I was trying to make this a door for this GWP, would window lattices or shutters look better on this? I meant to emphasize that remakes of licensed sets are the exemption. When it comes to Pirates, Castle and Space, they have done the bare minimum when it comes to figures and other prints, for example majisto workshop, el dorado fortress and the lack of printing on figures. I for one wish they used printed bases again and build off from there, I dislike it when they add brick count for bases versus starting off fresh. However the black pearl in it’s original lego form wasn’t that accurate to the actual ship, they left out a lot details especially around the cabin/wheel mast area. For 89.99 bucks it retailed for when it came out, it was golden, I just hope they use the similar hulls and build method used in the Black seas barracuda bay remake, we shall see, we were expecting another one when dead men tell no tales, but between this and the new Death Star, I’m holding out hope for lego, I’m low key tired of dealing with brick issues like breaking pieces and discolored bricks lol. I cannot miss this set for the GWP for sure!

I honestly just keep a decent amount of stormtroopers in my collection throughout the years, this last redesign completely flew over me this time 🤣

There’s a market for each Lego set, considering yours has the only Davy Jones minifigure, it will for sure still hold its own value. i personally regret selling my QaR and Black Pearl. I got them for retail and seeing the values triple on the min figures makes it difficult to re purchase them at a reasonable price. Lego remakes never hold a candle to the original ones, but you can still sell yours and still make a decent profit.

We had like three versions of hogwarts castle already! The biggest head scratcher imho was the last modular one. Heavily focused on rooms only!

I feel weird about splitting up my beastmasters, I have different faces for them, which is why I kind of want to buy them separately! I have gotten ahold of 6 that I'm keeping for my diversified medieval market It came first with an Obi Wan set in brown, then black in a few newer sets featuring sith lords, I"ve been on the lookout for ever since but it validifies my notion that it hasn't been available in black and brown on PaB yet!!! For one, I want to update the hoods on a few ollder star wars characters and of course the nazgul for sure. It makes no sense for it to be tied to a license, there has to be another reason, i've been on the lookout for this piece, but I've been buying full sets to get rid of the old ones, some newer sets still have the older hoods though, it's like black and brown capes all of a sudden.

When did lego become so anti using molds? I'm not going to lie but I miss the molded bases we got on the old sets and ship hulls. I hope it's done in style similar to the Black seas barracuda proportions in terms of a single deck. It's LEGO, they can convert and make room for anything and everything.

I bought the Medieval Market when it first came out, the problem is I still haven't build it. I went through the bags to get the minifigures out and pose them in my collection but have yet so far mustered the courage to build it. It's because I also have to dig the Lion Knights castle from storage for it pose them together. I spent all this money on also purchasing PaB medieval market figures on the side for variety, got two goat herders from series 26 minifigures and 6 wolfpack beastmaster just for this market, I need to really build it. BTW has anyone bought the brick built Dragon? how do ya'll feel about it? In all reality the with animal molds being expensive, It's not surprising to see the move towards the brick horse build. It's primarily the reason I dislike the 3in1 sets due to the lack of minifigures and the entire focus on 1x1 bricks. Oh well.

My November 12th order has finally arrived at the same time, both torsos and cape. Now I need to figure a way to get the new black split hoods, considering they are not sold on PaB at the moment! Hello, I am interested in a broken or non working Lego Luigi for parts mostly, I'm interested in a Lego Luigi green Arm or a Luigi Hat by any chance. I found my old working figures and currently missing some parts. Thank you so much.

Just talked to Lego customer support 0/10. I used pay in 4 for my November 12th order, finished paying in December. The rep verified that both the capes and the torsos were shipped and were about to clear customs in NJ. Yet they want me to pay an additional 20 bucks on top of my order because they split my order into two somehow in their systems (capes/torsos being sent separately). I have a statement from PayPal literally stating that they already paid off Lego in full back in November, but Lego is saying that payment was denied *now*. Either way, I told them it's their fault for not delivering a product 90 days beyond the date of sale, 30-40 days is passable, but I as a customer paid the company. This is the second time that it happens to be honest and PayPal has told me for Lego to start an inquiry, because I literally paid my entire pick a brick off, this rep wanted me to pay off the balance and wanted me to deal with PayPal, when I already know what they will tell me to do, which is to have Lego start an inquiry!? All my problems, aside the lego warehouse sent out both torsos and capes and she saw them stateside this week since both were shipped around the same thing.

So, same order as you, cape and torso from Nazgul, my capes got shipped already and got invoiced, same payment method: paypal. I checked lego and the order still has labelled in the warehouse. I get an email about denied payment about the same order, but nonetheless the website has the entire order marked as shipped, should I be worried? I know paypal's window expires after a while but they literally charged me for the same order a few days ago.

Dude they shipped an early November order but they only shipped one part of my standard order which was the Nazgûl capes but not the torsos, I’m a little worried 😭😭😭

They did, they mentioned it in the US page that standard pieces will be delayed under further notice. they took the notice down early January but they let consumers known. 2021 was the last year PaB worked like a charm, now it's waiting months for bricks.

It's funny because we all order around the same time due to the pieces drop dates/hour so in reality my order that hasn't shipped is still close to being shipped but the torso and cape is luckily still available.

I'm still salty about the Silent Mary not being full minifigure scale, however I want to see an Icons Version of the Dutchman and Queen Anne's Revenge, they are just so legendary. I miss the old POTC. I got rid of my line up but kept the silent mary just for capitan salazar and jack sparrow's figure. It's sad that I took the lines for granted back then lol.

Not really because this was released back in 2011 under the pirates of the Caribbean and it was under Disney back then also, not to mention they had their own line and icons is an excuse to reissue older sets with a reimagined build. I regret selling my old one, practically because I know for a fact we will never another Davy Jones figure ever again and that was one of my favorites hehehe I’m happy with any minifigure selection but I hope they use “gold Ink” and yellow chrome on gold pieces

I at least want a decent minifigure line up with the Ship if they include them. Not 2-3 but at least 8. I sold my POTC sets when the prices were high and I regret ever doing it, I would love another chance at a different Black Pearl. Incidentally, the only POTC set I kept was the silent Mary which does me no good considering the fig scaling is off either way. Between this and the UCS rumored Death Star, they are milking me hard this year.

I just got the email confirmation from my October 31st order receipt and I completely forgot what I was trying to do with said pieces either way, oh well, I’ll have plenty of time to think of it when it finally arrives!

To be honest, this does happen with other toy lines, especially employees who are in the know in the toy section, more in Target in Walmart but they will keep them in the back and still show them in stock, it does suck I finally found 3 in the wild today, the Walmart app came through with inventory local pick up, this morning I noticed more local stores got their series 27 boxes. I took a gamble and went to the lego store that keeps them behind tempered/anti theft glass. There was no series 27 on the shelves though, luckily the lady who works the toy section came around the corner and asked for my help, she scanned the barcode and noticed they had some. 10 minutes later and she walks back with the entire box sealed. The kicker is that because the lego is behind glass she wouldn’t hand it over, she dropped it on the floor and started to stack them inside the glass bin and I had to scan them that way, behind the glass LOL I wasn’t mad or anything but happy I finally got the ones I wanted. That’s the kicker though, we’ve gotten some interesting figures but it’s the only way to get the black hood accessories since they took it down from Pick a Brick

I’ve been waiting since October also, but yesterday when I tried checking the status of my order I got an error on the website saying the functions were unavailable. This is the second year in a row this happened to us!
