The set looks fine. The build isn’t anything too impressive, but the figs are nice. Glad Ant-Man gets a new head, and I have no problems with Ghost. Seeing Wasp side by side with Ant Man doesn’t bug (lol) me as much as it should. I’m glad the helmets are at least proportional. The biggest issue I see is that her eyes aren’t visible through the helmet like Scott’s are. I’d say I’m more upset she doesn’t get leg or arm printing. It’s frustrating how Lego picks and chooses who gets leg printing and who doesn’t. If we’re lucky, Ayesha’s legs might look decent on her. For the second set, I’m willing to bet it won’t have Wasp as a minifigure. If we were getting two of her, then a new mold probably would’ve been made. I’m crossing my fingers for a micro Wasp that looks like the trophy piece with wings. That would at least make up for skimping on details for her actual figure.

It’s ridiculous that there still hasn’t been a set with Tiana or Pocahontas.

Dragon Hunters look amazing. Their olive green, black and orange color scheme especially. None of the sets particularly wow me, but all the dragons seem to look decent. The Earth Dragon would have to be my favorite. Also the Dragon skull seat in the Dragon Pit looks incredible. I find it amusing Wu is wearing a Dragon Hunter suit. Guess that implies the ninja knock out a goon and strip him down after Wu ages up. I’ll definitely pick up the throne room and maybe the Dragon Pit.

The other $20 Ant Man set had a new mold, which didn’t get reused until now, so it’s not like that’s too much to ask for. In fact, Lego has given us a new mold exclusive (at the time) to a $20 Marvel set six other times so far. Magneto’s helmet, Faclon’s wings, Ghostrider’s head, Ms. Marvel’s torso, Mantis’s hair and Groot’s head. Two of these mold still remain exclusive. Meanwhile, a unique Wasp helmet could be used again in Avengers 4 sets next year.

Harry Potter works perfectly for Juniors. The first two films especially. I don’t know why people assume children don’t know anything about the series? The franchise is one of the highest grossing in the world. Freeform airs movie marathons practically every month. Fans who grew up with Harry Potter are parents now. It’s no less obscure to these kids than Snow White or Jurassic World is. Well, for one, the point would be so younger children who like HP and are getting into Lego could build a set that isn’t too challenging, just like every other Juniors set? They don’t exist solely to sell dinosaurs. Emma’s Ice Cream Truck doesn’t have any in it, so what’s the point of that set? I can easily imagine a Hogwarts Juniors set made of mostly large wall pieces. Throw in a nice new Bassilisk mold. Kids and AFOLs would eat it up.

Oni Titan’s torso is way too long. Don’t like the looks of it. Also I think that Garmadon has a different torso from the one in The Temple of Resurrection. Ninjago Docks looks plain. Too much empty space, at least, compared to Ninjago City. And seriously? No Fuschia Ninja?

Untrue. Scooby’s body was in a slightly different pose and had his collar molded into the body. Krypto and Ace’s have a collar molded to the head and a plain body. Had TLG known they’d produce these two characters so shortly after Scooby’s production, I’m sure they’d have made all three share the same body.

I think the only one is the Lego Batman CMF Series 2 Robin. That should be the best bet unless I’m forgetting any other ones.

Yes. His Civil War variant. This poster has nothing to do with Infinity War. Just Marvel Studios in general. That’s why characters like Nakia and Nick Fury is there.

Ninjago: Masters Of Spinjitsu TV Show Thread
saysonder replied to Lance's topic in LEGO Media and Gaming
I finally watched Hands of Time and I gotta say, the first half of the season was pretty solid! Probably the best balancing of the characters this show has done yet. Everyone felt like they mattered equally for once. The episode in the desert with the slow motion time blade has the best action and suspense of the season, by far. Towards the end, the story became a little anti climactic. The season just...stops, instead of having a satisfying ending. I get what they were going for, with he suspense of Wu being missing, but the twins and Vermillion’s defeat felt bland. Zane, Jay, Cole and Lloyd feel wasted too. Still one of the best seasons of the show, imo. Episode 1 of season 8 is a HUGE jump in quality, if I do say.- 4,591 replies

Bucky looks great! Wish he had Ep8 Luke Skywalker’s hair though. Partially, because he’d look more accurate, but also because I want that piece in dark brown. Need a better look at War Machine but I can already say I wish he had an armor piece Wong looks okay. Wish he had hair printing. I’m gonna safely assume these three are definitely gonna be in the next IW set. Still unsure about Nebula, Hulk and Scarlett Witch. They all need updates, but all appear to use their old variants. I want a Hulk with black pants badly. He has his same old helmet.

When has Sonic not been relevant? There’s a new Sonic game every 2-3 years.

A trustworthy source listed all of these franchises as being planned for Dimensions Year 3 a while back. It should still be somewhere in the Dimensions thread. As far as being likely, I don’t think we’d know whether they were planned or if they were actually partnered with Lego. For all we know some or all of these may never have been pursued, depending on how early into development year 3 was scrapped. Although I’m still desperate for Lego Avatar to be revived.

The Ant-Man in the photo reuses the old helmet. I wanna say I can excuse reusing the IM helmet for her since Inifity War is giving us two new big figs, the stones, gauntlet, new Groot head and Proxima’s hair....but it’s really quite irritating when Marvel figs are ALWAYS the ones cutting corners. Almost every Ninjago figure gets leg printing and the new wave is introducing at least 9 new molds we’ve seen from leaks alone! The Flash got a unique helmet for Justice League despite the fact he’s just as likely to show up in another Lego set as Wasp. Actually, she’s more likely to show up again sooner since she’ll be in Avengers 4 next year. I’m not AS bothered be the recycling of the piece as some others, but it’s getting to be unfair.

Don’t know if it can be shared here, but a leaked achievement icon(?) from Lego Marvel Super Heroes 2 shows the designs of Ant-Man and The Wasp from Ant-Man and The Wasp. Wasp ruses the new Iron Man helmet mold, which doesn’t look too bad but is slightly disappointing.

Skylor looks awkward without leg printing, but the theme is so riddled with it I can’t be too upset, just glad to have her back. Hope this season will cause her to be relegated to a more important character, since Nya and Lloyd will need new allies since the other 4 are gone. Her belt should be dark red, IMO. And it’d be nice if she got a new hairpiece, Barbara Gordon’s, for example.

Future DC Super Heroes Rumors & Speculation
saysonder replied to Sir Gareth's topic in LEGO Licensed
Well, I suppose sets aren’t completely off the table in this regard, since the show is still running with no end in sight. Lego doesn’t necessarily have to base anything off the movie to distribute more TTG content. -
Future DC Super Heroes Rumors & Speculation

Sooo, what are the possibilities of Teen Titans Go to the Movies based sets? The film comes out in July. Would we know about them by now if they existed? Not a fan of the series, at all, but the Dimensions figures of Robin and Cyborg look amazing and I’d love to have a full team. PPG and Fantastic Beasts are getting sets after the cancellation of Dimensions so I don’t see why TTG wouldn’t be able to as well. -
No you’re right. It inspires me to draw renders of my wishlists. I haven’t done so yet, but I’d like to at some point.

I mean like the other CMF lists I’ve posted here. The Gravity Falls one, the Cartoon Network one, etc etc. It’d be fun to draw them and see how people like them. Other ideas I could come up with could be Scooby Doo, Total Drama, Crash Bandicoot...

@Ashnflash has some amazing artwork. Really inspires me to draw some of my own concepts. Also it’s nice to see some of these figures actually designed since they’re so similar to the ideas posted by @LegoTFGuy and myself.
