  1. What the fuck. Why are there no deaths.
  2. Yeah, this is exactly what I want to know as well.
  3. Vote: Second Officer Lieutenant Commander Andrew Gordon (Scubacarrot)
  4. Yes, I think this at least makes York more likely to be town.
  5. I had a feeling it was him, but I was going to dismiss it as one of my 'gut' feelings. Well, that makes today fairly easy. Thank you, magical treestump!
  6. She told me in private that she was bluffing to get the scum to come to her and I suggested the suicidal serial killer thing.
  7. Oh. Shit. I didn't realize. Heh, yeah, I kinda got that.
  8. Ugh, I give you one job to do and you completely and utterly fail it. OK guys, you can call off that lynch of York. She's town - I can vouch for her. When she first started all this "I know the PRs - I'll tell the scum if you don't be nice to me!" I called her out for 'gamethrowing'. At that point she approached me with this message: This seemed fairly legitimate to me, so I decided to go along with it. I told her to rightout claim neutral in the thread and to claim she needed to be killed at night to win but could pass on her SERIAL KILLER (not vig ) action to a specific scum member if she knew who she was choosing. Unfortunately, she completely failed in the execution department. It seems I have to do everything myself around here. Anyways tl;dr I tried to megablocks the scum and she and I are morons. Only one good thing came out of this pseudo-sting. This post by Hornby: He's quick to call out York on her bluff. Now, why would he want to do that? It's obvious he knew she wasn't neutral, but... what good would it do a scum to claim neutral when barely FoS'd? You've been here a while, Hornby. Did you really think York was scum? Did you really think she was neutral? If you saw through her bluff - why call her out on it? We could have caught some greenhorn scum had you not stepped in. Would you like to explain?
  9. Let me give you a little newsflash, sport. If you die, it doesn't matter. If you get shot, if you get sucked out the airlock, if you get stabbed, whatever - we. do. not. care. You win with the town even if you're dead. If you're not going to be a team player, maybe we'll have to cut you loose since you're such a liability to the team.
  10. Where the hell do you get off making threats like that. If you're town, that's megablocking gamethrowing. What's your problem?
  11. Disappointing. Very disappointing. Honestly, I'm at a loss for words. This is megablocking ridiculous. I'd say Pie or whatever his character's name is was an alien. That's good I guess. Like I said yesterday, I'd like it if we could lynch one of Hornby and Rockford today, but honestly, I don't think anyone would follow me on that bandwagon. Such is life. Okay, well, I'm a wee bit busy at the moment, but I'll be back with more later.
  12. She wants a coat made of my leather~ my fur~ my nails~~
  13. You know, something about this Burbank bandwagon is incredibly unsettling. If Burbank flips town, I'd say we should look at darkdragon and Shadows next, as their behavior has been 'egging along' these sorts of hasty decisions and they took a spot on the bandwagon that scum loves to take, but we'll see what he flips first. However, it appears we're going to have another no-lynch. God, I wonder what the Admiral'll do to us.
  14. How can you invite him to it if he was the one who contacted you?
  15. This is a good point, but I've actually seen noobish town do this as well to seem helpful. And I'm sure you all know how disdainful I am of godfather theories. However, despite that, I think Burbank would be an O.K. lynch today. He's been taking the middle road, and the point about lying about the scum team is a good one. In addition, I'm starting to think Wilder's innocent from his level-headed defense, and, like you say, the convos he had with LEGOman's character make him look less scum. Mhm, knowing Burbank, I think he'd distance himself from York pretty fast after that. However, I'm kinda thinking that York's mistakes were that of a bored vanilla townie. When she first arrived, she asked for PM chains, right? Well, she was a very noobish player, and she likely wanted some action. If she was scum, she'd have more than enough action - why beg for PMs and go around PMing people? Food for thought. Yeah, this would be definitely possible as well, but I kind of think Burbank's response to York is not that of a townie. This is the only one I don't see. Someone like York wouldn't think to do that. As do I. In addition, Daly makes a spot-on point about fake PMs - I don't think he'd call him out on it unless he was a townie certain about his decision, so I'll follow his lead here. Vote: Julius Burbank 'MD' (Brickdoctor)
  16. Ok, after a helluva lot of gathering things up and double checking my facts, I think I have some important information for everyone. It has to do with what Hornby was talking about - a sting, so to speak. Despite our differences early on, Falcon and I were able to work together a little bit during the end of yesterday, and he shared these PMs with me as Pewter was being lynched: ^This is his attempt at writing that 'sting' message. As you can see, it's incredibly convincing - if I were scum and he had sent this to me, I defiantly would have tried to joint. 10 hours later: This is a fairly harmless statement by Wilder - he's just giving Pewter some advice on his obvious ploy - that's fine. But what comes next is what really makes me paranoid: First Wilder asks if he can trust Pewter "if he was scum". I've found that hypothetical situations like that are a good way of coming to a shared agreement without being too forward with things. And this next bit is the icing on the cake: There's just something that doesn't strike me as entirely safe about you, let me just put it that way. It's things like, "the person I'm looking for", when in contrast, you also say you're looking for team scum. Is it one particular person you're looking for on the scum team that your team needs to kill to join forces, say the Godfather perhaps? Who all is involved here? This is obvious fishing right here. He's trying to make sure what Pewter was 'looking for' matched up with what his team had. He had taken baby steps to a joint in the above messages, but this was his first bold step. It's obvious that Wilder is scum looking to joint with a 'neutral'. So, Wilder, what do you have to say for yourself?
  17. Who knows, maybe we're all going to die.
  18. I told you he was town. Okay, yeah, serious problem going on here. Meh. I think Rockford's town, actually. Her reaction to Pewter's apparently borderline gamethrowing was pretty legitimate in my opinion.
  19. "Same action, same order" OOC: I hope your grandmother's okay, B&P.
