😢would you think think switching the door to opening from the inside work? I overlooked the 4x4 studs not being too wide 😢

I bought these too just for the door I think it would make the Castle stand out a bit, I don’t have the set so i was estimating the door height but looking at the manual I like how the door build is completely an independent wall and sad to say there was no 1x6 arch in yellow LOL, But I will follow your suggestions also!!!

OMG it feels amazing to see something Castle in a long time!! I would only change the “market, the windmill to face the inside of the castle lolol It’s the super castle we need!!!

LOL although It must be the expired transactions, I feel they just mark it as shipped and actually take the normal time to get it delivered, I mean so far it’s been 10 days since an item has been marked as shipped with a tracking number but to be honest, the tracking is still empty on both sides. 😢

don’t get scared of my pricing! I for one bought like 10 of each part, if you dialed in and went by the manual on a part for part basis it will go substantially less than that believe me!!!

I like it, swap the roofs and it perfectly fits the 2018-2020 sets!! I always wondered where the room of Requirement fit in the castle but still this is interesting, use the sand green and it transfers into an old school set lol

They must be stepping it up for sure, all I see is my VIP points keep going up but for seriously I had an order of 577 bricks on May 31st and it’s already shipped, incidentally I had 2 Harry Potter sets from the new summer 2021 wave that’s been in the warehouse but the regular B&P have been shipped!!! It will take like close to 20 days still I think, I had an order as far back as May 24th that’s been shipped for about a week with a USPS tracking number and it hasn’t popped up stateside as of yet. We will see!!

So things have happened with Bricks and Pieces recently that has me irate about this current situation: They are trying to charge me for an order I already Received last month saying there’s a problem with the payment? LOL I got an order with half the pieces in a totally different color, I just realized this but I didn’t notice it then, I used a manual to get the Element ID number which I typed in the website, Lego group stated it was me who did it that, I’m trying to fight with Lego because they are telling me it was user error when I know in fact I literally got it from the Harry Potter manual and input as such which leads me to the next problem: Lego B&P updates the element ID’s numbers from older sets to match the new ones, I was trying to match and analyze a recent order and noticed half the numbers changed making it impossible to see what was I originally ordered. They also altered a few bricks because of this. I brought this up regarding my last order and got shut down, aside from this and the fact they want me to update a payment method on an order place April 8th makes me want to point fingers and blame Lego wholeheartedly on this. The reason I’m making a big deal about was because the lego rep stated that the light grey was something I did when there’s even proof that I got half the same exact lego pieces in Medium Grey, so for example i have a total of 4 4x12 plates in medium grey, i received 2 in medium and 2 in light grey, then everything else is half and half also. With that said though I’m obsessed with the new Gryffindor Sword!!! Too bad it’s a licensed product so far hehehe it’s worthy of a King(castle series)

I’ve been lucky to visit Cartagena, I completely understand what you mean! One of the few only colonial cities left untouched in the Americas!!! You should visit Portobelo, you’ll have the same lasting impression except Francis Drake had his burial at the Sea there!!! Every gold from Cartagena ended up going to Portobelo before sailing to back through Hispaniola and finally Spain!

Just snagged the digital manual from a different region, WOWOW I’m gonna have a blast! With that said though I never realized despite the numerous amount of times looking at the pics, that there’s an entire side with moss/grass on one side! now I definitely plan on buying 2 just to make a symmetrical castle hehe

Great minds think a like, I just received my B&P order with these replacements in mind!! The only problem I ran into is that the sand green drilling piece that sits close to the top is not in grey but in metallic silver, I just ordered the half sized tops used in the older 2018-2020 sets and it was golden!

I wish we got an extra candelabra 😢

I mean I love closed lines, all is there to do is just add chambers of secrets styled bases for that line. But damn i know he lied when he said the sand green towers were a “personal” touch I haha we all know is just for the “anniversary” lmao

B&P is soooo new to me, I am just used to go to local pop and mom lego stores and Bricklink or BrickOwl. THank you for whoever put that list up!!! Managed to snag me some crocodiles for my Pirates sets!!!

My target usually slacks off on these, I have a better chance of snagging one at Legoland but no one knows stuff about Lego there so asking questions is always an Huh!? Lolol. Would love to have some good insight

Thank you so much!!! It’s my only motivation considering is really the latest we have gotten in regards to anything Imperial since 2015!!! It was the only reason I did it, like Stoertebricker pointed, after doing more research and studying up imperial manuals going back to the 1990’s I never realized that lego sets were never Symmetrical, they always went for an Asymmetrical design so now I am getting more ideas to change up the second floor or divvy up the main building for storage. I placed a Lego Bricks and PIeces order for interior decoration mainly inspired by the Lego Kingdoms Joust and sets on what would be perfect for the weapons storage and rooms!!!

It’s confusing, I get nostalgic everytime I go to a Legoland, I get emotional seeing the Medieval decorations, I had my kids birthday party there this saturday and just seeing the rides and dark rides I love it. Thanks to the theming my kids call the castle theming “forest” look daddy I want to build a castle but they don’t get all that etc. I’m sad like everyone on the churning on and off of the Pirates/Castle Theme but still at the end of the day i miss the regular waves, more than anything, buying the Chess sets with perfect figures to upgrade your army building, the Pirates of the barracuda bay helped with the right amount of pirates that could be used with the only 3 we got in the Creator 3 in 1 set, but same thing happens with castle, the medieval blacksmith only gave us 2 knights and so will the creator 3 in 1 castle. Can’t really complain though, now it’s easier to buy the knights from both sets through bricks and pieces but still hehe I wish more were included
