midevil Exhibit on the First Floor as well. On the second floor we feature an Egyptian Exhibit Working in a Pirate themed area on the second floor as well. The Annex will feature Weapons and Art. Stay Tuned! I'be been working 70 hours a week, so building time is severly cut down. However I will try to get some pictures of buildings up soon.
  11. Beautiful work. I am actually working on a museum right now.Would you mind if I "borrow" a few ideas? ~LCM
  12. Picked up a 5882 Ambush Attack at Target today and got inspired, The interior of the Museum has started. Got in the Vilociraptor from that set and the ideas started flowing. Stay Tuned!!!
  13. My Entry (8x8 Vig): We're here to help! http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=75168
  14. We're here to help, Where do We sign up. The background is from the US Edition of the Sept-Oct Lego Club Calender. I had to dig hard in my Minifig tub to find those 90's Ninjas, but I had to for this contest.
  15. Go for it. I was just looking over some of your stuff and I may snag a few ideas from you as well.
  16. Well, I am at a standstill for the interior of the Museum. So, time to begin my next building. Thinking since my old coffee shop was destroyed, the next building will be a Coffee Shop on a 16x32 base.
  17. "Sunday, Sunday, Sunday, It's Monster Truck Madness!!!"
  18. The "School" building is just a copy of the Pizzeria from the City Corner. I do however like the look of the school bus. ~LCM
  19. This may be one of the most amazing things I have ever seen built out of Lego.
  20. I need some ideas for art/exhibits for the interior of the museum. Anyone got an ideas?
  21. That is exactlly the pciture I saw! Wow, What a difference looking at it close up on my moniter vs 6 feet away from the register at the lego store. Glad to know it is not the official modular.
  22. Beautifully detailed and visually stunning. I would buy this if it was an official modular. My only suggestion would be to use this part http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=88290 To put crossed swords over the door to keep the symmetry of the entrance
  23. Since the previous posts were lost, I guess I will start over. This is still a WIP but mostly due to landscaping and interior work that needs to be done. This is the first addition to my town in just over a year. After this is finished I will begin updating some of my current buildings, removing others and updating the town. Welcome to the Stoneford Museum I am not sure about the red stripes, Originally they were blue but that made it look too "Police-ish" Any thoughs, comments, or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
  24. sgeureka, that looks just like the cinema I saw, but it had a marquee above the entrance and there were signs in the windows. It was on a street with cars on it and there were minifigs going into the theatre.
  25. I have to say, I am kind of disappointed. The only sets that interest me are the burn house and the blue suitcase. The museum heist has some MOC potential, but the rest seem like rehashes of old sets we've seen over and over again. The Fire Station feels like every other one produced over the last ten years. I really hope when we see the more detailed pictures my mind will be changed. ~LCM
