  1. Love the way you phrased it, sounds like he's been taken hostage.
  2. I really miss mid-sized character moulds—Axl from Nexo Knights, Dogpound and Leatherhead from TMNT, or even the digital-only Mr. Incredible from the video game. Feel like they would work extremely well for certain characters—The Thing being a perfect example.
  3. What, dropping a set randomly on s@h? Can't name any specific examples (except for the Giganotosaurus Dominion set—I think), but I know there's been at least a few times they've done this.
  4. You're kind of right. Looking at the leaked trailer, he isn't much taller than a random guy sitting next to him—just broader. Same with the concept poster. Saying that, I think with how hard LEGO has been pushing Marvel bigfigs this year, I'm pretty sure he's still gonna be one.
  5. According to the previous leak, Hagrid's bike set number is 76443—which is 50€. I hope that the leaker is wrong, because there's no way they could make it into a set of this size without including, like, Dursleys' house.
  6. Minifigures? Oh my oh my. Another set which I am insanely excited for. Bought buildable Stitch two weeks ago, and he look incredible. Having a minifigure scale set is gonna be amazing. I love this movie so much.
  7. Those January waves are getting out of hand. They're basically a second June wave at this point! Some prices are slightly ridiculous—not because of the PpP ratio or its contents, but like... why does Hagrid's bike need to be 50€? Why is a flying lesson set 80€—couldn't they just have made another Quidditch set at this point? Glad that there are no gimmicks or buildable whatnots.
  8. While the upcoming Avengers movies sound absolutely horrible, I can't begin to say how excited I am for F4. The concept trailer is awesome. This movie already has more sauce than nearly every single MCU entry. The subtitle is unnecessary, but I can't wait for the movie to release. Hope we get some awesome LEGO sets—buildable Galactus is a must. The newly leaked sets sound like more boring Infinity Saga slop. I'm sorry, I'm just completely disinterested in getting more and more of the same movies with the same characters. Like, really? Another Hall of Armor? *sigh*
  9. Bringing back RDJ as Dr. Doom is quite possibly the single most desperate, nostalgia-filled move the MCU has ever made. Thought 2022–2023 might have been its rock bottom, but here we are...
  10. I'm gonna say it — genuinely the most fun movie I've ever seen in theatres, along with Dungeons & Dragons: Honor among Thieves. I love this movie so so much. I was surprised the reviews were generally mixed.
  11. Some people really underestimate how popular Deadpool is with kids just because his movies are R-rated. You don't actually need to see a Spider-Man movie to actively want Spider-Man toys. I actually saw Spider-Man (first CBM I've ever seen) because I was interested in the toys. Deadpool is cool. Kids love him because he's cool, not because they've seen him in a movie. Seeing him in a movie makes one more attached to a character, but it's not always the reason they're intersted in it in the first place. Not to mention that a lot of countries don't have strict rating rules like the USA. I've seen Deadpool as a 12 year old, and I've been aware of him long before that—for example, because of the LEGO set, or the Ultimate Spider-Man TV series.
  12. True, it looks fantastic. Glad that the DCU content is starting before Superman with an animated series. Bummer that we're not getting any sets, but it's expected since: a) it doesn't include Batman; b) it's an animated, TV-MA rated Max series.
  13. Deadpool 2 is easily my favourite one. The first one is good for what it is imo, but it doesn't go anywhere beyond that. The second one, on the other hand, is pretty great. I love the story, character development, the whole squad Deadpool takes along for the ride. The action sequences are great too, I'm a huge David Leitch fan.
  14. Truly, people are sometimes so annoying when discussing things like this. "What's your favourite movie of all time?" "Oh, I actually really enjoy Dungeons & Dragons: Honor among Thieves." "Well, that's a pretty cool movie, but there's no way it's better than the critically acclaimed masterpiece The Godfather, and its equally masterfully crafted sequel The Godfather: Part II." Like, shut the hell up. Let me enjoy things. :(( 1. Deadpool 2 2. Deadpool 3. Deadpool & Wolverine
  15. Wow this is ridiculous. Why go to SDCC, show a short teaser, announce an October release date, all to just randomly release it on a streaming service on the same day? Could it be an internal leak / error? No idea, but if it was intential then I truly have no words; if it wasn't, how does that even happen? Why were the episodes on the server months before the release? Downloading the episodes as of now, can't wait. Heard that Jay's arc is really disappointing tho.
  16. In all seriousness tho, I don't think I've ever been more excited for a set. Genuinely. Horizon's Tallneck is the only one I can think of actually. The Spider-Verses are my favourite movies ever. Can't pick a favourite out of the two, and I don't call them the best movies of all time, but they are my favourites. I think about them daily. I listen to the soundtrack intensely, still. I've always wanted merchandise from those movies. I don't like Funkos, the Hasbro figures are crap, and there's not really anything else. I bought the AtSV vinyl and the art books for both movies, but they are not something I display as of now. So to have a LEGO set based on it is truly special for me.
  17. I fainted. I got up. I fainted again.
  18. No idea what the hell is going on here, but I'm loving it. Keep up the good work guys.
  19. Part 2 coming in early October. Also, the series has been renewed for Season 3 (to no one's surprise).
  20. Babe wake up, new Eurobricks Aslume lore just dropped.
  21. Don't ask questions. Mr. Turtle runs this Aslume, so even though we might not know what he's up to, it's all a part of an elaborate scheme that will start unfolding at the proper time and place.
  22. That would indeed be the funniest thing, but it's also precisely why I won't do it. But then again, that would be a perfect opportunity to make a new account with your username to cause even further confusion.
  23. You can easily change the name from your account settings, but you can't change it back for a whole year. Which I wouldn't mind, but I'm not sure if you can go back to the original name afterwards. Anyways, my Superman profile picture is now part of LEGO DC Eurobricks lore so there's that.
