I swallowed a couple pieces when I was a child

If LEGO ever did a themes/sets purely for AFOLs, this would be great! I also love the design for the cupboard.

Fair enough, the fishing store and ninjago city both look like brilliant sets (if a little pricey). I look forward to seeing them in your city. : ) -
I really like it.

This is beautiful, really well done. The interior is astonishing.

You've used so many pieces in ways I didn't think were possible so many times it literally is countless. Nice one.

I'm extremely excited for this set. -
I really quite like this MOC, as it looks a lot like the delorian from back to the future.

I'd certainly buy this if it were in the "People at the?????" series. And it would work really well with the winter village sets.

I love this modular build. The way you've done the spaghetti is awesome.

Firstly I'd just like to say I love your city and I especially like the modifications you have made to the haunted house. But if you don't have the space for trains on the tables maybe you could have a train track above your modulars? -
Building my first city, need some advice please.

I agree with tkatt and think that you should focus on one of the things you listed earlier such as modular builds and grow your city from there simply because otherwise I suspect that it could cost you a heck of a lot of money. A city of that scale will cost you somewhere around £2000. If you already own most of the sets you talked about then don't worry but if not it seems like an awful lot of trouble to go to. -
Hello! My name is Fin, I am a young fan of LEGO so not quite qualifying to be an AFOL but hopefully will in the near future. I have a Lego collection with an estimated value of £2700. My most recent set was tower bridge and I am currently saving for the palace cinema. I mainly collect star wars, creator and city. I do still enjoy other themes such as Chima, Ninjago, Ultra agents, Nexo knights, Batman/DC superheroes, Marvel, Friends, Elves ETC however I find that star wars, creator and city sets are the ones I end up purchasing. I have just had a browse through some forums and familiarised myself with the guidelines. I must say of the brief time I have so far spent on this site I have thoroughly enjoyed myself. I think it is brilliant that like minded Lego fans can converse and discuss the common troubles of an AFOL. In terms of custom projects I've worked on, I have spent the past 6 months working on a 4 grey base plate large MOC of Kashyyyk from revenge of the sith and yes my MOC is based off David Hall's (solid brix studios) Kashyyyk MOC. I plan to disassemble it soon though as it takes up alot of much needed space. In conclusion I am very happy to become part of this LEGO community and hope at least someone will benefit from my posts.
