    First set I ordered from the Lego Shop. Don't know how long it will take to receive with the free shipping option; however, I'm super excited to receive this. I hope the box arrives in good condition too, unlike my luck with LEGO sets from Amazon.

    These are beautiful. I cannot wait to own this set. I have three out of four of the vintage sets boxed/complete/mint. I still need 6399 Airport Shuttle. I would have thought they would have picked 6990 Futuron Monorail (1987) instead of the Airport Shuttle; however, they probably did not want to feature two Space theme sets out of four. The Futuron Monorail has always been more iconic to me than the Airport Shuttle.

    Wow! That looks gorgeous! The car looks so much better when the front exposed wheels are covered by the hood! What 2 pieces did you substitute for where the emblem will go? (Are those 1 x 5 Technic beams?) How long was your total build time once you had all the pieces?

    This by far is one of the coolest underrated ships of TFA. The stock version was way too short. This mod is really great because its a necessity to hold a ton of troops. Not just 4. lol

    Mine has to be the UCS Slave-1. Of all the Slave 1 versions, this one looks spot on.

    I already ordered the last remaining 15% of parts I need to complete this build. They will be coming from 19 different sellers. I can't wait to put together this bad boy. I bought the offiical Lego F40 last weekend only for comparison purposes for this version. LOL I'm excited to do some photography with it.
