The Future of Lego Space. (opinions, ideas, discussion)
Trekkie99 replied to Trekkie99's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
On the subject of exclusive sets made for AFOLs, it's unlikely for Lego to make a exclusive classic space set for adults and that's the reason I started this topic in the first place. Originally, I and others discussed the possibilities of the Creator theme being used as a medium for introducing classic space sets, (along with other themes such as castle and pirates) but this topic has since been broadened to discuss other things under the subject of space. So feel free to share your thoughts and ideas. Yes, they were a mining cooperation that used magnets for their mining equipment.- 991 replies

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Future Series Rumours
Trekkie99 replied to r4-g9's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Although there's plenty of characters from HP that could fit into a CMF, any chance Lego would throw in a couple of FB characters into the mix of a HP CMF for marketing in correlation of the FB2 movie release? Probably not. -

I'm really hoping its a Wizard of Oz CMF. -
It's not the most complex build, but I like a lot nonetheless!

No. It's an old concept that back then was the "vehicle of the future" but is now been replaced by things like Maglevs. @xboxtravis7992 and @Lyichir make some very good points on the subject as well.

I'm looking for someone with the SDCC BrickHeadz
Trekkie99 replied to legolijntje's topic in LEGO Licensed
It is very strange/annoying/stupid/infuriating that Lego would make a product exclusive for no reason when it could easily fit into the existing brickheads line. -
Back in black, and it looks awesome! Actually it looks better in black I think. Thumbs up as always!
-
Great brickheads! Love the the turtles. I second that! Thumbs up.
-
My thoughts exactly! But I think he should be a little fat. Oh snap!
-
Those are definitely something I would've supported!
-
That's going to be useful! Not sure what for, but still very useful.
-
Heehee! Thanks!

Steampunk classic space eh? Hmm. I like it!!! Awesome build! Or should I say... "By jolly my good fellow this contraption is the most extraordinary thing I've ever seen!!! Why one would look quite dashing in that I'd say. Sounds like a lovely way to take a stroll through the park. Wouldn't you agree my love?" "Oh my dear Henry, yes! It would be glorious! One could take a seat on the grass and feeds some pigeons. Oh! And if those dreadful crows come along you can just blast with your nifty cannon you have there! Why it would be wonderful!" Or should I just say, "thumbs up"!

The Greatest Collectible Minifigure THANKS AND GOODBYE
Trekkie99 replied to Itaria No Shintaku's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I did?! Dang flabbit George Clooney!!! I mean I like the retro spaceman, but I'm way more of a classic space fan. And then you throw pink into the mix? How cool is that! Dang. Oh well. Here's hoping she wins without the need of my vote.- 2,045 replies

Ouch! spacegirl vs retro spaceman? Tough one. I voted spacegirl even though it appears no one likes pink space.- 2,045 replies
