I'm holding out they hope we get a cheap Ivy set. Her figure is gorgeous. Definitely one of the most beautiful I've ever seen. I'm waiting out just Bricklinking her on the off chance she'll get a cheaper re release. Something interesting I noticed the other day, she's the only "main" Batman villain who has never carried her own set. Of the original Batman theme, every rogue got their own set, excluding her, Bane and The Riddler. Those two late wound up getting their own sets with the Super Heroes line, but Ivy still remains exclusive to (expensive) sets that include multiple members of Batman's rogue gallery. A third wave would be the perfect chance to fix that.

Could you clarify, was the Avatar movie by James Cameron considered? Or the Last Airbender/Legend of Korra cartoon series? Not that it really matters now :( but I would have loved an opportunity to get ATLA and LOK minifigures. And as much as I love Despicable Me, the figures would have translated poorly. Everyone has such a distinct silhouette and long thin arms, the mindfigures would have been ugly. Plus I wouldn't need even more Minion pandering in my life.

Would love if the 3rd wave includes Two Face or Poison Ivy in a cheaper set, but I feel like that's very unlikely.

Nice to know that all of the hair pieces for the ninja are available in the CMF series, besides Cole's usual one, which is also available in an activity book, so no worries there I guess. I just hope Kai's high school clothes will be available in a cheaper, later wave set. Jay, Cole, Lloyd and Zane have their's in the CMF and Lloyd and Nya have their's in a $20 set. I want Ninjago City, but we'll see what my wallet says.
