Insulting =/= antagonizing. You can not honestly look at your "Oh, he's trying to make sure the scum don't know that there's pretty much nothing to stop them from killing! He must be trying to keep us all in the dark! Booo!" and not call it an attempt to antagonize me. I'm not trying to distract anyone with anything. I'm pointing out how disturbing it is that you suddenly find me to be a serious suspect once Rover's neck is on the chopping block. -

I orchestrated the lynch on Windu. Hugar's lynch was not initiated by R2 - R2 simply called him out for being scummy on Day 1. He was shrunk because he was going around asking people if they had protection. Now, we didn't actually know that the shrink was an investigator on Day 1, but when he was found guilty, I pushed for his lynch and made sure people didn't listen to his BS excuses. From my point of view, 3PO was almost 100% scum. Obviously, my point of view was not the point of view they were trying to distort with the janitor action, but I digress... I'm actually not exaggerating. I really did play a big part in catching 3 scum (1 not completely confirmed). Yes, you. I was all for a Euna lynch yesterday because of her uselessness and her 'defense'. Not because of the plan to 'confirm me and 3PO' with her allegiance. That was a terrible plan. You made it sound like I was all for a Euna lynch yesterday, but spoke as if I was against it today. Oh great, more "Hey! This guy hasn't deluded himself into thinking that the most active townie is scum! He must be scum too!". Honestly, Nahdar, if I wasn't so sure about your town status, I would call you scum for such flawed logic. It's not dangerous at all. Like I said, it's from my point of view. Honestly, this kind of response confirms that you either A. have completely convinced yourself that I'm scum, or B. are scum yourself, and are trying to get me lynched today. While Nahdar's wrong about me as well, at least he's presenting his arguments in a way without actively trying to antagonize me, so I'm kind of leaning toward option B for you. In fact, it would make perfect sense if you were scum. After all, who else is on the chopping block today? Voolvif, that's who. I find it ever so interesting how you've finally decided that there's a major case against me when we're running out of suspects and it looked like Voolvif will be lynched... Hmm... -

Exactly. If I were scum, I would have found some way to let Sith slither his way out of being lynched, but as town, it was my duty to test the result, and it worked out fine. There have been kills on every Night after Night 1, so I can't have been converted then, can I? Exactly! Totoro and I are in constant contact, and he has no problem with protecting me every night. I'd have him come out into the thread and confirm this, but I'm not about to compromise the safety of our protector just to prove a silly point. I've caught 3 scum (albeit with the help of Roron). How many have you caught? How many have the others caught? While you are way off in your accusation of me, you're one of the more active townies, and I appreciate your effort. That's not to say that long, misguided rants about how so-and-so is scum for a completely ridiculous reason are helpful, but you get an A for effort anyway. I called your plan to confirm me by lynching Euna a pretty flawed plan. Like Mundi said, that was basically just the icing on the cake. I've never been much of a fan of icing myself, so I didn't eat it. I'd really appreciate it if you'd stop twisting my words around. If you're really town, there's no reason for you to be doing that. Yes, there is no blocker. I've been trying to keep this under wraps so that the scum wouldn't find out we're a bit shorthanded, but now you've ruined that. Thanks, Nahdar. -

It's not 'guilt tripping'. I am one of the only people in the Temple really working to catch scum, and I find it incredibly moronic that you want to lynch me. -

I've had a doctor protecting me. How else would I be protected? Oh right, the age old "You're defending the guy I'm attacking with my feeble case! You must be scum too!" act. Do you have any idea how stupid your 'possible scum plan' sounds? Why the hell would I kill two of my teammates just to get a flimsy position in the town? No scum has ever done that, and I highly doubt any scum ever will, because it's truly a terrible plan. You're suffering from some serious tunnel vision, Shaak, and it appears that you've completely convinced yourself that I'm scum. Since the beginning of Day 1, I have been working my megablocks off for this town, and (at least I believe) we've got 3 scum because of the effort Roron and I put in. Like I said before, if you're really hellbent on leading a lynch on one of the only people actually trying to help, then be my guest. Maybe when I'm dead and found to be a Jedi you can show a little bit of appreciation. You too? I honestly can not believe you people. I put my time and energy into catching scum, and this is how you repay me!? As for today's vote, I strongly believe that Voolvif is the correct lynch for today. I'm not going to vote for him until I hear his defense, but I'm pretty sure he's the correct lynch for today. -

