  1. Far from it, I ended up catching a plane that leaves Monday morning due to all the Sunday flights being ridiculously expensive. So I'll need something to do on Sunday afternoon/evening, and a place to stay from Sunday to Monday.
  2. Not exactly today, but this weekend I've placed a total of 13 Bricklink orders of various sizes (oh what fun it is when Brickworld draws closer and MOCs must be finished.. )
  3. 18/ Treasure hunt on the river Nile by Nieks - 3 points 21/ Professor Hale's Oasis Hacienda by Rufus - 2 points 20/ The Walking Pyramid by Sandy - 1 point 28/ The Excavation of the Fortress of Ra Ahmin Ka by Tervlon - 1 point
  4. Maersk blue would be awesome, not sure how well engraving works on trans-clear, but that could be cool too. Not too keen on dark red as that's the colour of the "Eurobricks BW 2010" brick from last year's Brickworld (also think old brown could be cool, but that's not available at the moment it seems)
  5. Well, if Matija is willing to make name badges again I can surely bring them to the Event. (personally I'd love to get name badge bricks for EB Event 2011 at least, don't need new ones with name/username, those I already have).
  6. Right, congratulations to all the winners, a well deserved win. As usual I'm not too happy about my own performance, especially panicking on the Day I was convicted, it could perhaps have ended differently if I had stayed calm. Oh well, at least here's my bio: And for now I'll just point out the two things I really disliked about the game: a) Revivals suck, badly. b) Riddles have no place in a mafia game. I would rather have been a less powerful scum faction than had to deal with those stupid revivals, they ruin way too many plans. And the riddles were just silly. There, got it out. But apart from that the game was very, very good, the usual Hinckley quality, you really are a great story teller Hinck.
  7. I know! That's why I'm not going to make that mistake again. June is really looking like one awesome month, first the EB Event in Windsor, and then Brickworld two weeks later.
  8. For me it's mainly about not stressing, last year my return flight was on Sunday, which was a huge mistake, missed way too much that way. So I decided that this year I wasn't going to do the same mistake again, and as there might be little time for sleep during BW I figured it was best to have a day of buffer time to sleep after the event.
  9. Registered (and paid) a long time ago, but I couldn't book the oh so important plane tickets until now, but now it's done and it's official, I'm coming back. Looking very much forward to meeting everyone again at the Westin (and this time I didn't mess up the return ticket, return flight on Tuesday to be sure )
  10. Just got off the phone with them, so it's sorted for me and Christian.
  11. My flight's supposed to arrive at 22:10 local time the 1st of June, so I guess I'll be there at around 23:00 maybe? Didn't look like it's a long distance from Heathrow, and I'm travelling light. Anyone else arriving at Heathrow Wednesday evening?
  12. Hmmm, I slept in the same room as Copmike for a whole week in Chicago back in June, no problems at all with his snoring. I think you greatly exaggerate how big this problem is.
  13. Good, then the extra bed plan won't be necessary, I'll tell them that when they reply to my email. Unfortunately I have to wait until Monday to do the actual booking (need to get paid first, but I guess a few days won't be a problem )
  14. Six new Norwegians rather, with a delegation arriving here as well today. Huge thanks to copmike for organizing this, it was great fun.
  15. Wow, first time I've won anything on EB Almost a tiny bit ashamed for winning with such a crappy build, but it seems being the last entry paid off for once Thanks for hosting this one Copmike, great job! (and I know just what to use the figs for, and I believe you do as well )
  16. And just before the deadline, the Container-container-container-container: (yes, that's a container in a container in a container in a container) (and looking at it now I really wish I'd spent more time building the outermost container, it's way too boring )
  17. Hmm, where did you find that information about the Merlin annual pass? I've been reading on both Legoland Windsor's website and at http://www.merlinannualpass.co.uk/ without finding anything better than
  18. No, I have no clue why God gave me a black wand, He acts in mysterious ways indeed.
  19. I'm really sorry about that, being a paranoid wand owner can lead to so much trouble, such as people trying to kill me dying from it instead. Good thing my ability is limited to people trying to kill me, not anyone trying to target me. So, I anticipate that you'll want to know why I haven't mentioned this before, and that is quite simple: as long the Demon Legion didn't know about my ability there was a chance they'd target me and die from it instead, which would have been of great benefit to us. Unfortunately poor Benji was the one that targeted me instead.
  20. That's great to hear, it does look like a good choice. (I'm especially happy about this one: Sorry to hear that, but family must come first. I'm sure you'll make a strong return next year.
  21. I need to rest a bit now, so to avoid it becoming too late: Vote: Felix Fox (Shadows).
  22. Well, after that confession I guess there isn't much else to do today except vote for Felix. Unfortunately the VITS (voice in the sky) won't let us vote until a later time in the Day, but don't worry Felix, once enough time has passed I'll be voting for you. Good thing you came out openly though, makes all of this mess less troublesome.
  23. The one I'm listed with in the main index is, quite naturally, an advanced game. Keep wondering, you'll know soon enough As Iz said, not even close. Not sure if either of those settings would be any fun to be honest. Sssh! Don't tell them anything!
  24. Well, this is all a mess. But I think I'll have to go along with the rest of you today, so we at least get a conviction and avoid a random death. Vote: Lauren Lamb (Zepher). (really sorry if we're wrong about this Lauren )
