    Ru and I will be driving too. We'll try not to arrive in the early hours of the morning this time (like we did in Günzburg)!

    OoC: ..... Nyx looks down, surprised to see her bomb still in her hand. Confused she looks up and around, spotting Ellaria preparing to heal her. "Ellaria, I'm ok thanks, I don't need healing and we've got Barty so I'm safe, and this wouldn't harm me anyway. Maybe Skrall could save his potion for a rainy day, and you could tend to him instead of me? Oh, and I should probably go last, so you have a chance to act." With that Nyx plants a little kiss on the Rudra bomb/ X2 bomb combo in her hand before tossing it towards the enemies from the front row, with a little jump and giggle as it lands, destroying some of the annoying enemies in a large flash of electrical energy.

    OoC: While I respect you as a QM, this is an unhelpful statement from you and you should not arbitrarily change the way an item works on your own whim. You've heard from the creator of the item, and you've seen past evidence for yourself. What you do next is up to you.

    There is no list or explanation, and I doubt there ever will be. Some tags will never be explained, even to the people who have them, and some are very easily explained. For instance, there is the welcome post of the Special Themes forum which identifies some of the tags associated with that forum. You might find more in other areas around the boards. Your own tag, as I hope you know, is for contributions to the Town forum and there is something similar for Star Wars, Historica Guilds, Friends etc etc. The bottom line is that tags are given as rewards and for fun. Sometimes they can be completely random and entirely unexpected. Like titles, those who ask for them render themselves less likely to receive them, unless it is a tag that's being offered. They're for fun, and we enjoy the mystery.

    "ooo" Nyx gulps. "I was going to get Ellaria up..." she gestures to Ellaria on the ground next to Boomingham. "But I see what you mean. Skrall, could you get her up, and maybe she could get Larry up? That way we're all still standing at the end?" Nyx stands back and combines her Rudra Bomb with her Bomb 'X2' and throws them at the enemies, not without a fleeting thought of where her X2 bomb came from. OoC: I'm overriding Sandy's BO as Ellaria is KO and this may get Ellaria and Boomingham to survive the battle. Battle Order: Atramor Skrall Nyx Ellaria Boomingham

    OoC: Zeph, I know it's Larry and not you, please don't worry. I know he's quite bossy, and he already riled Nyx by trying to boss Ellaria around (Nyx respects the role of leader as long as the leader has her respect, which Ellaria does) and with his suggestions, well, she's not the kind of girl to keep quiet about it! So you're far from spoiling any fun, in fact I fully agree with you that it's fun for Nyx to bite back. And it's a new layer to their relationship, too. "Hell yeah!" Nyx grins as crackles of electricity jump from one enemy to the next, and the flurry of poisoned blows she lands only add to her satisfaction. She nods emphatically to herself and looks pointedly at Boomingham. "Hey, Barty! Great to see you!" Nyx steps forward, once more casting through her Topaz at the Rapid Fire Contraption 2000, but this time channeling her Darksteel Dagger.

    "Larry, please, this isn't my first party, I know what to do! Will you just trust me?" Nyx's feelings of frustration rise once more, but she hopes to contort them into electrical damage through her Topaz, as she casts at the Rapidfire Contraption 2000 through her Standard from the back row. OoC: My inventory is only missing 2 bedrolls and 5 bones, but everything else is correct as far as I can tell, thanks.

    Any more heated disputes or unpleasant words, and I will haul the disputers (plural) away for mediation. Whether or not they are playing in or hosting a quest. If you must argue then go and do so in private, but do so at your own risk.

    Nyx spends an ether throws a fireball at the window, nothing particularly interesting happens EXCEPT a big explosion of sound, smoke and heat. Nyx grins away, a slightly glazed expression taking effect. She sighs contentedly. "Well I feel a whole lot better." she focuses on the climbing figures and calls up to them "Hey guys, don't forget to open the door when you get in there."

    Nyx smiles happily as she listens to Ellaria being tough. "Ok, so it sounds like a fireball isn't going to sort the door out, but it might just do something with the old window. I'm not great at climbing in these heels, although I'm not too bad. Let me try something first, I have to try to blow something up." Nyx stands back a smidge to get the angle right and aims a fireball directly at the window from where she stands on the ground, figuring that either the window will blow out or it'll attract the attention of the denizens within.

