  1. This is quite possibly one of the best sets I've ever seen. Absolutely flawless. The machines look incredible. The sidebuilds are a fantastic addition. The minifigures are detailed, while also having new moulds and arm printing. The price is unbelievably good. And the best thing? They are making this a theme, which means more sets are coming down the line. Depending on how many sets we'll get later on, this might be the first theme where I need to get every single set.
  2. Actually, probably at least three new moulds—Aloy's bow, Varl's hairpiece, and Varl's spear.
  3. For me it's everything that I've ever wanted and more: Superman returns (hopefully with a movie set too), Batman gets a modular D2C (please please please, give us cool villains and the Bat-Family), Lilo & Stitch gets a minifigure set, another Horizon set (and maybe more?), the Shire D2C (best LotR location; and maybe there's more LotR sets!), How to Train Your Dragon set (even though it's a buildable figure), random Twilight set (funniest movies of all time), Fantastic Four finally gets a set (or two), Ninjago is looking incredible (favourite LEGO theme), another Andor set (possibly with Dedra? )... ...and then you also have a set AND a CMF series based on my favourite movies of all time? I've truly no words. And there's still probably some surprises left!
  4. I think it's because a trusted leaker made a 2025 "hype video" with various teasers of upcoming sets, one of them being Gandalf saying You shall not pass! So now people think we are getting more LotR sets than just Shire. (Which is hopefully true, because fans who don't want to spend hundreds of euros on a set should also get something.)
  5. It's getting reposted by trusted leakers, so it's real. We say this about half of next year's rumours, but they are all just miraculously true (Spider-Verse set, How to Train Your Dragon, Arkham Asylum D2C etc.)
  6. It's ridiculously good, and I have no idea how this coexists with Marvel sets that have 230 pieces for 50€, but here we are! Can't wait to see the set. Didn't expect it releasing so soon.
  7. If I had to guess, it's probably gonna combine all the main characters from both of those movies, adding some villains for good measure (or maybe not). Like this: 1. Miles Morales (ITSV; hoodie outift) 2. Gwen Stacy (ATSV; dual-moulded arms and printed shoes) 3. Peter B. Parker (ATSV; pink robe with a child carrier and Mayday) 4. Peter Parker – Noir (ITSV) 5. Peni Parker (ITSV) 6. Peter Porker (ITSV) 7. Miguel O'Hara (ATSV) 8. Hobie Brown (ATSV) 9. Pavitr Parbhakar (ATSV) 10. Margo Kess (ATSV) 11. The Prowler (ITSV) 12. Doc Ock (ITSV) Hopefully everyone includes an additional head with a hairpiece. I am so excited to hear more. This is the best LEGO news I've ever heard.
  8. Horizon is getting another set next year! 77037 Aloy and Varl vs. Shell-Walker and Sawtooth. Retails for 45€, with 768 pieces. Coming March 2025.
  9. Actually all of his 2025 leaks turned out to be true. He provided a lot of set descriptions, which were proven true in the leaked images.
  10. OH. MY. GOD!!! This is officially the best LEGO year ever. It was already insane, but a whole CMF series dedicated to my favourite movies of all time?! I'm gonna cry. I was already sooo happy with the set, how does it get even better?
  11. One of the June 2025 sets will be a villanous, Forbidden Five focused version of Destiny's Bounty with two heads. (source: litemods)
  12. I think the set is completely based on the assumption that adult fans who would buy this set (since it's for adults, as a part of Icons) care about Toothless much more than they do about anything else from this franchise. Which is completely insane, because there's so much more beyond Toothless. Sure, he's the mascot of the franchise, but Hiccup is just as important, not to mention other characters, dragons, and the scenery.
  13. I genuinely have no idea why LEGO would make a big, display set for collectors without any minifigures for a franchise that is known for its popularity with kids and diverse characters. They could've at least included Hiccup with a data plate stand, since he's just as important to the movies (and even more) than Toothless.
  14. The set is confirmed now to be a buildable Toothless without minifigures. ——— Huge disappointment. Of course getting Toothless is still awesome, but I was hoping for minifigures and so much more.
  15. I really love the overall shape and colour scheme of the jet, although I wish Ras' aircraft was more integral to the design. It just feels awkwardly attached now. The minifigures aren't particularly interesting too—two repeats and a new Arin variant. Still, I can't wait to see the full images of those sets. Should be a little over two weeks now.
  16. Uh-oh, some worrying news—apparently How to Train Your Dragon is not getting its own theme, but is releasing as a part of Icons. Which means we're probably just getting a single set. The leaker says that he's gonna find out as soon as possible. ——— Well, that's a missed opportunity... This franchise would have so much potential as a theme. But right now, it seems like we're probably (just my guess) getting a 200€ set that's either a huge buildable Toothless, or the Berk village with minifigures and two or three dragons.
  17. At first I thought that those were just reference models used for the game, but they wouldn't actually make a whole new printed minifigure with a new bow mould then, would they? This is incredible news. The Tallneck is probably still my favourite set of all time, so I absolutely can't wait to get my hands on more Horizon sets. I am going so broke next year, it's insane how perfectly catered to my interests it feels.
  18. This is incredible, I love all the details your Aslume includes. Awesome stuff all around, it's actually impressive how much lore we have combined in just a single thread. Love it @Mandalorianknight. Let's put it up on LEGO Ideas and make it an official set! We can do it, this will be absolutely peak. (This is the bright Kryptonite that will ignite the future of LEGO DC!)
  19. My allegiance is to Dedra Meero, to love!
  20. Thankfully I'm not a part of the Jedi Order.
  21. Protect Dedra at all cost! Death Troopers will do a much better job at that. Also, we haven't seen them as minifigures in a while.
  22. I was thinking that size-wise, Meatlug would be 10–15€, Toothless 20–25€, Stormfly 30–35€, Barf and Belch and Hoofang 40–50€. But none of the dragons need to be any bigger. I was actually quite surprised rewatching the first movie three days ago, seeing how small Hookfang is compared to what I remembered. Of course, LEGO will probably oversize them anyway, but I am really interested in seeing how they approach those sets. (Hoping for some Berk sidebuilds.)
