  1. Thank you! Thank you! Yes, I would have preferred them in black, but they were 55 cent verses $1.50, so i went with the cheaper option. I am working on getting myself some bearskin caps though... Yes, since my sigfig was promoted to Major, I thought a change of uniform was in order. While he holds this rank that will be his new look. My goal has always been to one day raise at least 1 Division of troops to protect the settlement. So more troop raising builds will be coming the future! With the saltpeter on Quinnsville, we should have plenty of gunpowder!
  2. Thanks! I worked hard on the terrain, so I'm glad you like it! I can handle the licensing with the PR account. Now that you mention it, a factory would probably be a better fit for this particular build. Thank you!

  4. Royal Marines of Quinnsville Once the news that Oleon had led an all out assault on Terraversa, Major Nathaniel Brickford was called back from active duty on Brickford Landing to bolster the defenses of Quinnsville. Troop Inspection 1 by LM71Blackbird, on Flickr Shortly after arriving back the Mayor and the Major were both present for the first inspection of Her Majesty's new battalion Royal Marines to be stationed in Quinnsville. Troop Inspection 2 by LM71Blackbird, on Flickr And a fine looking unit they are at that! Surely they will strike fear in the hearts of Her Majesty's enemies both far and near. Troop Inspection 3 by LM71Blackbird, on Flickr ------------------------------------------- With Quinnsville reaching Large City Status, it raises my troop raising capacity to 90 men per MRCA. Here a small portion of the new battalion joining the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Quinnsville Fusiliers companies. C&C are welcome and appreciated. Thanks for looking!
  5. Miller On the outskirts of one of the local farms in Port Raleigh, a miller is hard at work producing cornmeal. Miller 1 by LM71Blackbird, on Flickr First the corn is harvested and dried. Miller 2 by LM71Blackbird, on Flickr Then the miller grinds the dried corn using the water driven mill. Miller 3 by LM71Blackbird, on Flickr -------------------------------------------- A simple build for the settlement of Port Raleigh. I'm not really happy with how the border turned out, but I committed to the design early on in the build so I just went with it. To be licensed as a Medium Artisan. @Ayrlego. C&C are welcome and appreciated and thanks for looking. More pics under the spoiler.
  6. Congrats to all the winners and especially congrats to the Sea Rats for taking home the Gold in this Challenge!
  7. Unless someone in leadership reaches out, it is safe to assume that you did it right. As long as you filled out the license form out and click submit, you should be good!
  8. Thank you! Thanks! I was going for a busy day on the pier. This is actually the first time I ave tried the SNOT building, I'm pretty happy with how it turned out! True! But Grand City is next on the agenda! Thank you! I wanted it to look a little weather beaten begin so close to the water. I'm Looking forward to seeing your take on it! Thank you! Thanks!

  10. Waterfront Cooperage As Quinnsville develops into a larger trading hub, more and more diverse tradesmen are setting up shop in the City. The most recent addition to the already busy waterfront is a Cooper and his apprentice. Cooperage 1 by LM71Blackbird, on Flickr While the master cooper does his craft inside, his apprentice busily cuts wood to the the right length for various size barrels. Cooperage 2 by LM71Blackbird, on Flickr All the while a young boy earns a few Doubloons sweeping up the sawdust from the pier. Cooperage 3 by LM71Blackbird, on Flickr On the roof, an aspiring artist paints the view of the numerous ships that dock in the bustling port city. Cooperage 4 by LM71Blackbird, on Flickr Inside, the Master Cooper assembles the barrels with great skill and precision. Cooperage 6 by LM71Blackbird, on Flickr After the boards are position and locked into place, the barrel is set over a fire before being fit to hold liquids. Cooperage 7 by LM71Blackbird, on Flickr With the addition of this craft to Cocovia, Barrels will no longer need to be imported, but can be procured directly from the docks before leaving for new adventures! ----------------------------------------- The last build required to more Quinnsville to the next city level! C&C are welcome and appreciated and thanks for looking!
  11. Thanks! Yes, it was fun to have the 1x1 rounds laying on the side to get that stacked log look. Thank you! I'm sure a lot of my future builds will incorporate the style! Thanks! At least it won't be hard to repair! Thanks! I really like the barracuda bay style, so a lot of my future builds will have that feel to them. I've always been a fan of small defensive positions so I had to build one myself! Thanks! Thanks! That set has given me so many ideas. Just wait until the main battery is constructed with the bigger guns!
  12. Awesome builds and a great build up to the recent turn of events!
  13. Island Battery, Licensed as a small fort Island Battery 1 by LM71Blackbird, on Flickr
  14. Island Battery Just off of the shoreline on a small island, the marines at Brickford Landing have constructed a small cannon battery to aid in the new settlements defense. Island Battery 1 by LM71Blackbird, on Flickr Though it isn't a massive structure, it is a good first response to any threat that may try to reach the settlement. Island Battery 2 by LM71Blackbird, on Flickr A close up overview of the build: Island Battery 3 by LM71Blackbird, on Flickr ------------------------------------------- The next phase of building has begun for Brickford Landing! To be licensed by the faction as a small fort. C&C are welcome and appreciated!
  15. Welcome to the Brethren of the Brick Seas @NOD! There are a couple of native German Speakers around the Brick Seas that would be able to help if need be.
  16. How long it will take to send you back to Breshaun...
  17. Nice! I like it in the shipwreck state that I haven't been able to make myself switch it over yet either! I'm ten days in myself and only a day or two ago was i able to really get my jaw movement back with pain. Definitely something I took for granted!
  18. When I ordered it, the expected ship date was July 30th. However, it arrived yesterday afternoon to my surprise! Unfortunately i have to wait to build it as I just had 4 wisdom teeth taken out on Friday so i can't be leaning over my building table for a few more days! No problem! I've been checking on it weekly daily for the past couple months!
  19. For those of you who may have the missed the initial launch of the Pirates of Barracuda Bay set, it is now available for back order with orders shipping by July 30th. I put mine on order the minute I saw it and it should be arriving Friday!
  20. A wonderful build depicting the heroic acts of Corrington's finest! Great job on the micro Resilience! It is something I toyed with but could never get something I thought looked good.
