After buying my first Indy set (finally..), I thought I'd make a small vig from one of the movies. I decided to recreate the scene in which Indy confronts Colonel Vogel on board the zeppelin, from the Last Crusade. Here it is.. Colonel Vogel is thrown off the zeppelin by Indy: Henry Jones Sr. looks on, newspaper in hand.. A shocked German passenger (Good thing he has a ticket.. :-P ) The minifigs: Finally, the vig without figs: Enjoy! Feedback much appreciated :-)

The town had decided. lukeiamyourfather was to be hung. The poor man hardly had time to even defend himself. He was taken to the gallows, much to the delight of the crowd. "But wait, I'm innocent!" he screamed, but the time for talking was over. lukeiamyourfather was hung. His house was searched. Items found there were a whip, luggage, and a picture of a stagecoach. It seemed the man hung was none other than the local Stagecoach Driver. Another loyal citizen had been killed. The sky darkened, and the town went back to their houses for the night. Others stayed behind and loaded up their guns, knowing that now was the time to strike.. It is now night. PM me your night actions by Friday 7th, GMT.

TheBrickster opened his eyes, amazed to see he was still alive. He looked at the wall in front of her, a small hole now in it. Confused, he looked at the gun. It had been a long time since he had used one. So long in fact, that he had forgotten which end the bullet comes out of. TheBrickster sighed, and returned to the saloon. Vote Count: lukeiamyourfather - 5 votes (wouwie13, Trexxen, Tanotrooper, Username_Taken, Piranha) 6 votes to lynch If Quarryman, Captain Ka-Boom and Capn Kirk 911 havn't posted in this thread by Friday 7th March, GMT, I will replace them.

In the picture below, there is a ship in the sea which doesn't exactly look like the troll or skeleton ship, it looks rather 'elfy' to me. Could the elves have a ship? It's possible, seeing as they are pretty close to the water, and it'll be good to finally have a vessel to defend the shores against the evil forces. Other than that, I expect the sets to be rather like the forestmen sets, except with more 'Rivendel' like structures. I'd like a nice chariot too, that would be great. Something I'd like to see with the elves is perhaps some tree-men, who could fight the trolls. A centaur would be great too *wub* Speculation ON!
-
*wub* Ah, fantastic! Those elves look great. In a way I'm glad they don't have ears, as I don't want them looking like an army of yellow yodas or dobbys X-D They don't really look like elves at all, looking really rugged and nomadic. Great for a human faction, not so good for an elf faction :-/ I'm sure that once we see them in colour though, they will look much more like elves (assuming they are going to release these guys) Great find, Pigbrick *y*

Magnificent! I love it *wub* The museum owner looks great, and I really like that cannibal skeleton. I do get the feeling it's a little crowded now, perhaps you could take a few people out.. Other than that though, it's great, I love just about everything about this MOC *wub* Brilliant work, I look forward to seeing fantastic MOCs from you *y* *y*

Day 3, Afternoon The sherriff took a break from his tireless efforts investigating and headed to the saloon for a drink or two. He sipped at his grog, only to be interrupted by a loud racket out back. The sherriff left his table and ran to the noise. He rammed the door open to find TheBrickster hanging from the ceiling on a noose. The sherriff sprung into action, quickly cutting the rope on which theBrickster was tied. TheBrickster tumbled to the floor, gasping for breath, and the sherriff let out a sigh of relief. TheBrickster was saved, but it would take him a while to recover from the incident. Meanwhile, the Mayor sat in his office impatiently, furius at the inactivity of the town. He doubted the town would ever be rid of criminals at this rate. The arrival of a mysterious man hadn't seemed to rouse the townies, despite the new information he had about some of the citizens. Will this information save this good town, or will it serve only to dismantle the remaining law left in the damned town. Come on people, start posting! If you can no longer play, please tell me, and I can find a replacement.

