This happened to me, they completely forgot my forestmen shields. All of them, I called them and told them how the entire quantity was missing and a month later a replacement came, out of stock or not they’ll send it. I wasn’t lying to them or cheating them at all but I was more pissed because the shipping receipt had the forestmen shield with the quantity I ordered but the bag had zero and they were out of stock on PAB so placing an order was not an option, I had to call them. Be patient though they will come through. You can’t track replacement orders so it just magically showed up on my mailbox one day to my surprise

At least they didn’t pull a southwest on us.

When i visited their LEGO store HQ back in 2022 they had plenty of staff to help out guests, I almost wanted to try it out but that price tag though

They do have limits, that’s why they charge us $8.00usd for a cape. It’s the Disney mentality of making money on popular items knowing they will sell well and charging x5 the amount it actually costs them to make. Same thing with those damn shields. I don’t buy to sell I only buy for my collection but buying like 10 of each shield put a dent in my wallet. That was like 170$ right there, i got a promotional bunny that’s already en route. Hahaha Lego knows they are sitting on a gold mine by selling bricks like this, yes a lot of people get pisssed because of FOMO but like everyone’s mentioned here I too have snatched up complete figures over the months and years and extra sets due to eventual restocks, patience is needed is all, they will fullfill all needs eventually. The LEGO group is doing perfectly fine to be honest with Pick a Brick now. Business is so well they are expanding to meet demand, we just have to wait.

I’m still wondering how they currently sell castle parts available in the US, but yet they come from Poland, you would figure they would prioritize the countries nearby rather than the US at this rate 🤣

Every time i see an email from this topic i jump to the lego website and it did not fail me that the shields i was missing this morning were available. Even the queens shield, lego warehouse back in full force! Who ever said that the oos items were placeholder might be spot on because seeing those number go up and down, i swear you memorize the pages of 400 bricks when it’s all i did for two months straight hahahaha

They must be loaded, those capes were going for 8.26 imagine, trying to buy 200 of them at a time. Well just think also that the soccer set is completely sough after since all teams and faces are sold out!, were they up this morning and i didn’t notice how late were we?

That's exactly how I feel now!!! but it's amazing the EU warehouse is now open! The good news is that now I can wait for frequent restocks as they arrive and not fret with the unknown of not knowing what would happen with the OOS bricks. I got the majority of what I wanted, seeing the complete OOS I missed out on the queens shield and shield number 24, I can rebuild my Lion Knights fortress again knowing I'll get my incoming army soon!

Ehhh. So Lego finally fixed the Out of Stock inventory and OMG i guess we were late, they DID put the Castle capes and banners online first since they are completely sold out first. The brick count went from 10,000k to 13k(from out of stock bricks) now, you couldn’t do that this earlier morning. I didn’t realize they dropped a lot of mini heads this morning as well!

5.57 each, they had the black falcon and lion knights I could only afford 5 of each 😭

I saw the same error, you have to memorize the new parts you need to get them to know, I purchased 5 sets of shields and only see 4 wow, they are selling out fast good thing Lego confirmed my monumentally expensive castle order 😭😭😭😭😭😭 but I’m on the hunt for extra parts like faces that I need know hahaha

I’m mad because I have been checking religiously every day since November and I miss it. I can wait because at the end of day once demands sizzle they will be in stock as usual but I have no idea what’s LEGO with their site.

From the CMF series? I’m confused by what they are doing, so far no space parts but they dropped but 10305 visir and the cmf’s the shield was part of both, but I suspect the only thing missing is the small stuff, either way that female torso is not popping under the 10305 set anyways 🤔

You can’t feel bad, the only one losing money is you, your lost sticker sheet is sitting somewhere in the Lego warehouse, they are just returning it to you. Stuff happens😬😬 Companies get discounts on shipping supplies, that padded envelope and service they use was worth less than the price of the sticker sheet and shipping plus taxes you would had ended up paying for the points they would had given you.

