  1. This looks good. Very nicely done.
  2. Does the music inspire you as well?
  3. Yes, the correct answer was the green gem. In addition, the dark blue did not appear in the Ninja Theme. Instead the light blue was one of the colors used. Very good.
  4. I saw that too, and was wondering the relevance?
  5. I wish I had purchased the Stonetower Bridge. I actually had it in my hands in a TRU.
  6. Great choice. I like him too, but your sticker is little worn. Very good choice. These are very nicely done. I love the hats. Interesting choice. I would never have thought a SW fig. have you considered some of the basketball players for a head?
  7. You guys picked some good ones. I'm a big fan of Classic Castle figs, but I'm not sure if I'd pick any of the figs that I own from the very early castle sets (pictured below). I would aim more toward a very rare fig that wasn't very common (unlike the cavalry soldier and black falcon soldiers that I must admit I like very well too). I believe I own the green and white ninjas mentioned above, but I've never been a big fan of the Ninja cowl (head covering). I prefer the samurai. This is really hard, because it depends on the theme. I suppose I'll pick my top three: - The Mummy from Desert Adventurers - Green Forestman (black feather) - And maybe the Emperor's Guard from Orient Expedition And others that I like: Imperial Armada(Pirates), The green forestwoman pictured above, and the Scorpion Palace Guard (OE). And yes, Pirates can be included .
  8. I'd like you to envision the numerous minifigs of the different History and Adventure Themes. Wild West Adventurers Classic Castle Knights Kingdom Vikings Ninja Now think about the sets you missed. Perhaps it was during your Dark Age(s), or perhaps that set you didn't buy. Or even the set you had many years ago, now just within an unidentified pile of bricks. Of these great sets, what is your "All-Time" favorite History & Adventure minifig? Share your thoughts on the most desired H&A minifig.
  9. I use mine as a stand for the trans. blue bombs (round 1x1s) - when displaying. Right now, I don't have any of my SW sets built though.
  10. Another Ninja Trivia question, this one a tad bit harder: Which common color gem did not make its appearance in the Ninja theme, compared to Orient Expedition?
  11. Whose the other Ninja out there with all six sets? Is it you, Athos, or Starwars4J?
  12. I saw the movie a few years ago, but can't recall the music. How is it?
  13. Holly, I've got a lot of Lego trains (purchased the HP train for Christmas), but I would keep your Playmobil Christmas Train. It's a collectible, plus the G-Scale works much better around the tree. It's a great little train. I love the caboose and the black/green engine.
  14. I really like your MOC Nabii. I had never seen Cthulhu myths in Lego before. It's very original. I have read a number of HP Lovecraft's books as well as other authors (like Robert Bloch). I've also played Call of Cthulhu (looking at the 3rd Edition book now by Sandy Petersen), back in the early/mid 80s. I'm not familiar with the Delta Green source book you mention though (must be much newer). I've heard of the Mi-Go but unfamiliar with some of the others you've mentioned. In any case, it's a great MOC. I love the size and the '20s/'30s vehicles most. Here's a link to a brief discussion regarding the origin of the Batman Asylum if you appreciate Lovecraft: Arkham Asylum, (Gotham or Lovecraft)?
  15. Nabii, as the creator of this neat MOC, I was wondering who the undead indians are (or) in what HP Lovecraft story did they appear. I've read a lot of HP Lovecraft but am unfamiliar with these as well as some of the other creatures. Also, I love your adventure vehicles. The plane, cars, half track, and truck are excellent.
  16. Great observation. The fact that the piece is not visible on the box art made it more of a challenge. I figured someone would go to Peeron or other site to cheat. That's OK though. Thanks for not posting the answer though.
  17. No thanks, I'll pass. Not too inspiring for me (including all the symbolism).
  18. Thanks for sharing this very good link. Here's a good picture of the set. I was NEVER impressed with the design. In fact, other than the figs and the piece selection, I think this is the worst of the Ninja sets:
  19. I've said this before, but I'd like to see some building/city sets now like the Spiderman theme.
  20. Very nice. I'm looking forward to seeing the entire MOC.
  21. I think the plane is very nice too. I like the colors. Here's a larger shot: The gallery: Transport Plane And other builds from the same designer: Adventure Creations I like the vehicles most (cars) and half track.
  22. Just for a little added fun, thought I would throw out some Ninja theme trivia. What is the only Ninja set that contains an Adventurers Container?
  23. Symetry has nothing to do with why I don't like it. I just don't like the overall design. It reminds me somewhat of KK. Just a lot of pieces stacked in a Janga fashion to arrive at a few towers. All the other sets have more design and flow to them. I do, however, like the slanted brick pieces which work well in this theme. I wish I had a few more to build a larger MOC.
  24. Found this very creative MOC on Brickshelf today. It's an adventure scene with some of the monsters from HP Lovecraft's Cthulhu myths: The whole gallery: Cthulhu Monsters
  25. What MOC is that Norro? Will you share some images?