I too am suspicious of Voolvif, and his more recent post is making those suspicions even stronger. Voolvif, here's a word of advice: if you really are town (which I'm starting to seriously doubt), then you need to start participating. Give us a reason not to lynch you, because believe me, we will. I'm not sure I completely understand what's going on here, to be honest. Is it that R2 told Vebb that Kenobi claimed a role to him, and then Kenobi denied it and claimed vanilla? If not, then I need to seriously sit down with this stuff and get it through my head. It looks, important, though! I agree, that's probably why the SK was converted over to the Sith. Like Vebb, I'm starting to have serious doubts about the balance of this situation... This post has some red flags going up for me. It seems to me that Voolvif doesn't completely understand what this thing is all about, but he's more than happy to watch two Jedi going at it. He's been under the spotlight quite a bit during these last few days, and another quarrel like this is a nice opportunity for him to slip under the radar unnoticed today. However, this is, of course, all irrelevant if one of the two fighting is actually a Sith, which is entirely possible. Yes, this is the most likely explanation. Yeah, he was one of the only 7 or 8. But now that he's dead, looks like I'm off Scott free! When 3PO came up 'unknown', a lot of people were suspicious of me, not just R2. Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't it Vebb who came up with the idea of lynching Euna to prove 3PO's allegiance, and, through the transitive property, mine? (which was a pretty flawed plan, by the way) Do you actually hear yourself? Yeah, I'm scum because I get angry when all the hard work I put into catching scum seems to be for nothing as Jedi keep on dying. Apparently having genuine emotions is now a scumtell. Go figure. When Quinlan died, I went back and re-read all the private conversations I'd had with him/about him to see what the source of the leak was, because - let's face it - Quinlan wasn't doing anything useful. There was no reason for him to be killed by the scum killer. It was obvious that since he was killed, one of the Sith had been informed of his action, and had killed him to get rid of it. While reviewing the conversation I had had with Corobb and 3PO, I found that I had accidentally called Sherlock "Vol" (Quinlan's nickname) at one point, and that's what tipped 3PO off. I still firmly believe that 3PO was scum, and he's the reason Quinlan is dead. Since the other two of the Three C's have died, I've kept myself well protected. They can't touch me. If you're really hellbent on taking a stand against one of the few people actively trying to help, then go right ahead. -

Damn it! How the hell was Euna a jedi!? It was incredibly irresponsible of her to act like that, especially when she totally gave up. Some constructive Criticism, Euna: If you're being lynched as town, don't give up, fight for your life. Now that we can actually see it, it does appear that the droid is working with the Sith. The change of MO and the fact that he killed someone who was actually a helpful townie pretty much confirm it. Damn it! How did they get a hold of the SK!? It also really, really sucks that both R2 and Luminara got killed last night, as they were both very helpful and active members of the town. We'll catch the rest of the Sith and avenge you, guys! I promise! Since the droid started using the gun on Night 3, then yes, I do see that it makes it look like I'm scum. It would make perfect sense for me to kill the only other person who was linked to Sherlock to completely erase all traces of him, but I would only need to do that if I was going to pretend he was still alive. Did I do that? No. The fact that I brought Sherlock's name forward after his death when I could have easily had "Sherlock" live on to keep people quiet and clear myself should make it clear that I'm town. -

Did you even read the play I wrote? Due to PoE (Process of Elimination), it was either me or 3PO who was scum. It wasn't a 'hunch from Corobb'. Don't you understand why we voted for him? And then, when it looked bad for him, you too jumped on the bandwagon. If you didn't like the case against him, then why vote him? I see no reason to delay this any longer: Vote: Euna Iladru (Jedi master Brick) -

There are more Jedi than Sith, so the statistical likelihood of the SK killing a Jedi are higher than the odds of him/her killing a Sith. All three of the SK's victims so far have been under-the-radar types who wouldn't be missed, and that's usually where SKs like to kill. HOWEVER, this time the droid showed up in the room with the ARF trooper (that's what it is, right? ) and was wielding a blaster as well. This leads me to believe that the SK could very well be working with the Sith now. There are so many things wrong with this post. First you start off with "You'll see in the morning! I'm not scum!" (how is anyone supposed to respond to that?), and then you continue with the AtE, saying that you can't defend yourself. If you really tried, I'm sure you'd be able to defend yourself just fine. Beating up on yourself (or, more accurately, pretending to do so) doesn't make people wary to vote you - it makes them more eager to vote you. And then you come out voting for Master Monn because his behavior 'has not been any better than yours'. So, that means you're admitting you're scummy? Because if you're voting him, then you obviously think he's scummy, and if his behavior isn't any better than yours, then means you too are scummy. This really isn't a good thing to be admitting when you're on the chopping block. I have half a mind to vote you right here and now, but I don't want to rush things, so I'll wait a bit, and if nothing else comes up, you'll fry. Exactly. We've got plenty of time - there's no reason to rush our votes! A healthy discussion is the best way to smoke out scum, and that's something I've been noticing a distinct lack of since voting started. Also, keep in mind that we can not unvote. You shouldn't cast your vote until you're absolutely sure you're making the right decision. -
Happy birthday, Cam!