Ehhhh the reddish brown problem was addressed back then by filing a problem with your Lego set through the website with All your bricks and they got replaced no questions asked, they still do it, the only problem is availability of course. Some pieces got taken down so now you have no choice but to buy them. Elements I’d and designs Id that’s why. So to sound less confusing, my bad i was typing on my phone, LEGO had a program replacement in place for those type of bricks that you could legit go to the website section of help missing/bricks or broken bricks and request the number of needed brown bricks from all the sets that were affected at the time and they would had sent replacements no questions asked. The problem was that from 2010 to 2017 LEGO changed some design and element Id’s of some brown bricks therefore making them not available on a specific catalog or set from that period, that just meant you had to purchase at that rate but you could get as much as you could and buy minimal replacement bricks. The biggest problems was the mini figures because some legs and torsos did crack and break and sadly, no replacement was ever offered. I managed to replace my entire pirates of the Caribbean AND lego kingdoms brown reddish bricks from that time period because I left them assembled for years and when i took them apart for a move and placed them in storage, just taking them apart with a brick separator caused them to break and crack in all sorts of places, the horror and disaster i dodged!

Spare stickers are incredibly easy to get though, to be honest Lego does a terrible job of quality control sometimes and they will arrive completely bent or already damaged out of box, that’s a valid complaint that will get you another sheet though. Only the expensive sets have carded manuals and stickers

I agree, capes have dwindled in availability as well now that i remember haha!! I don’t have a problem with army builders per se, it’s the ones that buy in bulk to resell in brick link, theres’ a few that brag about it on other groups and quite honestly I’m kind of glad Lego is going through these problems because that means it’s throwing them off so US loyalists who really do want the pieces and parts can get them before they do hehe

Omg, i forgot i had an extra laying around somewhere in my garage, time to go through my lego poly bags and sell them i have to de clutter my sets anyways

They already have an amazing system in place… in case members forgot the “missing” bricks section limits bricks by the amounts they come in kits meaning if only 5 3026’s are available then that’s it, they can limit the threshold any day of the week but they understand they need to make money by limiting 200 per person honestly. Not to mention the missing bricks has every single brick available at any time per kit as well. too bad we can’t buy them all and are limited to pick a brick quite honestly, I honestly buy for personal use, the biggest problem for pick a brick in reality are the army builders that buy and hoard every single 200 of each order and resell them on their brick links stores… like others have said and myself life was good with pick a brick and bricks and pieces circa 2021, I stocked up on soooo many Lego goods it was golden now they made the system 500% worse believe me. It took a massive nose dive and buried its head in the sand and so far it’s been digging down further in the sand for the time being.

Nothing’s the same anymore, once they run out of stock for the time being they completely disappear from bricks and pieces. The number of bricks in November was around 12,000 now it’s like 11,200. Who knows what’s LEGO at’s play here, your best bet at this rate is brick link, sad to say though in 2021 Pick a Brick was the better alternative.

Help me understand something, I went back to visit my sister in NYC and stopped by the toys r US section in the seventh floor of the Macy’s store, granted I am aware the upcoming LOTR 2023 line so I was shocked for once when I saw these poly bags for sale given how everything for sale there in TRU is recent, the poly bag is Gandalf from Dol Goldur from 2012 and they sold it for 19.99, did I miss something? Hardly think Toys R Us is getting rid of old stock given how they went out business and they had to stock up on new toys: I went back on December 27(The picture was taken December 22) and they were all gone at Macy’s. I went to the fifth avenue LEGO store and asked a Lego rep and they acted like they never seen it before and told me it was a TRU exclusive. I’m so confused. I went to emphasize that each bag was sold 19.99 not the usual 4.99 or so, imagine my shock when the lady at the register told me that price!

Thinking about it, at this rate they were handled faster and cheaper than LEGO, i remember buying them for .07 cents, and I just saw the pricing from lego for .58 cents for them on LEGO, massive difference I think. Shipping is where it’s at the moment and Bricklink will deliver faster and cheaper, in 2021 Pick a Brick was king for this hehe

From 40567 forestmen hideout, lol They finally added the forest men and lady lower green legs LOL, you could only get them if it was legit missing from your lego set but I had to purchase them through bricklink! I should had waited haha

This morning, I actually stayed up at midnight and did not see the visors there at all and the count as still 11282 it’s went up to 11285