Wow, that's great *wub* The temple escape looks much better like that, the landscaping is very well done. The outside is well done too, I think I even see some Hovitoes there *sweet* The truck chase, I like Indy scaling the truck on his horse, and that's a pretty good rendition of Belloq's car (although I think the real one had four seats) My favourite scene is the Well of Souls, the ruined look looks great, but unfortunately we can't see much more of it. Great find Brickster, thanks :-)

I just bought an Eldorado Fortress for around $63US I also arrived at Toyworld to find they finally had the Indiana Jones sets, but because of my purchase of the fortress, I only got the Motorcycle chase. Great set, I love it *wub*

Nice find *wub* The cobblestones are great, and I can never get enough of that tiles-for-bricks technique. The second floor of the CC is very nice, and the bell tower at the top adds to the feel of the building. The golden helmet used as a sign is nice, but those weapons above the entrance aren't lego are they? Nevertheless, these are great, I hope to see more CC/MS-esque MOCs made. Space Cafe Corner ON! :-P

I really do like this little trading ship of yours. It looks so simple, yet detailed at the same time :-) The way you made the hull is truly ingenious, and looks great for this type of boat. A great choice of a sail too, makes it look very 'merchant-y'. Great work *sweet*
-
I really love this ship, Bonaparte *wub* It's a very good size, and it's good to see some industrialized ships. The pipe and sidewheels are great, as is the railing. To top it all off, the colour scheme , with the brightly coloured French flags looks very eye-catching. Great work, I always love your creations *y*
-
Very nice, I love the chimney and lanterns and those cobblestones and wooden walls look good too. I'm not too fond of those gates being used as a fence, it might be just because they're all rounded. Nice find *y* Hopefully we'll see some more pics of this great MOC EDIT: Wow, some great details there. I love the rounded look of the roof, all of the arches look great and the stairs are well done too. Thanks Sir Dillon!

Thanks for the feedback, everyone *sweet* Thanks. I made a Saladin a while back actually, but not a Richard :-$ I believe it's from my good friend Dracula ;-)

Day 3, Morning A rooster cried, greeting the new day. The sun rose above the barren mountians, unleashing light upon the old town. The townspeople got out from their beds, still tired. They gathered at the saloon, happy to see that, once again, everyone had survived the night. Almost immediatly though accusations started flying, occasionally interrupted by the swilling of alcohol. Nothing unusual there. There was about to be something very unusual, though. The saloon doors flapped open, and a ragged looking stranger walked in. This stranger went by the name of Username_Taken, and although none knew him, he seemed to know quite alot about them...

Gold City is a place where bandits roam freely, and take what they please from the good people of the town. Although the Sherriff and his deputy can sometimes bring law to the lawless folk, but the gangs of bandits are far too numerous to be completely destroyed. The Mayor agrees something needs to be done. He announces that every day, the towns-people will vote on who will be lynched. Finally, order could be restored in Gold City. Past Storylines: Day 3, Sunset The town had decided. lukeiamyourfather was to be hung. The poor man hardly had time to even defend himself. This stranger went by the name of Username_Taken, and although none knew him, he seemed to know quite alot about them... Day 2, Sunset The townspeople had been confronting each other left, right and centre and had come to no conclusion. The mayor sighed. "We'll continue in the morning.." The townspeople returned to their houses, even more suspicous of each other.. Day 2, Midday The Day was getting late, and the mayor was getting impatient. The inhabitants of Gold City, paranoid as ever, had spent most of the day trying to lynch everyone in sight. The mayor finally stood up, furious. "Why you dirty yellow-bellied cowards! You folk are the most indecisive lot I've ever layed eyes on! Ya'll better finish this here investigation soon, or we're going to bed lynch-less tonight!" With those wise words, the town once again began to route out the criminals from the good town. Or tried to atleast ... Day 2, Morning It had been a long and restless night. No doubt the bandits had been busy. The town awoke to the call of a rooster. All but the Brickster... he slept a few minutes longer. The town gathered together at the gallows, surprised to see everyone still alive. Rumours had already started spreading however, and it surely wouldn't be long until someone joined ricecracker in the graveyard. Day 1, Sunset ricecracker had been the name on the lips of many of the townspeople the whole day. Not the delicious snack either, but one of the citizens. ricecracker had tried to prove his innocence, claiming to be the deputy sherriff, but the town was having none of it. Ricecracker was taken to the gallows and hung.. Ricecracker's badge fell to the floor, with the word 'DEPUTY' engraved on it. "Oops, looks like he was a Townie after all" said the mayor, his cheeks now a reddish colour. The townspeople, feeling rather silly, returned to their houses for the night, hoping the next day will be more successful. The bandits, however, loaded up their guns and prepared to rid themselves of a few more town members... Day 1, Morning The inhabitants of Gold City gathered around their trusted mayor, who clearly had something important to say. The noise of the townspeople died down as the mayor's booming voice echoed throughout the city. "This town is in great peril! Many a bandit has made this town their home, and now, something has to be done. As the mayor, I have come up with a solution - we will all search the town, trying to route out the outlaws, and finally free this town of evil. Anyone we find suspicious will be hanged. Now, harden your hearts for the coming task. Once this is all over, we will once again be able to roam freely without the threat of bandits!" The crowd cheered, despite the mayor's flawed system. For their spirits had been uplifted, and they would follow the mayor's plan the all the way, or die trying. The townspeople walked back to their homes, and so, presumeably, did the bandits. Inhabitants of Gold City - Tanotrooper - TheBrickster - Trexxen - Piranha - Quarryman - Captain Ka-Boom - Capn Kirk 911 - wouwie13 - Username_Taken The Graveyard - ricecracker: Lynched, Day 1 (Townie) - lukeiamyourfather: Lynched, Day 3 (Townie) 5 votes to lynch. Rules can be found in the Day 1 Thread. If you have any more questions, feel free to PM me. Have Fun ;-)

