    Last year every single lego set released was available from bricks and pieces right off the bat. ever since they revamped bricks and pieces and pick a brick early this year none of the new sets with new parts introduced this year have been available for purchase, I talked to customer service about this and they say it’s a delay and that it will be in the future but this is a huge frustration from the lego bricks and pieces crowd also 😭 That icons excuse is BS.

    The walkway could be covered as a makeshift extra room full of armors and add another tower around the residential area really, I plan to expand the gatehouse/armory deeper, to be honest that toilet room inspired to enlarge it into a throne room, this set really suffers from narrow towers even my 9 year and 6 year old kids had a hard time playing in between the rooms and right spaces 😎 thhe castle is perfect the way it is but it always could feature room for expansion 😉

    The walkways and armory section could had been converted to a throne room, as a matter of fact you could extend the castle starting from the residential area, I want another castle set but I’m in no hurry yet

    Where did you get that wizard hat? I have the same setup but the hat that comes with the Pick a Minifigure selection has the grey hair molded with it!

    The drawbridge is more fun when you realize you could use it to send the enemy straight to the dungeon haha it’s a play feature that’s not heavily advertised heh

    It’s part of the actual kit, it’s just hidden in the tree! For sure I love the different tree leaves and branches on the castle!!!

    Yo I thought I was crazy but I didn’t know the helmets were flat grey, what’s up with lego ditching metallic bricks? I changed the yellow flags to gold but I don’t know how I felt about it until I realized the helmets were the same way, now I’m pissed because the Black falcons got the red headed flat black treatment and not the pearl grey helmets and swords. I am so confused.

    I agree, one of the main reasons for me was because it was easy and brand new bricks from lego, now they made it complicated that I started using bricklink and start to support my local lego third party stores again! 🤷 one of the few main reasons I stopped going to my local lego third party stores was because of lego but wow did they drop the ball big time…

    That hapshichord threw me off as well! I know what you mean the residential area feels small and compact but once you get into the bigger areas you’ll keep asking when it will ever end 😍

    Sooooo it’s more complicated than that and I wish it were true but generally with GWP or gift sets is the fact that say you change your mind on your purchase that got you a GWP and want to return it but you want to keep the GWP, what lego usually does online is that they can let you keep your GWP by letting you buy it at that retail price, i.e the price it’s listed on the website. i agree 9.99 is too much for this bag.

    I’m so confused, I tried ordering parts earlier and was irate at how bare bones B&P’s is now, Its worse I agree, I had in my cart 9 bricks at the moment, nothing fancy just a 1x4 white brick priced at .96 cents, for example and with 9 bricks my shopping cart was sitting at a whopping 18$, I had a double take but they low key added all this hidden fees like a service fee of 5.00 my original price point was 11usd, before it was bricklink’s outrages shipping fees now it’s lego, not to mention the limited inventory I really don’t know how to feel about this since it feels like Lego wants you buy more sets for spare parts 😭 for the time being I’m done, it’s mind blowing how missing pieces uses the old PAB setup but not B&P’s 😭

    Lego and FedEx has got to the worst combination of all time that I refuse to buy online as well Every time they send me a package I will always get my lego set delivered to the wrong house, never fails, when PAB uses USPS I have a 95% that it will arrive, can’t say the same about FedEx or UPS for that manner. don’t get me wrong Lego will fix it but it’s tedious because of the investigation and hoping that they didn’t ran out of the replacements PS never buy UPS two hour delivery’s upgrade, they will always do whatever they want and arrive late and you can’t get a refund.

    It’s a Dream come true for me and a great time to be a castle fan! Very few LEGO sets bring out the kid in me, this is one of them, it was much needed after the stuff i’m going through right now, I’m dead set on expanding the castle on the other side when they finally let us buy 2022 pieces. After the coronation ceremony of the new queen, the castle celebrates with a feast for all kingdoms nearby: No rest for the weary! A day to remember! Rear View Newly promoted Lion Knight guards being taught how to defend by fellow Lion Knights Black Falcon’s never rests to protect the royalty inside “Pay your coin to your Witcher” oh whoops wrong series haha, he’s potty training the prince meanwhile court jesters are proving anything can be juggled: The queen has yet to find this hideout: Poor guard can’t catch a break from too many arrivals Elite knights exchanging tactics in the armory: Dragon knights up to no good Hard to Resist: Kitchen Slips: The Nobleman needed his refill ….but the queen doesn’t approve: Crime never pays! (I honestly forgot that LEGO didn’t add a rat on this set!!!) Siblings at play! A legendary walk to remember! Magisto has come home! “They’ll never find us resting here!!!!”

    We were talking about this in the lion knights set and now i am curious, I to be honest like to vary it them but at the same time now I thought the shoulder armor was normal all over, since the lion knight castle is ready for a feast I figure all the kingdoms would want in hehe, but at the same time is my Minifigure example overkill?

