Don’t tell me that, HAHAHAH lego lied to me, on their website it states pick a brick can be tracked and it takes 20 days, the lego pieces got shipped within 2-3 business days but i had an order of pick a brick and brick and pieces on the same cart and on may 28th and i received the brick and Pieces on thursday where as a pick a brick from may 24th is MIA still haha it’s all a waiting game.

I just thought Nexo knights took away from the Medieval elements and went full fantasy, it was obvious so they could do their own games, apps, shows to compete with other in house lines I think Aanchir I had a ramble agreeing to what your are saying but the website on my ipad crashed hehe, I speak from raising my kids versus what I had growing up and they love the entire ingenuity behind lego right now, my oldest twin prefers Mario sets, he’s used to building and using a table for the manual the whole lego life app makes sense to them where as I get mad because there’s no visible manual I can look at it haha. I just see patterns, my experience with toys is that I collect high end action figures, 1/18 model cars, 1/6 hot toys, high end robots and the lot and usually when a product line is not popular a company moves to the next big thing, that’s what I see with Lego, otherwise we would have season waves with Castle and Pirates for example. But listening to designer videos I am hurt by what I took away from it, they know it’s a niched community, yes adults like buying sets to do what ever they want to, you and I do for example for me it’s a dream come true, I grew up with 3.99 starter sets and the fact that I can buy sets that retail for more than 30.00 is a dream come true but they know it’s a limited deal since everyone who wants one will get it and then just sits there on the shelves, it’s the same way with the black seas barracuda, it was gone for 2 months now i always see the same stock everywhere at Legoland and a disney store. But to confirm my suspicions I see it on Bricks and pieces, I could legit buy all the mini figures there one brick at a time, where popular lines it’s not allowed to. That’s what I take away from it, I was shocked then went from kingdoms to Castle to nexo but just before kingdoms it was still castle for going back close to 6 years and different lines.

I had an order June 1st that got delivered yesterday, fastest turn around time ever. I am confused though, Pick a Brick and Brick and pieces under the same roof? I thought pick a brick was a speedier service but since may 26th posted a tracking number and as of today you can’t track it no matter what, as a matter of fact I had 2 of those services in one order and guess what? I received my brick and pieces delivery than the Pick a Brick, like I mentioned I just thought they were faster.

Lego for some reason thinks pirates and Castle are not great for kids, they cancelled the Castle theme to incorporate more of a kid friendly product with Nexo Knights, Space + Castle, iddk, Like Ninjago and Monkey I’m scratching my head on it, I mean they put out great sets and pieces but still, maybe we are the only ones who want a castle theme.

I agree, one key take away from the harry potter sets is that they are "inspired" by locations based on the fictional hogwarts castle, great hall, the bathroom, etc that makes it compelling to keep them in some order, where as I feel a modular castle would truly allow us to unleash unlimited combos through the castle. I can see a prison styled room, throne room, castle wall, dungeon, treasure room, gate room, target practice, market, just imagine all these individual sets sold in a way we could completely mix them up as we see fit!!! 31120 is somewhat close, it still has a design, but they could really let us go at it if they allow us to combine smaller sets into bigger sets ala harry potter 2021 wave. Pirates could severely be done the same way, pirate cave, pirate dock, pirate cliff, pirate hang out and likewise with the imperials and stuff!! one can dream haha

This is great, love it, i find it amazing that the current lego bricks can help us truly create a roman styled set if need be and these roman soldiers would be perfect for it!!!

Hehe I've been called out here for been too symmetrical on my builds, would you think changing the moat green bricks on the left side of the tower to regular grey bricks, would be an improvement or just plain boring and keep it as is?