$20NZ is just reasonable, although you can still get 2 crossbow attacks for the same price, giving you one more fig plus 2 ballistae and 2 horses :-/ I honestly don't think I'll buy even one of these though, seeing as only really 2 regular soldiers in each set, and the rest are either generals/knights. That and the fact that in the good pack, there is one archer with a flared helmet and one archer with hand weapons. They are good, but I've already got plenty of crownies and skellies and I don't want more archers and generals than soldiers :-$ EDIT: Looking at the US prices, it's $3 more than a SW battlepack and only has one more fig (who aren't licenced either) and has no bricks for vehicles. :-/

All of these sets have such neat functions *wub* The V-19's transforming wings are great, as are the little rooms that come out of the AT-TE and RGS. The Jungle cutter is great, I love the rotating blades and explosion on the vehicle from the flickfire ( *wub* ) bazooka. The breakable table is nice, and the Temple.. *wub* The collapsing stairs, rotating stairs, and skellie-alien merry go ride is great! Looking forward to these sets alot more now *sweet* -

Batbuggy: It's nice to get Mr Freeze and the new torso in a small set, but that's just about the only good point I can thibnk of about this set. The buggy looks :-X , although I think Mr Freeze's vehicle is cute :-$ The price is pretty large too, considering you can get SW battlepacks or the Indy Motorcycle Chase or Jungle Duel for the same price. Those sets come with more minifigs, and have better builds (well, the Indy sets at least..) Robin's Scuba Jet: Like the buggy, it's nice to get Penguin (and the penguins *wub* ) and Robin in a cheaper set, and the vehicles are alright. Robin's vehicle is simple, but looks alright. I really do like the submarine (although those missiles will be coming off), but it's a little too similar to the one in the Batcave. I don't really like the sticker on the front either, but other than that, it's great, and is a pretty reasonable price. Batcycle: I'm still not sure about this set. The vehicles look a little too much like those from the Racers and Agents lines, although I love the hammer. The batcycle is better than I first thought, but still not great. The Harley fig is fantastic, but I hadn't really heard of her until I saw the sets. The fig is great, but I like the Penguin, Mr Freeze, Two-Face and Scarecrow minfigs better, and I don't think just her and the hammers can justify getting this set for me :-/ Tumbler: The best set of the line *wub* The tumbler is very nice, TLC did a great job with it. And it looks like the missile at the back is gone! That will save me some time getting rid of it Nope, it's still there. |-/ The ice-cream truck is great too, I love the stickers on it *wub* The giant ice-cream is good too. One gripe is that the so-called 'Ice-cream truck' only contains ice-blocks :-| :-D Anyway, the whole wave is a bit of a dissapointment compared to the previous two, but I'm still happy, some of the sets are good, and I'll save some money... X-D Batman ON!

Dynonychus found pics from the Toy Fair of the Batman sets: Full Gallery. That Harley Quinn is beautiful *wub* The tumbler set looks better too, although it looks like more sticker hell for the ice-cream truck.. Also, we see the new Batman torso, looks great *sweet* Also, I love Harley's hammer saying "Whack-A-Bat" :-D Batman ON!
