  1. I was about to ask for a Meta Knight, (hes my favorite, along with Pit), and seems you beat me to it, and it's surprisingly good! I love those characters because you can just 'up' and fly around, no having to do up B! Oh, and the green santa hat is horridly expensive. Maybe you should look at a robin hood hat for link?
  2. Happy birthday man, have a good one!
  3. Guns N Roses - Better
  4. #2 from me.
  5. Any pictures to help aswell? I think I got it, but, I've been playin around with other styles too, maybe Ill make afew and see which one peoples like best?

I've been working on a Citation x-11 that I am hyped to get on the road
  7. Wow, awesome! I am glad my review helped some peoples decisions, and I hope you enjoy this great playset! (It's hard not to..)
  8. Heya Trexxen, Thanks for your comment! I am, indeed, A Nightwish fan, among many, many other good bands And also, Yes! In fact I was going to put a huge old laser out of the mouth. Gun building isn't one of the quicker things I do, though, it takes alot for me to be happy with some gun that I build. Do you have any sort of example you'd like to see? For a laser as big as this I haven't seen many. Also I plan to build in a red visor on the inside for the mask, just to see how that looks. Thanks gloriously for your comment! VBBN, It's both sides ship I guess, because I'll be using both sides to man the bridge, but I'd like to think of it as evil! And Grevious, thank you! I like that atleast afew acknowledge how hard it can be to infuse bionicle, thank you for that. And indeed, you are correct in saying the mini's will be piloting the ship! Except they won't be on their old bodies, they will be on their minifigure bodies. (thanks to abit of customizing, that is possible!) As an update report.. Right now I've been building the very front of the ship - Now here is where some real building comes in. Progress is slow, but I really like how it's looking. I also need to buy yet another set to supplement my parts. A new update could be sometime this week, or next, I'm not to tally sure. And, I also have a dilemma. If I keep posting updates in here, the thread title still looks the same, will people check it regularly for updates, or expect me to make a new thread for that? Thank you guys!
  9. Sadly I've been finding myself doing less and less playing, even after I finish a set, I play with it for afew minutes, but then I just set it somewhere, and it eventually degrades and is parted out for the current moc. All the spare time I have, any time I spend with lego's, seems to be spent moc'ing. Sadly, I have no room to show off my builds, no place for an expansive layout anymore, etc.
  10. Just post a warning and link them that they may be offending. If you still click on it and get offended, well, that would then be your fault? The best censorship is from yourself; I remember our class debates about this, I've always held the opinion it's someones own responsibility to censor themselves. Along with censorship of games, and the over concerned parents saying how the gore will scar their kids or ruin society.. just don't buy the game then, and let others have their fun? Bah.
  11. What song? If it's Atreyu, yes it's new. Right now I'm listening to some Chemical Brothers, after a good dose of In Flames <- Great band. I recommend 'Man Made God' and 'Cloud Connected'
  12. This may be a micropult but it has absolutely huuuuge pictures that took too long for my patience to resize!
  13. Hey. This is awesome. I must note that these waterfalls are probably the best I've seen for how simplistic they are. The House looks great, and especially like the little turntable highlights you used in blue. My only gripe is with the green slopes. They just seem too green-y in that area. Ace job
  14. Great choice, with the discount, it's an absolute steal!
  15. Well, it's epically big, and the wheel was nicely done, but other than that there are no astounding techniques, it's more a moc that gets its attention from sheer awe and awesome size, mind, you, that's not always a bad thing, like in this well done case. Great collection of parts to make that beast, although I'm no halo fanboy, I can appreciate the size. He said he wanted to make a stopmotion film with this? I'd like to see that, however
  16. We should've got a day off to celebrate the gorgeous earth! It's not a real holiday in my books unless I get a free day off! But in all seriousness, it's kind of sad we need a holiday to remind us to give thanks to what we live on and what gives us everything we need to live. Ever. Yeah that's me, a pessimist, heh. A favorite proclamation of my friends on earth day was "Yay! Earth day! Let's burn some plastic!" I should probably plant something.
