I look forward to more of your reviews :-) I just went to Toyworld today and got a wizard and 4 knights :-) And on top of that, they were having a 20% off sale *sweet* I might go back and get some more tommorrow. The wizard is pretty good, and comes with some good parts (owl, beard, legs, hat, round table, crystal ball..). It would be nicer if he had a torso with printing on it, but I can understand why they didn't.

Indeed, I think of the old one as a standard soldier torso, while the other is for guards or lighter infantry. It doesn't look as good in large numbers as the old one.

Great review, Vader :-) As I've said before, this is a nice set, but doesn't really come with anything that doesn't come with the other sets of the line. For this reason, it will be somewhere at the bottom of my list for 2008. Also, I like torso and helmet of the Dwarf Mining orcs much better. The colours make the torso look rather dull and boring, while the other, more brown one, looks much clearer and more exciting. I think I like the *knight* helmet better too, looks more covering and threatening than this one, although I'll save my judgement until I have one in my hands. This is my first MOC ship. I'm pretty pleased with it *sweet* It's a small Barbary Corsair galley, called Seville Burning. Here it is: The figurehead: The back: The deck, which contains two light cannon: On the other side is a small working anchor: The cabin, where the captain can make and look at maps, and eat and drink: The deck can be easily removed to reveal the rowers, lanterns and rat: You can also get there by going down the stairs at the front of the ship: The scurvy devils who man the ship: Enjoy :-)

Nice job, the rock formation is done well, as is the water. Also, good uses of the Hermione face and the Gungan pack *y* I look forward to seeing more of your MOCs ;-)

I'd like to see some evil humans, with a gold/dark red colour scheme (kind of like the Easterlings from LotR). After that though, I'd love some elves, interesting to see how they'd do the ears :-/

A pretty good job there :-) My favourites are the Joker and Penguin. When drawing a woman, try to make the legs, arms and waist thinner than a man's. Try a more feminine face for Poison Ivy, your female minifig faces were pretty good.

Ok, I've added a stadium around half of the arena. Here it is: The fight continues. The elephant has crashed into the chariot, causing complete chaos among the fighters. Two crowd members are horrified, although one looks very pleased that he's getting his moneys worth :-D : While to the left of the emperor, one member of the audience loses his balance while trying to find his seat :-P Some final shots: Enjoy X-D

Once again, great work *y* The ledge looks nice, as does the stove (?). Pirelli looks great (although I havn't seen the movie) and the teapot is nice too. The blending of bley and grey often doesn't work, but it looks pretty good in this MOC, it makes the wall look weathered. *y* *y*

The chariot looks nice, and it's good that a scythe comes in a cheaper set (though it is easy enough to make). Also I remember people discussing how to fill the gap in a skelliehorse, looks like TLC did a good job of it *sweet*

I just finished watching all three Indiana Jones movies. Too bad the dvds we rented were of bad quality, and sometimes skipped scenes. It stuffed up just before the Arab swordsman scene and then the zeppelin scene |-/ It came back just in time for the 'no ticket' scene though :-D Temple of Doom was better than I remembered, but still not as good as the other two. The Nazis make better enemies. Now I'll have the theme music stuck in my head for the rest of the night :-| :-D

Looks great *sweet* The tower attack is one of the first castle sets on my priority list. Plenty of figs, a nice addition to the castle siege, and a great looking siege tower.
