  1. You two shouldn't be voting for someone who's towntelling under pressure simply because you have to go. I would like to formally ask Master Yoda if he could add a proxy vote option. What do you say, Master?
  2. I agree that Master Plo Koon has been incredibly unhelpful, but in my own humble opinion, lurkers should be left alive for the first couple of days - if they're still lurking after that, then that's the time to worry. To be honest, I'd love to lynch the little guy just to get his annoying beeping to stop. Unless he finds a way to fix his statements, I know where my vote's going. 3PO's my main townread as well, along with you. Master Mundi looks like a true Jedi as well, but I can't be sure yet. No, I can assure you, I'm not a Sith, and it's good to hear that my efforts are being recognized. If we all pull together, I'm sure we can lynch a scum today. And, for the record, I had that FoS plan before Master Chirpity-Chirp ~~~~~~~~~ Master Corobb's recap sums things up very well, but, if I may, I'd like to add a couple more suspects: Mace Windu: As I said earlier, he's been constantly pushing on Master Corobb, even when it's been made obvious that Master Corobb has been trying to help. Aayla Secura: I believe her erratic behavior speaks for itself. But, all suspects considered, I'd like a lynch between Mace Windu and R2-D2. Feel free to vote one of them with me. Aren't you quick to vote? Let me just say right now that while her defenses are rather flimsy, I think there's a good chance Ahsoka is a Jedi. I wouldn't vote her if I were you.
  3. Um, what? This is definitely not pro-town behavior. FoS: R2-D2 (fhomess) Forget Windu, this is the droid we're looking for. Once again, the not-lynching "plan" has been discussed to death in the past. You should know this. And it is almost never followed through on. There's no reason to waste time and energy talking about it. But, more to the point, what exactly does not lynching accomplish!? It delays our having to make a decision. Yeah, that's completely helpful. Let's give the Sith a free kill why don't we?! If you're worried that we'll lynch a Jedi today, then look at it this way: there's just as great a chance that we'll lynch a Jedi tomorrow as there is of lynching one today. If we're going to be a person short, we might as well be a person short now. Plus, whoever we lynch will undoubtedly be scummy, and getting rid of someone who's going to mess up our reads later in the situation and draw unnecessary investigations isn't really that bad. Master Corob puts it even better than I do. We can't go forward until we take a step. It's common sense. It's not all-or-nothing in scumhunting. Obviously nobody's going to slip up, but that doesn't mean we can't lynch a Sith today. Have a little faith! Voting pattern, voting order, etc. If you look hard enough, the scum will be obvious on a bandwagon like that.
  4. Okay, first off, so sorry I wasn't here during this very heated conversation! I was taking a short rest. While I was resting, I had a stroke of genius - a way to get around the no-unvotes rule. Instead of voting like we normally would, we can simply put our votes in this format: FoS: ____ (____) much like Master Clickity-Chirp has done. Once the majority has agreed on a FoS, we can simply pile our votes on like we would if we could unvote. This lets potential PRs (power roles) claim before their fate is sealed. So, what does everyone think? Yes? No? Also, I think it would be wise for us to all be very liberal with our FoSes and accusations - if you suspect somebody, call them out. The more interactions we have between people, the better chances we'll have of catching the scum. You said before that you wanted to not lynch, but here you're saying that voting is our best weapon against the scum, yet you don't want to use it? A lightsaber is also a very useful weapon, but you don't just stand there waiting for your opponent to fall on your blade when you're fighting, do you? If you've read the archives, then you'd know that this 'to vote or not to vote' issue has been discussed to death. Why bring it up? You know it'll get shot down, and even if it doesn't, you know we'll end up lynching anyway. Nobody ever goes through with those plans of not lynching. FoS: Ahsoka (MacK). Your lack of new discussion is disturbing. Yes, this is definitely possible. Master Corobb's initial suggestions were pretty ludicrous, but 3PO has been actively siding with him and defending him. However, I get the feeling that 3PO is loyal because of how proactive he's been, so that negates the theory of him defending his scumbuddie (if my reads are correct, that is). This statement isn't very 'pro-town'. Yes, we understand that Master Corobb threw out some weird theories and started metagaming began acting paranoid, but you (and several others including Nahdar) continue to push him. Surely you know that scum wouldn't put their necks on the line so early? No, I think it's very likely that Master Corobb is town who was simply trying to help. I too have read through the archives, and I've found a very interesting trend. Time after time, one loyalist puts his/her neck on the line by being too radical, and then the scum jump on him/her like a pack of rabid dogs. I believe this is what's going on here. Plus, your statement is incredibly fencesitty. "Well, this thing about you isn't very town... But you could still be town. I don't know." Scum like to stay fencesitty so they can jump to whichever side is the most convenient at the moment. FoS: Mace Windu (Nightshroud99) Yes, I cast a second FoS. Actually, if nothing else comes up, I would love a Master Windu lynch today. He has been tripping my scumdar all day. Let's wait and worry about night actions after we've sorted out today's lynch, please. This statement strengthens my FoS on Ahsoka. Nahdar, I find it disturbing how you and Master Windu seem to have teamed up on Master Corobb. Like I said above, scum doesn't put their neck on the line this early - nevermind ask for investigators to contact them. Why are you pushing this? Discussing hypothetical situations helps no one.
