I love all of it, which is why I prefer variety and all SW properties being treated equally (and the reason why the 1HY sets were such a letdown to me). There are still some unsighty gaps in our collections that need to be filled, especially in the two spin-offs films, the animated shows besides TCW, the PT, and TROS. Some of these are unlikely to be revisited (Rebels and Resistance in particular), but expanding on TCW S7 and Mando is definitely a step in the right direction

Panda has received a minifig unknown to him included in the 4+ set, which is obviously the Hydra goon I wonder why he didn‘t recognise it, the leaked torso looks pretty accurate after all

That’s one of the upsides to this, people who missed the original are finally able to get one without having to sell a kidney of theirs And while the original Ledger Joker is still an excellent minifig, it could definitely be improved upon. There has to be a more fitting hair piece for instance (preferably in a different shade of green too)

Sure, the speeders were mainly included to create a conflict scenario, which is probably also why they went with that particular version of Crosshair I get that, but I still would’ve preferred to have it split into two sets Not every set needs to include a villainous / antagonistic character In my opinion, TLJ and TROS both had a lot of great sets dedicated to them What bothered me more during the last few years was the onslaught of uninspired OT remakes plagued with boring minifigs, with some notable exceptions of course

Couldn’t agree more. The only small things that would’ve improved the set in this regard would be to 1) include OG Crosshair, and 2) release the speeders as their own set, preferably with one of the new Elite Squad Troopers, which are still absent. I’m still hopeful for a set with one of those troopers plus OG Crosshair and Omega further down the line, but this may take a while Jan 2022 anyone?

Always? They’ve been revealed along with the other themes in the last two years and at the NYTF in 2018 As @lego_guyon02 points out, what’s different this year is the release date (September instead of June)

Exciting news Good to see they finally decided to go all-in with Mando, releasing three sets in the same wave 3 Mandos being included is a bit of a pipe-dream though; replacing Paz with a Stormie for the Armourer to massacre sounds like a more realistic scenario to me Indeed, sign me up! What are they trying to hide exactly? How come there’s so much more secrecy around these sets compared to the ones based on upcoming films, which have leaked left and right

I sure hope not. We’ve had enough series with blue colour schemes (Simpsons, Disney, Harry Potter, a lot of regular series) and only a single one so far with a red colour scheme. After they’ve already failed to make up for that with the Looney Tunes series (seriously, they went with boring WHITE? ), they’d better not let another perfect opportunity slip

For the longest time, they were all scheduled for June in their list and everyone insisted it was wrong Though technically, both parties were right: the sets all get released in June in some markets and half of them in August in other markets That might also be the case here. Sure, releasing a single lonely set in August would be weird, but it’s not unprecedented.

Eh, close enough Hair colour is incredibly hard to pinpoint in general, so I don’t blame them for going with reddish brown... For this version at least. Her CMF version should definitely use a dark orange or medium nougat hairpiece
