Bricklink updates some part numbers from time to time. At one point he also updated the code of the Star Wars minifigures by adding a zero to all the old minifigures as well. However whoever bought the TS-Project manual and has a parts list in version 01 can contact me and I will send the updated parts list with the correct codes.- 289 replies

Great job TwoSolitudes! I am happy that you liked the MOC and that you enjoyed the construction phases. I spend a lot of time planning the construction phases to make the experience as fun as possible. Thanks again.

SB00201 TS-PROJECT (MOC Tie Silencer UCS)
StarBricks replied to StarBricks's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Unfortunately there will be no LYGOD lighting kit for the B-Project. The costs of making the kits and the taxation makes LYGOD kits not convenient for those who make them. One of the reasons why the B-Project manual is late is also linked to this aspect. For months I have tried to coordinate the design and construction of the kits but the company that produced the kits no longer gives me guarantees and I have decided to eliminate them from the B-Project project. I'm sorry but alternative solutions would not have guaranteed the quality that distinguishes my projects. In the manual, however, I will insert a guide to be able to create a lighting kit with standard LED components that can be found online. As for the TS-Project kits, however, I believe they are still available. Just write an email to the distributor via my site.- 289 replies

SB00201 TS-PROJECT (MOC Tie Silencer UCS)
StarBricks replied to StarBricks's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I believe that in both cases there are PROS and CONS: Solution no. 1) Limited instructions PROS: Few people = few parts lists and therefore a lower construction cost for those who intend to actually build the MOC CONS: Possible resale of the instructions once they are exhausted = increase in the cost of the instructions (which, however, I do not conceive or approve because a true AFOL should keep the construction manual with the MOC). Solution no. 2) Unlimited Instructions (PDF) PRO: Lower cost of instructions and constant over time CONS: Increase in people looking for parts with a consequent increase in the cost of parts and the rarity of some pieces. Furthermore, people who take the instructions after 1 or 2 years would end up with a wantet list with parts that are no longer recoverable or very expensive. Ultimately, considering that my MOCs are made up of many parts and therefore quite demanding from an economic point of view, I prefer solution no. 1 because I believe that it is the most appropriate and that it guarantees, to the people who really intend to build my MOCs, a lower expense. I am not interested in "making numbers" and I prefer to look at the quality and exclusivity of the project. This is the philosophy behind it all.- 289 replies

SB00201 TS-PROJECT (MOC Tie Silencer UCS)
StarBricks replied to StarBricks's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I can't stop people from reselling their copy of the instructions. I find it something that makes no sense because I am assuming that a real AFOL should buy the manual to build the MOC and then keep everything in his collection. Whoever does this breaks the philosophy of the limited edition project and does not respect the high AFOLs who are still collecting the parts for the construction of the MOC.- 289 replies

I don't know what you are referring to when you talk about PDF for $ 150 because I don't sell PDFs.- 289 replies

StarBricks replied to StarBricks's topic in LEGO Star Wars
The philosophy behind the limited edition of the instructions is necessary to contain the cost of parts for the construction of the MOC. It is useless to share countless PDF files and thus create a very large community that goes in search of the parts. Few instructions in circulation also means few people looking for parts .. and this helps to make parts cheaper and less rare.- 289 replies

Thank you! .. very little is missing to the release of the instructions of the B-Project. Have faith.. -
No, nothing changes. It can be used one or the other. It depends on what you find and which one is cheaper to buy.

Yes, I confirm the release of the instructions by this summer. It was a very demanding job but I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel -

The MOC can be removed from the support and placed on its side to make moving operations easier. -

I confirm and strongly recommend, to people interested in building the B-Project, to buy an official LEGO 75188 set. You will be able to recover the minifigures and some special pieces present only in that set (the silkscreened glass of the gunboats). In addition, almost all the other pieces of the set can be used for the construction of the MOC. -
Yes, I agree, researching and collecting bricks for me is a very fun and relaxing part. Especially when you have a lot of bulk to go through. It's like going in search of mushrooms!

[MOC] SB00501 TR-Project (MOC Treadspeeder 125-z UCS)
StarBricks replied to StarBricks's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Thank you very much Kristof, I love to experiment and measure myself with new and original challenges. For me, the essence of playing with LEGO is to experiment. I don't know what you mean exactly but I've always thought it's important to let the studs see. Overdoing the tiles and "erasing" every trace of the bricks can sometimes distort the essence of a Lego MOC. That's why I don't mind leaving a lot of studs in my MOCs in sight.- 31 replies

Thanks so much. It was a courageous but thoughtful choice. I love building subjects that no one has done and experimenting with new techniques and new designs. Thank you for understanding and appreciating the meaning of my choice.- 31 replies

Thanks Rocket Racer, however, I assure you that photos and videos do not do the MOC justice. However, I liked the Treadspeeder a lot and immediately reminded me of a snowmobile. In the film we see little is true but it is really "bad" and "mighty". I agree with you however that the two troopers are a very important part of the MOC. I would say I'm a MOC in the MOC.. Thanks again for the compliments- 31 replies