  5. "Yes, we will leave the guards and go around the back to the crack in the wall."
  6. Once again, identity and history are insignificant in a situation such as this. Whether I'm from Kashyyyk, Dantooine, or even Mustafar has no bearing on my allegiance. If it was simply curiosity, I'd be more than happy to tell you a little bit about myself. Please do keep in mind that the fact that someone has had a 'silver tongue' in the past does not automatically make them a Sith. Sure, I can understand if you'd be wary of them if they were making a ludicrous claim, but you shouldn't be paranoid of people before they even do anything suspicious. Now now, I'm sure he wasn't accusing anyone per se. As a matter of fact, getting the ball rolling is something that definitely needs doing this early in the situation. However, Master Corobb's actions have been pretty blatant metagaming paranoia, and no good can come of that. Ahsoka, surely you must know that there's an incredibly low chance of a Sith slipping up this early. No, if we want to convict a Sith today, we'll have to find them ourselves. Oh no, not this discussion. I can't speak for the rest of the Temple, but I am definitely voting today. We won't learn anything if we don't take action.
  7. Oh no, this is horrible! Master Ssiht, is it really possible that the Sith have influenced several members of the Order? It saddens me to think that any of our Jedi brethren would really betray us and go over to the Dark Side. My my, Master Corobb, I'd have thought that you of all people would know that identity makes little difference in a matter such as this. Everyone knows that the lure of the Dark Side can be too much for even the most experienced Jedi Masters in a moment of weakness. You have your 'suspicions' already - only several minutes since Master Yoda announced this tragedy? Please do share your great insight with us.
  8. *whispering to Erdathcath* I think that would probably be the best idea. I highly doubt that we'll be able to take that thing on by ourselves, but if we can disable it, we'll probably won't have much trouble with the guards.
  9. I may not have any head-growths or tendrils, but my hair is pretty rubbery. Could you rub that?
  10. Tomas breathes a sigh of relief. "Well, I'm glad that's over with." "I will give the axe to Hoke, iron arm shield to Sylph, steel plated quiver to Erdathcath, quick bow to Erdathcath, and bat-a-rangs to me and Sylph. Most of these items aren't suitable for anyone here, but they'll probably fetch a pretty penny back at the Hall."
  11. Coryn Kelens here and ready for action! This looks great, guys!
  12. "Wait, it appears the guards aren't protected after all! In that case, I'll cast lightning at Guard (Boomerangs) from the back row! Same order!"
  13. "Well, since the guards are all protected for a round, I might as well heal myself. Same order."
  14. "Well, I don't know who these guys are or what they want, but it doesn't look like they'll put up much of a fight against us." "I will cast lightning at Guard (Archer) from the back row!" Battle Order: Erdathcath Hoke Durkon Sylph Tomas OOC: Oh, wow, I am so sorry for the delay. Hopefully this is the last time I'll have to go this long without responding.
  15. Oh, goodie, it's up! 1. My past mafia history here on EB can be found here on my profile. I have played in seven mafia games to date. 2. I'll be free for at least the next five weeks or so, but I'll be going out of town during mid-June and I won't be back until around mid-July. I'm unsure what the internet situation will be, but I'll probably still be able to make a post in each day thread (assuming the game goes that long and I'm still alive at that point). 3. Hrm, that's a toughie. If I had to choose one, though, it would probably have to be someone from the first KOTOR game. I'm tempted to say Revan, if only because I love my own portrayal of him/her, but in the end I'd have to say my favorite Star Wars character is Bastilla Shan. Nothing beats a double-bladed yellow lightsaber. I'm also a big fan of Qui-Gon Jinn, because Liam Neeson.
  16. I was born ready. :')

  17. Yeah, that's... totally what I guessed. Heh heh... >.>

  18. "South, we're going south now! Go!"
  19. You said I had just become a count, when in reality I just became a duke! xD Regardless, thanks! :)

  20. "Okay, we need to move fast - let's go east."
  21. I think you may have a couple terms mixed up. <.<

  22. "How are we going to get past this gate?" "I would like to use my shovel to try to dig under the gate."
  23. *crumples up paper containing stats for Nightmare Moon* I would camp out in front of my computer for days waiting for the signups. Literally.
