Yeah, it seems like @Falconfan1414 has definitely seen both the CMF and Diagon Alley in their entirety but is unaware of when they will be revealed.

Hey, @Lego-Freak can do the research if they want to! Like everyone else, I’m desperate for some news this week. I predict we’ll get SOMETHING, but probably not as much as I’d like.

Yes, Diagon Alley will almost certainly be 18+, which is ridiculous... I think if/when Diagon Alley sells well, it’s safe to expect a D2C Hogsmeade within the next three years, but other than that I don’t think the Harry Potter theme needs any more enormous sets.

I'm just going to cross my fingers and toes and hope for something next week.

I don't think the store calendar offers much evidence. Why would a calendar mention anything about a hitherto-unrevealed D2C before the official press release? Maybe I'm just in denial, lol.

Why do you think Diagon Alley won't be revealed next week? If there is a VIP early access period, I would expect the reveal to be no later than the first week of August...but I could be wrong. Either way, we must be getting something soon, right?

Someone on Instagram is claiming, based on some confidential source, that there will be a Monster Book of Monsters polybag this fall. That sounds like absolute nonsense to me, unless they are referring to the Neville Collectible Minifigure. Just thought I might as well mention it here, anyway. @Falconfan1414, care to weigh in on this one?

Your prices may be bad, but I would give up all my LEGO if I could live in the Netherlands instead of where I am now. Ahem...yes, well, hopefully Diagon Alley gets revealed soon. Very soon. As in, “why not this week?” soon.

Can’t argue with this. But it’s a great (read: poor) excuse to impulsively spend money on LEGO while we still can!

So I ordered the Grawp Forbidden Forest set from Zavvi a few days ago. It was expected to ship by now, but it still says processing (which is fine). However, the item listing itself is showing "out of stock." So either I ordered just in time or I ordered too late. I assume I'll be offered a refund if they can't fulfill my order? Or would I simply have to wait until their next shipment?

I agree, that this is the most likely. July 31 would have been ideal, but JK Rowling has pissed off a lot of people, and the fact that she and Harry just happen to share a birthday is not exactly subtle. Most people can separate the art from the artist, but when they share the same birthday...

I'm really impressed the Advent Calendar, but it's not a "must-buy" for me. Will I get it eventually? Almost certainly. But I'm not a fan of the movie version of Goblet of Fire, and so the subject matter is really a letdown for me (especially since I already have the Clock Tower). The graphic design and construction are technically excellent, but my personal preference will be to save money for Diagon Alley and/or some of the CMFs. In other news, I just splurged and bought the Grawp set and the Tom Riddle book, and I feel really guilty about both.

While I think this set will be absolutely fantastic, I wouldn't hold my breath for a Modular-scale Leaky Cauldron. If all the buildings were Modular-sized, we would only get two or three for the price point. On the contrary, I'm expecting between five and six "smaller" buildings (plus perhaps a few narrow facades like the ice cream parlor).

How many sets are usually in each box? If there are at least 3, I would also be interested in purchasing a full set from you. But I’ll PM you.

So where are people going to be buying Collectible Minifigures during a pandemic? I realize that most countries are not as screwed up as the United States, but...

I have never heard anything about a prototype Fang mold, but now I’m even sadder that we haven’t gotten one yet!

I would love for @Falconfan1414 to join the conversation, but I believe they said “most likely minifig scale,” which is admittedly odd wording, but I have no cause for concern at the moment. Marcos Bessa and the team are going to knock this one out of the park, I have no doubt.

If we're getting Florean Freakin' Fortescue, I stand by my belief that we will be getting a Death Star-level smorgasbord of minifigures.