    "Right behind you, I just need my ruby back. And the rest of my stuff too. And if we could fit in a bit of minor arson on the way I'd really feel a whole lot better too."

    "That wasn't so difficult was it?" Nyx mutters, starting to shiver a little. "I agree with Atramor, getting Mortimer seems like a logical next step." she turns to Purple "May I ask about the Daymaster, like who he or she is and anything you know about them? Y'know, if you don't mind telling us."

    "My kind of decor, at least." Nyx mutters as she enters the room. She moves to lean against a wall near one of the torches, comforted by the flame in the absence of the ruby she'd had all her life. "Purple, you've made it more than obvious you have little time or respect for us, so can we just get to the point so I can get my stuff back? Ellaria has a well organised list, and if you've been even remotely doing the job you were sent here to do you should have a decent amount of information for us. And if you don't, we're wasting our time here anyway." she shifts uncomfortably from one foot to the other, her arms wrapped tightly around her torso.

    "So why the hell can't we take our own weapons in and just stay upstairs? Why do we have to give them to you?" "Yeah, what he said. I'm completely with the big guy on this." "And what the hell do you mean "we"? Is that the royal "we" your highness? It had bloody well better be, because I don't need you making my mind up for me." Nyx crosses her arms and stamps her foot, getting more and more exasperated. Nyx stares at Ellaria. "Are you serious? We're just going to hand all our weapons over to Purple because he says so? Don't you remember what happened the last time we gave all our weapons up? How we got ambushed and everything? How can you be so naïve as to just agree like that? And make it seem like we're savages for even suggesting it might be a bad idea and that all we want to do is smash things, sheesh, thanks so much for that." Nyx shakes her head with incredulity. In the face of the rest of her team surrendering their weapons she does the same, very slowly and with a ferocious scowl on her face. Nyx just glares at Boomingham.

    OoC: Hey! I did update, and posted a link. But I did forget the Bolero of Fire, though. "Oh, thank you Larry, that's very sweet." Nyx smiles warmly at Boomingham as she takes the deadly venom and applies it to her Standard, walking by his side.

    "See, that's where you've been going wrong. I think all of us can aid you in that, ahem, education." Nyx grins at Ellaria, pockets the loot and follows up the stairs.

    OoC: Sandy, the battle order was fine - everyone came out alive. Nyx growls slightly, scuffing her feet in the slowly expanding pools of blood distractedly. "Well, he's just a hypocrite. He was the one who incited those people to attack us." Nyx nods happily to the pile of bodies. "It annoys me when someone says something so idiotic and then just runs away before you can point out what a fool they are. He was the one hiding behind them like a child behind its mother's skirt, I agree with you Elpis. But don't worry, hopefully we'll still have a chance to see what his insides look like when we gut him like a fish. Speaking of which, I like the look of that dagger. I can use it, and I can maybe be useful with it, if I ever manage a damn Shield that is. I wouldn't say no to a drink either, but I don't mind if the big guy gets the Mead. I guess whoever hit me with the Nostrum should maybe get that, but it's your call." "And seriously, 'poophead'?? We're going to have help expand your vocabulary sweetie. Clearly you haven't been hanging out in the right bars. "

    "big behind, well I've hit you many times before with this and I'm sure I will again, Ratabor. Good thing Elpis sorted you out, anyway." Nyx tries to shrug off her persistent bad luck and aims a Darkness spell at the Goon from the back row through her Standard.

    "Well we've got the Goon and Delinquent covered twice over, so I'll handle the healing stuff, I guess." Nyx turns to Atramor "You know the drill, stay very, very still and cross your fingers, although these days any magical overflow will be directed at those buggers, not you, so it's not so bad." Nyx grins mischievously and readies her Healing Staff against Atramor from the back row. "You know this'll hurt you more than it hurts me. "

    "They chose to stay, so we kill them. It's as simple as that." Nyx focuses a Darkness spell on the Cutpurse through her Standard from the back row.

    Nyx sighs, steps back and repeats her attack on the Bum.
