This set is such a missed opportunity, they couldn't have done any worse if they had tried. Looked at it today and just couldn't bring myself to buy it. why LEGO, why?

Lego, I always associate Legos with people that have no contact with anything Lego.

I've been thinking about what I'd like to see and to be honest the licences they have are great but are just missing the spot in some areas, primarily for me the DC Batman licence is crying out for a UCS style Tumbler, I'd love that. If I were to pick something new I'd like to see Back To The Future (already on its way, sort of :D ) and the Ghostbusters, a general smattering of 80s TV show sets would be ridicules but brilliant, A-Team, Knightrider and the Dukes Of Hazzard spring to mind! No chance for the TV sets I know but they would be brilliant :)

I don't think I was ever really away but since the Star Wars sets were made I have slowly moved closer to my old lego days and have now surpassed them in terms of buying sets, I must have spent £300 so far this year, must slow down as there is a lot of brick days left in 2013!

I was out passing the local TRU and picked up the A-Wing, its superb.

The lego people said they'd send me a new sticker :) fingers crossed this one is glow-enabled !

I got this set from Lego today and the sticker on the Hearse roof doesn't glow, its supposed to though isn't it? The instructions show it as being a glow sticker

The new friends summer theme of the forum is not to my liking to put it mildly, how do I change it? I have seen the settings somewhere but cant find it again, searching brings lots of posts on lego themes but nothing that helps with the forum theme :/ I'd rather not add-block the forum banner if I can avoid it.

I've just built my UCS R2-D2 Here's a shot of him complete and a pic of the bits left (red shaded bits were bits I'd missed, soon fixed that) Can anyone who has built this confirm if I have too many bits left or did my 2nd look sort it?

I loved the technic figures, I was gutted when they stopped making them, come on Lego, bring them back!

I got my email from Lego today advertising TC-14, there isn't really anything I want though :( already bought loads of the new sets :) I hope there are some new sets out for the 4th & 5th. Might just end up getting UCS R2.

I'm sorry to ask such a bizarre question but I somehow have it in my head that along with the new Darth Vader LED keychain, Lego will be making a Stormtrooper one as well is it real or have I just imagined it?

Its a good set, I love mine but the cape for Leia and her hair don't fit well together as the bend in the cape at the neck stops the hair from fitting on (unless you want to crease the cape) Still a good set though.