Lego.com sells you plain white flags brand spanking new. it's perfect for your stickers. Imperial flags usually go for 20-30usd individually and stickers are a cheaper alternative IMHO. I tried filing a claim for a missing flag on an older set of the 2015 pirates wave and lego told me they don't make them anymore BUT they did managed to send out a couple of white flags. Pffft icons, as long as is not a modular set I’m good hahaha, not really into other side sets, I just buy anything hogwarts but not stuff like hogs was, diagon alley etc, with that said I completely forgot the chess set has tiles also 🤣

I redesigned the main build, do you think this is a better or worse improvement? I tried making one room larger and then realized the second floor would look unbalanced so I made it a hang out for the imperial army So far I have a “cathedral” inspired room for letters Mini Armory with supplies room Governors room Imperial hangout I beat myself down a lot and always seek improvement but I personally feel the second floor roof is not working, don’t know if it’s too big or if I should just shrink the room completely and change the roof: Please Help: Imperial armory Governors office Signal room Rec area Orange beard still has no idea what he was rowing into haha 😢

It’s an amazing mod to be honest, love how the watchtower over looks the castle, no enemy would dare sneak upon the castle! I have a question about the empty door frame, if you flip towards the stairs would it help balance it at all or is it missing another plate of lego? Love how the throne room has an armor standing by just in case a the frightening knights dare attack it!!

So 3 orders around may 19th/18th/20th just arrived that I totally forgot about, it’s addicting ordering from bricks and pieces, and pick a brick and never know what you are going to get despite the fact that I easily forget. With that said an order that they asked me to fulfill a payment from early April got bumped up on the website for June 3rd, has a totally different number and is marked shipped lolol Silly Lego Extra armors, swords and helmets for my older sets: These are all for my interior furniture for a couple of pirate sets I have in there These are for a Statue of Liberty MOC I wanted to do, basically I lost part of the 40026 and then all of a sudden I got the urge to rebuild a nicer base inspired by the lego architecture set, I’m a huge Statue of Liberty fan i had fun building this one I was missing some pieces but that’s another order coming in, i know they sucks but Hey hahaha: Someone posted a mod here about an actual face for the 21042 architecture set that looks decent so I got the bricks for it!!! Can’t wait to place it haha

It can be, but at least throwing plastic bags never to re use them again is a bigger issue than something than can be "sanitized" now days, I am a huge germaphobe and find it hilarious people didn't have hand sanitizers on them at all times, heck the notion that they need to be told to properly wash their hands was just mind boggling to me. To be honest Lego does own BrickLink so I am use they tapped that market, who knows their actual cut, one might say they might contribute into the price drops thanks to their existing used inventory or who knows but at the end of the day what really surprises me is the fact that LEGO doesn't ever do restocks or reissues of classical sets. I get reimagined sets but literally older sets meant for the real fans who will dump all sorts of cash for sets like those if they thought about it!!

I’m hoping Lego realizes this potential, I also want to buy Lego styled bags like this!!! I ordered a big order from their service and managed to see they labeled them like A, B, C, D which was interesting to say the least!! One can dream!

Rather than throw away the lego plastic bags, why can’t they use the same exact bags they make for their famous Pick a Brick Service??? I find myself buying ziploc bags and realized why hasn’t lego attempted to make numbered reusable and reopen-able bags? I get theft might be an issue but they I rarely see opened boxes in Lego stores 🤷‍♂️

It’s a digital world, kids will play games more than Lego sets, clearly lego knows this, I buy my kids Mario sets but their interests in them is like half a day and afterwards they go back to Roblox big Lego sets will sell out fast for sure but I see them warming up the shelves afterwards including the regular friends, ninja go, monkeys and others. It’s extremely risky for physical toys to exist but lego keeps at it, it’s diminished for sure, but the only location where it’s always out of stock it’s my local legoland store since it’s a tourist location. I always visit my Walmart’s and targets and the official lego store and they are always full of sets, the one time they were fully out was when the pandemic started and right before christmas shopping

Sooo the sets shipped marked as shipped since May 24th have truly arrived at stateside now!!! They are in Houston as of Saturday, I live in San Antonio so by Wednesday I should have them!!! These and 3 more sets are arriving together so I am guessing that the new estimated window for stateside orders is 10-14 days!!! A massive improvement, thank you Lego… 😒