    Yes eventually, they always got new stock once in a while, there was never a ban on lion knights, it’s just ever since the PAB update there have not been any 2022 bricks from this year available. 🫣 When medieval blacksmith, medieval castle, pirates of barracuda bay went live on shop.lego you could buy the exclusive bricks right away on B&P but I incidentally messaged lego about this and they said currently working on it! I will wait until they do so, those minifgure prices are outrageous at the moment…

    Thanks, spanish was my first language and growing up I couldn’t understand the manual so it was all pictures for me, with that said you don’t know the struggle I went to with the old school lego boxes that featured alternate sets, I always thought I was missing something and could never replicate them 😭 I need my legoland kingdoms quest fever and it did not disappoint 🤣 Legoland store does have every single new set: I also found the 10305 lion knight castle in my Legoland discovery center store!! sneaky sneaky 😒 NO LIMITS on the purchases haha 🤣

    Interesting! Although I’m a diehard history fan of “events” i never read into medieval weaponry that much, naturally i always like to vary my Minifigures, they must be different, i just never thought that much into it about guards, knights and kings, i just thought it was cool to buy them all this extra armor, halberds and swords! This is making mad more because now i want to buy more lion knights to match my black falcon army. As I was buying more VIP pirate bags on ebay, the seller had a listing for the entire 10305 Minifigure collection at a whopping $275!!!! That’s just for the Minifigures, the whole time I’m thinking might as well buy another castle at that rate, LEGO needs to sell us the 2022 pieces, I’m having withdrawals from not being able to buy more shields, forest people clothes and lion knights, it’s torture! I honestly thought LEGO just “updated” weapons, never took in consideration it was for accuracy True, I sometimes feel that it’s hard to keep with how many sword variants are out there i used to think the swords were updated from rounder to greatswords, the nights in the medieval blacksmith threw me off for that reason. I’m more of a pirate guy but I do feel lucky to have bought excess brown lego plates, I’m not done with the lego set yet because my kids want to take turns building it but so far the easiest mod is the drawbridge, I’m glad to have bought that magisto outfit from the minifig selection at the store, this feels like a 28 year old update for real and i love it even more now!!!! I’m used to tiny throne rooms in past older sets but in reality just looking at this set i can honestly say that once lets me buy 2022 bricks from this set on PAB I will try to convert the toilet room which is a decent sized room to something more “regal” like with banners and shields and a mini throne ala Kingdoms castle I hope. I get everyone likes asymmetrical castles hehe but you all know me i’m the boring basic builder that likes symmetrical sets hehe the more I stare at this castle now, the more i think of uh expanding the castle to the right of it with the same design and layout of the left side of the “courtyard” and probably retooling the kids room into a dedicated throne room and changing the color from white to yellow and use the kitchen and common room as sleeping quarters for the knights. This set is inspiring but some design elements of this castle would have benefited a lot from the current modular techniques of the current Harry Potter Hogwarts sets I think.

    Ohhh ok thanks I haven’t gotten past bag 14 yet hahaha oops I know your pain! The onslaught would be monumental, you know what irks me though is the fact I also worked up a Black Falcon small army only for them to change the colors for this set, now they wear black armor 😒 hahaha what’s sad is that I can’t buy more because of PAB to upgrade 😭 I now understand why that 1x2 piece is there for a reason, don’t be like me and make the same mistake hahaha

    I think this financial crisis is making them micromanage on a macro economic scale more than anything, all seriousness aside though for a consumer like me there’s always another way, I just verified my local Legoland discovery center will be getting them in stock on the 8th, so there would be another way from Lego officially of snagging on up! Too bad they just ran out of forestment hideout sets but my hands are tied also since I can’t buy new lego parts from PAB and it’s giving me anxiety of FOMO, customer service just gave me the run of the mill generic answer on not having a clue because I definitely want more shields from this set! I have a problem I stocked up on the Medieval Blacksmith Black Falcon swords but this set went back to the smaller rounder tip sword, is this a downgrade from LEGO or can I pretend is just a blacksmith medieval upgrade haha

    It’s what happened to me, it’s giving me errors buying another one, but i do know from experience and personally knowing lego third party store owners that when you buy multiple sets of each they start tracking you via the email you use in their account, back in 2015 they relied on credit cards to track the bricklink physical store owners so they went to target if it’s available, but they got smart and started to use cash. This was at a time in the past before the vip overhaul where you could upload your receipt and they can add it later on but retailers do have a profile on you I just have never seen them enforce it before. Disney has gotten to that point also because of my lightsaber purchases online BUT with that said though the only way I know for sure retailers do keep up is thanks to my ex wife, she liked to purchase clothes from Ross, wear them with the tags on and then return them as is, I ALWAYS got onto her about it and she was always oh they’ll let me return it until one day they asked for license, put some info in and boom denied hahahaha I laughed her in face so hard for playing the system for soooo long but damn it was funny. I’m happy with mine at the moment but I was just curious because I was trying to look up some information but i couldn’t check out because I keep exceeding the limit, nothing surprises me anymore though! PS I did not see that the drawbridge had no lego pegs, big no no hahaha there’s my first mod! I”m thinking of doing an expansion next to the dining room for a mini throne room, something simple since i noticed there’s no common room for the knights but the exterior hahaha
