Yeah get them all in there and have a great team for the theme. That would be wonderful to see what they would come up with.

This is all coming together nicely. This is a unique theme for this advent calendar

The whole scene with Alrune and Dresghar came together beautifully.

That's good. I liked a lot of his work with Dragon Lands and he has some great ideas. Maybe Nuju and Soccerkid will be able to work on a full on castle theme one day that would be great to see what they come up with.

Hoping this castle is not BF or lion Knights. Definitely buying this. I am also hoping the silver great helm comes back with this castle. Nice to see Castle getting the love but I wish a full on theme someday down the line.

Alrune looks great. Just reminds me of how I need to pick up Rivendell before it retires.

I really like the Archivist. The scroll pedestal looks nice and I like the gold accents in the builds.

These are great to see again. The fireplace looks great nice use of those corner pieces upside down. I think the tilted tile give the build character, looks more realistic. Nice job on these builds.

So Christmas and Easter isn't religious? That's an interesting take doesn't make much sense though. And yes Christmas and Easter as holidays have a lot to do with Jesus Christ. They've also done sets of ancient egypt and made Anubis

Exactly I knew there are others but I couldn't think what it was. I'm sure there are even more if I look into everything lego has done.

Lego does christmas sets and easter so they've already have done it.

Yeah and it comes in 2 different colors. It will be interesting to see what people come up with for customs.

That's what an Aarokocra has a wolf pup. It's in DnD. But like anything in lego you can make it whatever want.

No problem. It's a lot of dwarves to keep track of. I still need to get that set eventually. Probably sometime next year. Gotta make it through the holidays. Then can start saving up for sets for next year too.

I don't think that was Bombur in Rivendell isn't it supposed to be Gloin. Gimli's father Gloin was there Bombur was not. If Rivendell was based off the Hobbit then all the dwarves could have been in the set.

yeah that dragon in Black and Dark red would be great too. I would love a dragon in dark grey and dark blue also.

That doesn't mean anything the creator set could have been in the works for awhile and they might not have released it till now. I'm just saying it's a possibility. Yeah lego does love doing red dragons but Ninjago has been doing dragons for a long time. Also maybe they had this creator dragon color scheme in mind for some time as it is like the old molded dragon and changing the DnD dragon which is also an homage to the original dragon would make more sense for lego. True as to DnD lore and the dragon from the original set was an homage to the lego dragon and not necessarily to do with DnD. Lego does love their red dragons though. Do you have the new Ninjago source dragon it's massive and my favorite lego dragon so far and just looks menacing and fits right in with fantasy settings or DnD.

Plenty of adults have full on city displays and use city alot for their builds. Also Minecraft has been around since 2011 and plenty of teenagers and young adults are into Minecraft. I know so sells well but that's because the adults are buying the toys for their kids yes kids still like lego but now there are so many more options than when I was a kid that kids have so many things to choose from. There are a lot of people on this site that have big city displays. I know kids still like lego but it's not like it used to be.

Of course they wouldn't mention that they are having a dragon coming in creator 3in1 that looks like the dragon that was on the DnD original set that would be them leaking on themselves.

It's not quite a year later but they may not have wanted the DnD dragon green and red knowing they have a creator dragon coming in that color scheme.
