The wizard hat as water is simply brilliant

Does the mecha have to have a pilot in it, or a cockpit?
-
I chose the time vessel, to me, it has great playability (traveling time, hard to beat that, can be used in any genre!) and aswell as, its mostly grey, which is great! Especially for building space mocs, as thats about all I build.

Sounds like so many good sets, but so little money to spend on lego *n* New sets are always so exciting to see whats around the corner, sounds very interesting, so we'll just have to see how it goes. Cant wait to see.

I quite like this chopper in terms of minifig scale: http://www.brickset.com/detail.aspx?Set=6462-1 Although its unrealistic in some terms, it was quite functional for its use, but I have to admit this might take a new high spot in design of choppers. And im not sure if this is posted, but isnt the windscreen an old part, not new? have a look: http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/2826 Not sure if this is posted either, but the front cap also looks like this, also old, part:http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/2916 Not new parts as some suggested :-$ Looks like an ace set.

Kmart had a sale that ended afew days ago, that was buy one get one 50% off (of same or lesser value) So hence I got afew of those star wars army builder sets :-$ The Target sale is definintley emminent; you can see the sets stacked up to almost the ceiling at the lego isle. I bought mine early, and now just have to show them the recepit on black friday to receive the balance of the sale. (Just in case none are left, I planned ahead, although doubtful theyd run out with that many)

I would sell the misb set and just buy a used one of the same set - if it was the set I was after. (Make some monies!)

I really like that APC's window/cockpit 8-

I quite like the enginuity of people who build small detailed things as this :-$ (I can only do large scale war mocs [Look at my most recent Moc for proof]) My only gripe about this one is the crotch area, seems theres alittle something to be desired there (No pun intended! X-D ) But it just seems to go from leg to torso flat undersided torso, which is all I would complain about. Nicely done.

Originally my inspiration was to build something out of the AT-TE 4482 set http://www.brickset.com/detail.aspx?Set=4482-1 (Look around abit and you can find many of the special parts used on there) Alot to say to this one, thank you very much for all your compliments *wub* After I was done building it (afew hours) I was also surprised how much it looked like the turbo tank :-D though I must say, it was not my inspiration *sad* And about the space building.. it is ALL I do, so you will probably be seeing much more space around here then :-P And many brownie points to you for putting me in the smart category :-$ Thank you all for the comments (Especially Mr Hinckley!)

As a fellow Wisconsonite its nice to see a fan of the Packers :-$ However I am not much into sports - so I would have a neutral feeling to any team

Its a nice technique as it is, although it leaves the unavoidable small space between, which is icky :-( However still very nice. Ive seen this technique used for the large 2 toned anime eyes, aswell as with the blending of colors for other mocs, although a good technique, it leaves the gap, and with that one peice just sitting there, seems alittle, precarious... However, you pulled it off nicely, as it does work *wub* But yes, ive seen the technique before before, example: Notice it in the eyes. However, if you mean the tudor building soley, I have yet to see it, other than yours.

It means Armoured Personel Carrier :-$ And thanks for comments everyone - It does have some engines underneath, but I never really thought of taking pictures - and im not really sure what else to put in the huge cargo hold :-( Any ideas, anyone?
-
Both cannons are fully articulating I tried to make the cockpit as small as possible to maximize room for luggage - I think I succeeded. Removeable top.. removed.. Yar. Wanted to build a ground vehicle. So what goes in that big cargo bay?.. um.. havent got to that yet :-$ Sorry for the icky mismatched colors on the inside. Quite honestly I dont see what the fuss is all about with the new head - it just seems more detailed than all the others, nothing wrong with that (all my minifigures wear helms anyway - as ima space dude)
-
I may try this if I find the time - As I am just finishing up my current moc :-$

My organization system are just drawers of dissassembled sets, and oddly I know where every part is when I need, and if any two get mixed up I get very flustered :-$ Also, when sort of being bored or just in real time, I look at things and imagine how I could build them out of lego, heh. (And if I see someone, or myself, buy something which I really dont need or for to much, I think gah, that couldve been X amount spent on lego! |-/ )

I bought the airport at target so I can take the recepit back and reap the sale rewards without the rush :-$

[US] Target exclusive 40% off...but only the bad ones
Brickmaster replied to Tohst's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
I just got back from target from buying the airport set (so I can go back with recepit and claim the sale money back, heh) and I saw them aswell - even at those prices I still was not interested :-X -
Wow, looks like a very useful parts pack 8-
-
Well, whether it be flesh light or dark, I still dislike the new minifig colors :-P However, on topic, sorry, I know not the difference.
