I feel that there were a couple of sets left off this list. For instance: 6897 Rebel Hunter (Space Police 2) and 6956 Stellar Recon Voyager (M-Tron). These were always two of my favorites medium sized ships. My absolute favrite was from Space Police 2: 6984 galactic Mediator.

As tall as a minifig, eh? that give me an idea... has anyone seen the movie Harvey with James/Jimmy Stewart? He has an imaginary friend that is a six foot tall white rabbit. Everyone thinks he is crazy but no one can prove it and they all end up in the mental hospital except for Stewart's character... great flick. I could see this tall rabbit being fun.

Help Required (Batmobile in Digital Designer)
meschepers replied to WetWired's topic in LEGO Licensed
Just by looking at the front wheels I can tell you that they aren't attached to anything, so there's a problem. It looks great, but I am not sure about whether it will funtion as you hope it will. Welcome to Eurobricks. Be sure to introduce yourself in the proper forum so we can get to know you. -
The head underneath is a plain black head with no face. It works really well, much better than the peachie head from the ISD.

Hmm. I got mine before the New Year. I have gotten a few in S@H orders, but I only ever keep one around. Don't know what to tell you...

I was more or less indifferent to the line. I had three of the smallest sets. I like the torsos but hate the heads and hair. If losing Exo-Force means gaining Pirates, then I am all aboard. I'm not too sad to see it go but I agree that another theme *ahem pirates* needs to fill that void.

I really dig the way you do the legs. I am going to try that soon.

Call me crazy, but I actually liked this little model after I built it. I think I liked it as well as the actual Uplink.

The chroming process is expensive. In order to save money so the sets don't get more expensive they produce the grey ones to compensate for the chrome ones. Personally I like the chromed ones a lot more, but you gotta go with what they give ya.

Ooh. Wow. That is nice. If only I could get money enough to get that.

54th Mass, Louisiana Tigers, And Zouaves, Oh My!
meschepers replied to Brickadier General's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Wow. The Zouaves units look amazing. That is a really good version. I think I may have to make one. I especially like the detail of the red keppi. Doesn't that make him from an artillery unit? -
I think the battle pack is superb. I actually like the simplicity of the speeder. My one wish is maybe have a different torso for one of the troopers so there could be a definite leader. I'm a sucker for that kind of thing.

1. RGS 2. The cheaper end castle sets 3. The new Mars Mission sets (they are amazing) 4. Various impulse sets 5. Castle Advent calendar 6. One more rebel Scout Speeder (I already have two) That'll be about all I have seen that I can afford. I don't make much money and havee to pay for college so I have to settle for mostly smaller sets... a shame, really.

I think that's a mighty fine idea. I'm not sure what size they'd be, but they'd be huge. I'd say about 18 pounds at least. Those would be giant cannon balls for sure.

Crusader and Saracen Custom Figures
meschepers replied to MagPiesRUs's topic in Minifig Customisation Workshop
Those are cool. I like the way you have the Crusader quiver hung off the hip. I had never thought of that. I would love to get some of those crusader decal. Good job! -
It's true! I just checked Kellogg's website and they have the promotion going through 12/21/08. Looks like I am going to have to get some waffles. I love that little set. My brother got it for me for Christmas and I loved it. I want to get about 4 more of them. WAFFLES ON!

Help choose a Lego Star Wars 10th annaversiry set (2009)
meschepers replied to Legoman's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Minifig scale. OT. Tantive IV. I agree with legoman. I would love to see a tantive IV with minfigs. Leia, vader, stormies, rebel troops, R2, 3P0... man that would be great. Make it about the same size as the $100 Star Destroyer and then add more figs. About 4 stormies and about 4 rebels. That would get my vote totally. There is no more Iconic of a scene from the saga as the first scene. You know it's true. -
Gotta say I am addicted. these things are great and I always love to see the next one.

Thanks a bunch!

I know I have read about this someplace on here, but after using the search function for about a half hour I can;t find what I am looking for. I have a friend who is looking for instruction booklets for somee of the older sets (think Blacktron and Futron). I know there is a website that has a lot of old instructions and I can't seem to find it. Can anyone let me know what the site is? /mods feel free to delete this topic after an answer has been posted. Thanks!

The guy in the foreground does bear a striking resemblance to Guy from King of Fighters, a Capcom game out in the late 80s, I believe. He was later introduced into Street Fighter. Though this bears a Capcom logo I think it looks to be fake since it CG on the box and an actual photo of the pieces.

I, personally, am a fan of minifig sized ships. I have built one m yself that has two gun decks and 14 guns. It only has one cabin, which is used for extra storage. Once I can get some time I'll get it reassembled and get some pics up. It is also a brig, but pirate, not imperial. This one is really fantastic though. People can build their huge scale ships, but they'll never have any fun playing with them. Great work.

I'm pretty sure that Metal Gear Solid stuff is some of the coolest stuff I have seen. I'm a huge fan of the games and I wish I had the time to build some MOCs of stuff from the game(s).

The catalog is not downloadable anymore, unless something is mistyped in the link.

It's going to be on PS2? AWESOME! That means I am going to buy that so fast!
