  1. Is this suppose to be a MOC or just a few figs hanging out of a toy box? Not to be rude, but this forum is intended for adult fans of LEGO. I hate seeing the quality of our forum diminish with posts/pictures like this - it turns members/visitors away. Topic closed.
  2. The name of this topic was pretty vague and I was tempted to move it into the Buy Sell & Find forum, but it appears to be about train stickers. Sok - you can help the organization of the forum by using names that help describe what the topic is about (making it easier for people to search/find). I've renamed the topic 7750 Stickers.
  3. A big welcome to our most recent members, Campbjj, Mattman, and Tarby! Hope you guys enjoy the forum. Tarby: I've merged your topic here as this is a place to introduce yourself and share your LEGO Train interest. Welcome.
  4. Welcome to Train Tech Mattman. The movement of your cars adds an entirely new facet to LEGO Trains. I'm really glad you included the video to see what they do. I really like the sled car. This is really clever - thanks for sharing. You can always share some of your train interest in the Train Tech registry as well.
  5. Thanks for the early image review Captain BeerBeard. I picked one up at my local TRU Friday. I find her very similar to the Queen Anne, but haven't opened it up to build it yet. How do you think this compares? EDIT: I like Hammerhead.
  6. I'm just catching up with this discussion, but let's keep it respectful and non accusatory to all who have strong opinions related to this subject. This and other discussions related to "clone" and other copies of LEGO seem to resurface from time-to-time. I think it's fine to discuss because there is some interest in these brands and the topic of copying LEGO but I hate seeing the discussions lead to argument. Let's keep it nice. Medib: my comments weren't aimed at your last response, just where I caught up with the discussion.
  7. Topic moved to the LDD Forum.
  8. I'm not sure I understand the intent of this topic. This might be better suited for the "Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds" forum. Topic moved.
  9. Welcome Hikaro. Glad to have you join our LEGO Train Community and Classic Castle fans are certainly welcome as well.
  10. I love it! Thank you so much for sharing the news of this outstanding set. This is a "must-buy" for any LEGO Castle fan. This set would also serve as a nice entrance to ones' kingdom with 7946 King's Castle in the center. Makes me want to break out my Castle sets. Awesome!
  11. Hi kyphur. Glad you took some time to introduce yourself here in the Train Tech registry. You've got a really nice collections of trains, but you might want to trim your signature a bit (maybe remove the text list). It's a pretty BIG signature. In any case, a late welcome and I hope you continue to enjoy our LEGO Train community.
  12. Welcome Sonic! Added you to the Train Tech registry. You've off to a great start with some of the best LEGO trains made in recent years. Enjoy the forum.
  13. Beautiful Cale! Your locomotives are truly outstanding. Front-paged!
  14. Expert train builder Cale has created another beautiful LEGO Train locomotive, this one a Baltimore & Ohio USRA Light Mikado #4500. Read more about the history of this WWI locomotive and see what other LEGO Train fans are saying about this splendid creation in the Train Tech forum.
  15. Topic moved to BSTF forum.
  16. Normally a topic like this would probably be better located in the BSTF forum, but since there's a discussion that expands beyond the original question relating to price, I'll leave it here.
  17. Thanks for understanding. I don't mean to come off harsh as I like to welcome our new members, not read rules to them. I like the creation myself as it is a nice example of creating a great interior design.
  18. Do you realize this is a year-old topic? While it is a really nice creation, please don't bump old topics to ask for instructions or an LDD file, esp. when you've only posted twice before. As a brand new member, there's better ways to participate in our EB forums than to bump old topics asking for instructions. Try introducing yourself as a start and get to know some of the members in our LEGO community.
  19. To the musical theme of Thomas the Tank Engine, the small green steam engine Percy just arrived in the Train Tech forum!Eurobricks' very own history moderator, I Scream Clone (ISC) "busts his buffers" to create a LEGO Train locomotive that his son would like. If you are a fan of Thomas the Tank Engine or have a "little lad" that enjoys Thomas, make sure you stop in to see his cute and clever LEGO Train engine.
  20. Hi ISC. I've always liked Thomas for the little lads and I think you've done a really nice job at building something playful for your son, in the form of Percy. Although I see he doesn't have his usual Percy smile/face, it's a nice standard brick-built version (when I say standard, I mean traditional bricks vs. Duplo or other system). Good job creating the round boiler using the cheese slopes - in fact, that's a lot of cheese slopes. Great color combination and a nice design. I like Percy! EDIT: oops, almost forgot, I have to scold you for your image size. You get a "woop a$$" in the train shed for that around here. Front paged in any case.
  21. Hi Veeb0rg. I'm glad you came around. This gives the train fans a chance to know you better. Belated welcome!
  22. Welcome 'Man with a hat'. It looks like you've got a nice modest collection of some really nice trains. I always enjoy seeing the oldies like 171. Brings back those early memories of LEGO Trains. Hope you enjoy the forum.
  23. Did I say how much I like this theme month. Great idea!
