... I agree. More pics! I ... I don't even know how you made it. Great photography set up and the rider looks totally cool~

Draik has a good point, it's pretty blingy for a transport... but hey, if you're going to travel, travel in style! What I really like is the trans blue accents - both the cockpit and the sides, it adds a lot of colour splash that you don't see often. What I like less are the boaster rockets on the bottom. It's cool in a retro way, but this feels far more 'new school' - but that's just me

... I like the use of the elastic holders But dude, where are the NUTS? It's slightly late, but I guess I can let you into the Sub Committee Incharge (of) Finding Individuals Hoplessly Overlooked (SCI-FI HO) and help choose some judges awards...

Wow, I've seen some Raptors before, but I think this is the smallest one I've seen. Really nice work making the angles all right with the various slopes. Heh I remember getting that exact canopy with the intent on building a Raptor... but now I don't even feel the urge after seeing this Does the landing gear fold up into the body?

Oh yes. I remember this retinence is the master of the Bionicle-system hybrid builds... even if he does modify

I agree, that engine section in the back is fantastic!

You were close, but you went over on Avatar guess I was secretly hopping that 3/3/3 would win

WOW. That is utterly fantastic. The concept is really well done and interesting story to boot! Thanks for sharing. I love the whole multi split level of it - and the decaying city is first class! Love the little greebles in the base is really nice touch. Though I'm curious how stable the top is ? those three supports are pretty far back ... how does it hold up?

Just looking at this again, that Lighting via Exoforce tubes is spectacular... Fantastic usage of LEGO elements together

I kinda agree, the first set of wings were better... BUT can you combine the two? The curve slopes leading up into the feathers?

Sci-Fi your Avatar VOTING AND RAFFLE THREAD That's right! Vote and be entered in raffle for prizes! Voting Rules: Only members who joined before the official start of the contest (1 Jan. 2013) OR entered in any of the contest may vote. Members who joined after that date are not eligible to vote. You may not vote for yourself. You will have five (5) points to allocate. These can be divided any way you like between 2-5 entries. You may give all three points to one entry, 2 to one entry and 1 to another, or 1 to five different entries etc. Votes must be in the proper format. This makes it easier for votes to be tallied. The format is the Entry Number followed by the Entrant's Username, a dash and then the Number of Points allocated - in otherwords, just CUT AND PASTE! Here are a few examples: 123. Si-MOCs - 3 points 456. Sinner - 2 Points OR 123. Si-MOCs - 2 points 456. Sinner - 2 points 789. I Scream Clone - 1 point You may, of course, follow up with why you voted for those particular entries. People like to be told why they are awesome. Once you have voted, please do not edit the post in which you did so. It may have already been tallied and it could be seen as trying to manipulate the vote. An entry should win based on it's own merits. This isn't a popularity contest. Attempts to campaign for votes either on this site or elsewhere will not be tolerated. You may put a small picture of your entry in your signature as a way of promoting but that's as far as you should go. After seven (7) days of voting, the votes will be tallied by staff and the results will be announced shortly after. Be patient. We're volunteers. Above all, play fair. Our tally-bots operate at 4 operations per minute, and are super smart - so don't try anything fishy. Staff reserves the right to disqualify entries if it discovers a form of cheating not covered in these rules. There's one more thing: By voting, you'll be registered in a raffle to win something cool! -- Staff entries: For obvious reasons Staff can't win prizes, but even still they couldn't help joining in the fun. And what do they win? MORE WORK! Darkdragon, Pandora and Rick shall join me and others in the Sub Committee Incharge (of) Finding Individuals Hopelessly Overlooked. Which enterprise is it though? I MUST KNOW! Nice entry, not an easy shape to create at that level... but I love how you have the navigational dish - cleverly done!
-
I'm not the Galatic Poobah for nothing! And I'm too tired to do that math You're no fun. BURN on Tohst!
-
I don't really know pokeymon. but this is adorable! The detailing in the stadium is great, but it's the fighting ring that wins me over. The creation of the ball is utterly awesome! Great job!
-
Hhaha. I'll take some Solent Yellow please Cool build, the letter and style is really great. and bonus marks for trying to pass this off in multiple contests
-
haha I'm not sure what I like better, the cool nut, or the squirrel... they're both awesome Really well done. You've really captured the squires feel
-
Agreed! That is probably the BEST use of the baseplate I have ever seen! Really nice concept! I love the height and differnet layers you used Though I'm surprised there isn't a base at the bottom of the elevator...
-
Wow! That's is a TOUGH colour scheme to build in, and I think you did fantastic. Talk about gutsy paring! The skies and skateboards were a brilliant touch ! hehe huggable war

Wow that bird already looks pretty great. Though the wings seem small for the size of the bird... I would almost consider double up the length, and more layering (assuming you can get more wings) And maybe some wings behind the head? My other thought is maybe beef up the lower legs just slightly... the upper leg is really good, but the lower bit seems a bit scrawny. Really great build though - even in WIP stage
