We'll see. It might be quite rewarding to produce hubs like this - if one or two pins will get cracked you need to order new rim -

Im wondering if that new wheel hub will be exclusive to this set only. I wish not. -

LvdH, that's pretty easy, you take a box cover art from porsche and compare with chiron's. Graphic designer in case of Porsche did better job, as it has more premium look and feel than Bugatti. The hood in Bugatti also looks kinda incomplete and raw. One week to see it for our selves. -

One of polish online shops put the price tags: 2199 PLN ($650) with discount to 1699 PLN ($500) That's insane! I have booked in my local store for ~1700 PLN -

42054 or 42069?
irekk replied to jwarner's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Personally, i prefer 42069, especially with wheels and RC mods. Why not 42077? -
The packaging comparing to reviews and official advertisement is different in my case. Manual with box 1 is in bottom left corner with additional spacer. Looks like this: Oh, and in my case they could not charge my card for 2 days, so it stayed as backordered. When i realized that and add some cash to card they charged me almost immediately and status of the order changed to In Warehouse after few hours. Not sure if that applies to your cases but i thought is worth to note.

[REVIEW] 42056 - Porsche 911 GT3 RS
irekk replied to Jim's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Great review JIm. Sariel's review was bit more honest, because this implementation of transmission is pile of ʇᴉɥs. Is awesome display model, but playing without steering other than poorly reachable steering wheel, even less comfortable gearshift paddles makes it bit awful to play with. However it looks sooooo lovely i don't regret spending money on this set. I totally understand the pricing. There's no other set with working transmission like this one. Not many of them have working steering wheel, but definitely there's only just few who look that charming. For people who loves to mix their sets, it's a big NO NO set. -
Thank you guys. Im following this forums since first reveal of 42056 set and registered around the release date.

Hi everyone, my name is irek and im legoholic for last 5 years. I had quite a lot of lego sets which i loved in the past but i had to give it away. I started to buy some lego sets for my new born son but he's 5 now, so still bit too young all technic sets i bought so far ;) I have spent early years of my life on building hundreds of MOCs, especially based on Team Model sets i had at that time. Currently my favorite sets are 42039 + PF and 41999 for obvious reasons :) In my collection i have (so far): Technic Creator and that's pretty much so far.

Thanks Sariel. I was fighting with my thoughts all around. But your review (same like in other cases), convinced me to spend some cash on other set (41999). You do really neat job in your reviews!