  17. Thank you graciously for all the comments guys! At first I thought it was a waste of time to do updates, but if people are actually following them, I shall keep 'em coming! Right now, as I type infact, I am fiddling with using the large bionicle mask. It is so annoying to build with, especially with the techniques I'm using, because it's so fiddly unless the whole thing is supported, but when it's all done, this won't be a problem. It looks insane? Just how I wanted it, I love this comment I will keep this updated, thanks guys! And.. about the imma chargin my lazer, it originates from an anonymous picture forum board, the original is a picture of cell, from dragon ball z, and proclaiming he is either charging or firing his lazer (with aweful paintshopped red lips and googly eyes). This also gained the name 'Shoop da woop!' (someone said this in their comment). When you awefully add that face to a photo, it's called shooping it Here is the original: Shoop da woop! Just like internet meme's (fads, basically) you can trace it's origins to this picture board, but, It's not exactly a nice place to visit. Other example's of meme's are the 'do you leik mudkipz?' and the 'motivational posters'. Aswell as a personal favorite, the /facepalm. (If you have no idea what these mean.. there are stories behind them too..)
  18. Oops! I just realized that I said this was 8925; not 8927 like it should.
  19. Atreyu - Becoming the Bull
  20. I am all for the logs myself. I may not be a western builder, but I can relate it to something I do use. It's like saying if there is a difference between the 1x2 'vented' bricks or the 1x2 normal flat bricks, when trying to make a vented area. Yes, it is noticeable to me.
  21. 1. *hurts you* 2. That guitar is amazing. That is all.
  22. I just got a PaintShop pro, where you can simply cut out the thing you want, and paste it onto a background you want, or just white.
  23. Merry Christmas indeed! Capitol ship wise, it will end up beinginfluenced by the dragonstar, or any other large cruiser like it. Ok, Mine will be nowhere as good, but it's where I'm taking some inspiration Right now I am building the components to attach to the main cylindrical part of the ship - once built. Oh, and for an idea on size, I will be using this piece as the headpiece, or front of the ship. I love using pieces like that. Thanks for the reply!
  24. I really like this thing, the shape and all the techniques used to get them are very good. I love seeing building styles progress, and it's apparent your's has I never comment without criticism, though. Here it is only with colors. The grey, it's mismatched! Ok, it's not that bad, but I need something to nitpick on! I have a thing for 6 wheeled vehicles..
  25. Updated! (Old first post moved down to here) http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/MarkofBr...ne/image002.jpg I'm using alot of tentacles and those cool bionicle flaps. I think they make a great engine, or is it just me? It took some tricky and unorthadox methods, but I got it all to connect firmly. http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/MarkofBr...ne/image003.jpg Yay, flaps. http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/MarkofBr...ne/image004.jpg Next, the bridge. So the design has been done before. But have you seen it in trans red? Oh? With the gaining of two toa terrain crawlers, it made this part possible. Trans red looks very cool, and these sets fueled my bionicle parts, and tentacle supply, greatly. http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/MarkofBr...ne/image006.jpg http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/MarkofBr...ne/image007.jpg http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/MarkofBr...ne/image008.jpg On the back there is an air lock, some bionicle, and some more tentacles. The air lock is the black dome, same part from the top of Sandy's rocket. Yes, that was not a new part, it's been used in this awesome forgotten set! http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/MarkofBr...ne/image009.jpg There's also a little vent. http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/MarkofBr...ne/image010.jpg Mm. Trans red winscreens. Plenty of room to add the controls for later, when I start detailing! And a palm tree. Don't ask. Also note my patented yellow and black checker insignia. I've used this on many of my models. http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/MarkofBr...ne/image001.jpg Hope you enjoyed so far, Thank you for looking, keep tuned for updates! (I think some wing's may be next..)