Jedi Temple Mafia - Day Four

Exactly. Euna's insistence that 3PO be investigated looks to me like an attempt to buy time to kill the investigator and prevent 3PO from being lynched. This is the biggest thing in my opinion. Scum are notorious for flip-flopping and conceding ground, and when it was obvious 3PO was going to be lynched, she jumped on the bandwagon to avoid looking bad today. That's pretty classic scum behavior. That's another thing that's been bothering me. Zane and Sherlock have lots of interaction, so it's strange that they both died in the same night. And yes, I was the only one (as far as I know) who knew Zane's identity. If I could invite you into the discussion so you could see the slip yourself, I would. Unfortunately, it was started by 3PO, so I can't. I think this is probably the best course of action as well. Euna has been incredibly scummy since this ordeal began, and her defense of 3PO makes her look even scummier in my eyes. That's it? You're just giving up? If you're town, then I suggest you start actually trying to not get lynched. I also find it strange how you're just now starting to accuse me when you're being FoS'd. It seems to me that Euna sees how the crowds are starting to turn against me, and she jumps right on to FoS me when she's under scrutiny, which is known as deflecting. And now comes the AtE. Euna sees that she can't get out of this, so she tries to inspire pity in her accusers by calling her skills 'less than adept' and saying that the sith will 'get one step closer to victory'. Euna, if I wasn't convinced that you were scum before, I sure as hell am now because of your weak and scummy defenses. I honestly don't know how it would help, but I was having Vos investigate Obi-Wan last night. -

Zane was Master Tiin. He and Master Vos used to communicate with one another outside of the Temple, and he was the first to learn of Vos' 'Shrink' action (or whatever the hell it was ), and he messaged Master Corobb telling him about it. That's a good point. The fact that the sk and the scum killer appeared at the same time with the same MO leads me to believe that the sk might have been converted. Exactly. If I was scum, I would never have revealed Sherlock's identity - revealing that the investigator that nobody knew about is dead is pretty much a death sentence for me. No, I think Luminara is probably town. I can understand why she FoS'd be, and what other explanation would there be for a quiet person to die by the scum's hand at this point unless he had an action? -
Jedi Temple Mafia - Day Four
Tamamono replied to Masked Builder's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Yes, I completely understand. The fact that 3PO was janitored coupled with Sherlock's death definitely makes me look bad. However, do keep in mind that if I was scum, would I really reveal that the investigator that no one knew about was dead? No, I'd pretend he was alive and use him to clear me. -
Jedi Temple Mafia - Day Four
Tamamono replied to Masked Builder's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Oh my God, I feel like such an idiot. :wall: I accidentally told 3PO who Sherlock was. Master Corobb and I had been openly talking about him in my room, but when we went to his room to talk with 3PO as well, I completely forgot to use Vos' code name. Yes, Tiin was Zane. -
Jedi Temple Mafia - Day Four
Tamamono replied to Masked Builder's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Damn it! Master Vos was Sherlock! I honestly have no idea how the megabluck they could have possibly found him so easily. megabluck! Not to mention the fact that the scum apparently janitored 3PO. This is definitely not a good start to the day. Yes, I understand that since 3PO's affiliation has yet to be revealed, I'll probably be under scrutiny today. You're not making any sense. If they wanted to frame Euna, why would they do it with a night kill? I mean, really, why would Euna kill the person she FoS'd most? Secondly, neutrals don't turn up 'Unknown'. They turn up 'Neutral'. I think it's quite obvious that 3PO was janitored last night. As for why they killed Quinlan, I can't see it being dumb luck. He was the kind of guy we'd normally have lynched because of his inactivity, so there's no reason for them to take him down unless they knew his action. Here are the possibilities I see: 1. The scum have a role cop who just happened to find Sherlock early on 2. 3PO was scum, and somehow he knew who Sherlock is 3. Sherlock apparently lied to me about telling someone else about his action, he told a scum, and that scum killed him Jedi Vebb makes a good point. Why would they janitor a townie? I still firmly believe that 3PO was scum, but the lack of a reveal makes things less concrete, which will make today's lynch difficult. -
