It's just occurred to me. Do the tank, jet, car and small mech in set 71765 The Ninja Ultra Combo Mech have individual names?
-
Maybe something similar to this?

It's just occurred to me that the 4 exclusive Ninja from The Crystal King's Temple will probably be available 1 per month as the free gift with the Ninjago magazine in Europe and the UK

I've always been able to get multiples of every GWP I wanted to by making multiple qualifying orders, all delivered to the same household address. For example: I have a second Cosmic Cardboard Adventures on it's way to me at the moment when I already had one delivered 10 days ago. Don't know if that's because I'm in the UK and maybe the rule doesn't apply in all regions?

It's a separate part that just fits over the usual motorbike frame. It's such a fun set -

It's so cute! I love the guy's alternate face holding his breath and his back tattoo -
Built it! This is my first time seeing the minimal styling of the new instruction book covers. I swapped the Dragon head part with a part from an extra set 71760 I bought cheap to give it some extra blue as I'm thinking about giving it to Clay from Nexo Knights. My favourite part of the set is the cute Crystal Spider and the Vengestone Warrior. I intend to buy this set again eventually and swap the blue bricks for red and swap the dragon head for the one in set 71762 to create a kind of red dragon bike maybe for Macy from Nexo Knights or for Red Son from Monkie Kid. I could imagine that guy being Jay actually

Considering how many Oz books there actually are in the series; and how much the story evolves with new characters being introduced and Dorothy's family permanently relocating to Oz eventually, there would be so much scope for years worth of great sets and storylines. The Woozy is practically a Lego model already, but imagine characters like Polychrome, The Phanfasms, King Dox, The Hungry Tiger, Tik-Tok, Bungle The Glass Cat, The Woggle-Bug, The Scoodlers, The Patchwork Girl, The Gargoyles, The Horners etc in Lego form. I'd love to see a Lego theme based around a team of descendants of mythological deities who have to fight legendary monsters from different mythologies or folk tales. Like maybe a group consisting of a descendant of Hephaestus who could build mechs and weapons, a descendant of Thor or The Morrigan who handles the fighting, a descendant of Isis who is good with computers and research etc... There could be sets where they take on Cerberus, Balor, Baba Yaga, Typhon, Xiangliu, Krampus, Tiamat, Apopis, Fenris, Hela, Koschei, Qiongqi, Eris etc.. Kind of like a kid-friendly American Gods. Or even an in house theme that really delves deep into Arthurian legend. Give us a Camelot Lego set with a sword in the stone build and a round table, a Lady of the Lake set, a Merlin Vs Morgan Le Fay set, a Gawain Vs The Green Knight set, Arthur Vs Mordred, dragons, unicorns etc.. They could probably even shoehorn the ever popular Forestmen in there somewhere

I feel like Lego have put so much into the Crystalized wave with so many great minifigs, awesome builds, trans-clear parts, large parts and gold parts. I can't wait to get them all, and multiples of some. However, I feel that the high prices will put a lot of people off and this wave won't sell well, so in future Lego won't put as much effort into Ninjago. I worry that it'll be downhill from here for this theme. Hope I'm wrong though

Lots of good ideas there. I've been meaning to expand the Anti-Gravity Arcade myself, I just need June to arrive for sets 41708 and 31131 to be released so I can use parts from those to add to it. Expanding it as a City of Lanterns compatible build would make sense. I'll probably borrow the arcade machine from Ninjago City Gardens for it as well. I've been considering getting set 75550 for parts that would complement a Chinese themed build, though I think the only tile with an image in that set is just a dragon face, there doesn't seem to be any Chinese characters. I should probably open my Flower Fruit Mountain, there's lots of Chinese writing on that sticker sheet

Lady Bone Demon's character is in it as a zombie, they keep putting her in a fridge so she doesn't rot and stink And Sandy runs a mobile phone company. It's bonkers lol. I'm going to buy 2 City of Lanterns sets to combine. Has anyone got any experience doing that? Or got pictures showing the best way to do it?

Oh cool. The Leeds store stopped stocking them a while back, so I've been buying them through Lego's website

Yeah... I think I'm going to get the tank Just started watching a show on the British Netflix that's based on Journey To The West. It's called A Korean Odyssey (it's set in Korea), and it's hilarious! It has The Monkey King and Demon Bull King as roommates, Pigsy as a K-Pop star who can turn into a Boar, and Tang as a female Real Estate Agent who can see Demons (and who most Demons want to eat just like in Journey To The West). The Monkey King ends up being manipulated into protecting her even though he wants to eat her, and hijinks ensue

Still need to build mine. It's been sitting around for months along with four other MK sets and I just ordered The Team Secret HQ. Planning to order the Dronecopter set and the 3 sets releasing in June over the next couple of weeks. Gonna have so much MK building to do. Still trying to decide whether to buy the Noodle Tank to get the Speedy Panda employees to go with the Speedy Panda stores in the other sets, but I suppose I could just buy the minifigs used

With their weapons being all technological, I wonder if the new Ninja are Nindroids? Or at least employed by Cyrus Borg?

I just watched a beautifully animated movie on the British Netflix called Nezha: Reborn which features several characters from Chinese Mythology/Journey To The West. It very much has Monkie Kid vibes; kind of a Monkie Kid for grown ups though, or children who are ok with a lot of death, injury and violence. It has versions of at least 3 or 4 characters featured in Monkie Kid and follows a similar plot with a guy inheriting great power and being mentored by a famous primate

I've never been excited about a new Ninjago season before, but I'm excited for this one

So awesome! Love the little details with the roller skate and handcuff pieces. Is his belt a bracelet from Lego Dots?

I'd love Lego sets based on the Dungeons and Dragons cartoon from the 80s -
