I'm still dealing with this issue, LEGO has yet to ship out my order, when they cancel an order they create a new one rather than change the method of payment and I know that puts me back of the waiting list, so whenever he was telling me it was shipping out soon I knew he was lying, it's been exactly a month and still haven't received anything. Crazy thing is I had an order from January ship out last week and as of today no trace of the tracking number or shipment. With Paypal, be ready to have the full amount ready if you get the email that it didn't go through. Another caveat is that I have not received my downpayment I had to pay towards the pay in 4 payments, I got back my paid in 4 amount but not the other half I put down to get approved... Does that mean a new blue forestmen torso is coming out soon? Fingers Crossed

They finally shipped my order of Visirs I placed in January 2nd this year haha, I almost gave up on that order but was surprised to they billed for the receipt. I was worried because the card I used for that transaction was stolen and ended up getting a new one. LEGO finds a way!

This is how my order got screwed and now I’m waiting ANOTHER month since January to get my pieces. it’s not about being patient but some banks don’t like it because Lego already marks our orders as SHIPPED and they think you are lying to them by saying you never got it. Aside from being slow I have had multiple orders cancelled and my forms of payment blacklisted. Pre charging accounts without delivering goods should be criminal indeed but the real problem with LEGO taking forever to ship Them

Seems like they add the parts and stock number then get inventory, they did the same with the castle capes for a month, they teased us then finally got them all in stock!

Today's haul. Like it's been mentioned the cape mystery has been solved. you get all three from the same box. Lego screwed us with the Pink shield because since it's part of a CMF who knows when they will sell it us on PaB. I mean I gotten lucky and managed to purchase a few in the past but still hehe.

As much as the agent will try to sugar coat this and be nice about when they delete your order they put you back at the end of the line, I’m stuck waiting it out unfortunately, a few thousand VIP points richer of course but Hey makes my torsos wait even longer. What hurts is seeing the items In my list in stock right now!! So are LEGO sets not selling that well though? Why would LEGO conduct such an experiment in the first place to think PaB would be a factor? Omg

You know how you check out to pay at Lego.com after leaving PaB? That combined order of standard and bestsellers has to pass the Gwp minimum without the service fees threshold included to earn it. 😉 before shipping and taxes or VaT that is

So beautiful!!! Can't enough of these shields!!! I'm sad though, never use a pay in 4 financial system with LEGO on PaB services(Those credit free services that can help you pay for big orders in USA, don't know if it's available international) , lego will cancel your old order and create a new one so now I have to wait another month because of it, so what happens is that lego marks the order as shipped and complete on their end meaning I have to explain to Paypal why I never got my order in the first place and dispute it, etc, they said I should be fine but that whole process takes time and I was almost complete in paying lol. I had this problem with Apple pay and my bank in the past because LEGO tries to bill me a month later and they "flag" it as fraudulent. What kills me is the fact that my order was ready to ship, now they are telling me i'm back at the end of the line even though the guy in the phone was assuring me the pieces are in stock (all castle parts) so IDDK, at least they hooked it up with 5000k vip points but still, it'll be mid march at this rate, I love castle lego so much I put up with this haha

The Castle banner/cape mystery will finally be solved soon, my order has been marked as shipped. I’m still pulling my hair out on the bulk of my early January orders because I have been billed by lego already and still no progress or marked as shipped yet!! Lego likes to mess with my feelings!!! But Hey at this rate by Monday or Tuesday they should be here!

it's funny, i just got used to seeing them in the same category merged upper torsos and legs i just stuck with calling them torsos haha, can't go wrong either way they pop up in PAB haha its a win win

I already have a lot of female heads, haha i need more males, don't let my haul fool you, one of earlier delayed orders has a lot more knights coming pieces coming, I need more male heads , my motivation is the shields differences because i'm thinking different factions within them like the Regulus knights, the Denebola Crusaders and the Adhafera's Legions for example, one of them are all female, you should wait and see, LEGO keeps messing with my feelings, Who knows at this rate when I will get them to be honest! I have a lot of left over Blue falcon armors ideas from the black smith that I can't wait to mix and match. Thank you, the red and blue clothes makes it confusing for me! I do have a lot of blue left overs from my blue falcons haha My white ones are coming in a different order but I have to wait for the capes to come in, I ordered a white wig to represent the queen's mother, and a blonde hair for her sister, I plan to keep the royal family with white legs so we shall see, I just didn't plan this order to come in before my other order to be honest. Lego works in mysterious ways! My only regret from this set is the fact that lego cheaped out on the armor print and just gave us unprinted chest armor, it would had been awesome to fully have Lion knights armours! After reading PAB all day and night I get used to reading their LEGO lingo kind of funny now that i think about it

I’m low key mad, haha I bought 3 of each and now will have more spares than anything LOL Today’s Haul, I ordered 7 of each upper and lower and I’m missing 3 lower torsos 😒 joy. Which feathered plumed would fit a lion knight better, blue or red?

In the past I have called them and asked them to adjust the points to double because of the wait. For example they charged my account 4 days ago for an order that’s been delayed but so far I have seen no movement on the website about it being shipped. hehe

I’m crossing my fingers they ship soon so they can take advantage of the double VIP points 😬 they will go from warehouse to back ordered to available I’m so confused 😭 my orders from the 17th will be here this Monday though

What irks is the fact that standard parts fly all the way from Europe, so the fact that only US customers can order them for Lego to ship them out across the world rather than selling them to European customers will always logistically baffle the hell out of me.

3-4 week turnaround for me, right now an order from January 17th has been shipped and has already reached New Jersey according to my shipping tracking info, it will probably get here Monday. My orders from early January are still marked as backordered.

My order from January 17th just shipped and got the email confirmation but my Orders from the start of January are still back ordered.

Has anyone successfully asked lego to combine orders from PaB through out a month? I’m honestly impatient at the lack of transparency and communications that go behind this process, my bank has had problems with LEGO from of the way they hold the money and then try to bill me a month later, the bank flags it as fraud, Apple Pay wouldn’t work and this is exactly how I owed them money in the past because of billing mix ups from PaB, recently i got billed from an order in September because I had to get a new card due to what happened. I’m just curious to see if they just can combine all my orders and ship them together than wait for like 6 orders and cause more problems with my bank that way.

It hurts more than anything because in 2010 I lived in Georgia close to the Discovery Center mall when LEGO had a small footprint of stores in the US and I always saw the Medieval Village set in display and for sale, but I never bought it because my dumb megablocks didn’t think it matched with the newly released Kingdoms lineup, I went there almost every weekend but I was there when they also had them on clearance so imagine my horror to realize how much they went up after wards. I just want the set for more animals which I’m sure I’ll love buying extras ins PaB hehehehe

They sold a poly bag in December of last year as a Macy’s exclusive that was a rehashed Gandalf in Gondor for 20usd. WOuldn’t surprise me if they made it exclusive.

I checked my orders and half my orders from January are not Partially Shipped/Backordered now. 😬 I’m thinking Backordered because nothing’s been shipped according my Shipping service and I never got the email shipping receipt from Lego. those were my Lego castle parts one of them being all visirs! It’s a first for me though

I’m heartbroken as usual, as a classic pirates, castle fan I am happy but pirates just can’t catch a break 😭😭

The only Thing that comes to mind is the infighting we will have trying to get those pick a brick goats. Lego will probably price them out at 9usd each and limited them to 35 per person 🤣

I’m the only at a loss here, I don’t have an instagram, Reddit or twitter account and you can’t post leaked images here so I’m just imagining what it would look like, freaking lego haha then again Nuremberg toy fair 2023 is going on right now 😭
