Oh my! I love kebab, and this creation is just perfect. If I were you I'd change the legs of the kebab seller. I'd use a 1x2 white brick, and put some kiddy ligs under it. That would look perfect!

I always look forward to new comics of you. I love them! -
Wow there sure are a lot of nice things going on in your MOC. I love the use of the barrel and the canon ball for a hole and a golf ball. Very original. I also really like the wooden fence on top of the moc. Very nice. There are some things I don't like: - I don't get the point of the devil head. Why did you add it? - I'm not sure of the lever base for a flower. It just doesn't look right. ~Badboy
-
So! You took the small entry very literaly! You brought it to a whole other lever. The level of miniscale and I love it! The little ships are so cute. I like the palm trees and I absolutely love the use of the lock for a treasure chest. Very creative. The only thing you could do to improve this MOC is work on the water I'd love to see the water getting more light blueish towards the beach. That would look ever so pritty! ~Badboy
-
Wow you really took our advice at hart. The 2nd MOC looks so much better! It's really good! ~Badboy
-
Tip two is just perfect!
-
Wow that's one very nice MOC! Could we get a pic with all the figures? ~Badboy
-
Ok I really really like this entry! The snotted water is just plain awesome! The beach look splendid too. The figs are just plain perfect and I love the use of the jester head. The biggest pluspoint of your MOC is the rock with the green plants on it. Love the use of the green flexible piece, watchamaycallit, the spiderman web thingy. I really like the half dug up treasure. It's just perfect. The only thing I would like to see is some more details like animals and such. ~Badboy
-
I like this little island. The use of the weed leaves for a palmtree is really nice. The dark tan slopes for wet sand are awesome too. There are some things you could change to improve the creation: - Ad some random small parts like animals or treasure or something like that. - The palm tree looks a little bit bald on one side. That's all. ~Badboy
-
I like this idea! I am one of the persons who doesn't like the big flowers! But It's your MOC so it's your call. The only thing i think really neads help is the minifig. I like the fact that you used a flesh fig. And the face is perfect for a pirate. I really like the outfit. It's really colorfull. But doesn't look piraty... A peg leg, hook or a pirate hat would improve the fig a lot! Good luck in the competition!

That's a nice MOC you got there. I like the idea. The water looks very lovely. I've been toying with the same technique you used for the water. There are some minor thing you could change: - The building looks too brown. The entire building is brown, so I suggest you use a different colour for the furniture to make it look less brown. - The palm trees are to semetrically. I suggest placing one somewhere else and making one taller than the other. - The beach looks a little bit to flat. Maybee you could add some hight with tan plates. That's all! ~Badboy

Yess! First one to post on this amazing MOC! I saw it on flickr and rushed over to eurobricks to comment on this creation. I absolutely love it! I really like the dynamic poses of the minifigs. The only minifigs witch are assembled are the female pirate and the massuse in blue! Wow the poses just blew my mind! The facial expressions are perfect to. I absolutely love the dark red curtains upstairs and the use of minifig legs in the window. The arches above the dark red curtains, those car things, are very lovely too! I like the mix of brown and dark brown on the floor and the skull patern is a very nice addition too. Kudos for the torso of the peg leg pirate. The skull with crossed bones on the base of the MOC is very awesome too! There are some minor things I'd change, if this were my MOC: -The tan cones with the claw in it holding the tube look good. I would only like to see more of those supporting the tube. There are two big open spaces which would look better if filled. -I'm not a fan of the red Indian legs you used for the wench upstairs. But it does look like she has a towel lying on her lap, and I guess that was the look you were going for. -Maybe you could change the color of the sofa the left pirate is lying on, Dark red or dark blue would look very ritch. But on the other hand it could also be a massage table, and then brown would be the best choise. -I'm not so fond of the minifig arms for table legs... Lovely moc and good luck in the competition. Edit: I just noticed the awesomenesso of the brown lightsaberbars above the curtains and the great rock chair!

I like the idea of one pirate mining underground. It only doesn't look like he is underground due to the open-ness of the MOC. If you were to add a brick wall for the mine with some dark gray slopes and cheese pieces would surely look great. Maybee some 1x8 brown plates or tiles to make it look like the tunnel is supported by a wooden skelleton. A minor thing I'd change is the sandcastle, it looks rather simple. Here you can find a great brick build sand castle: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=2550667 Adding some trans green flames for see weed would look great! ~Badboy

This is very different from everything I've seen before in this contest! I like it! You were definately thinking outside the box. I love the water flowing of the rock. The yellow things you can put underneath a minifigs legs look slightly out of place, but I like them! There are some things I'd change: - As mentioned before the fan and the chield look definately out of place. - I don't like the striped house on the rock. I think it would look better either in tan or in brown, not both. That's all ~Badboy
-
If I'm correct this is the second entry with a female pirate. Hurray for female pirates! I really do like the idea of the pirates limboing! There are some minor points of improvement, I am sure are also mentioned above. And maybe some new ones. - I'd change the colour of the pants on the imperial soldier. It aught to be white. - I'd change the face on the female pirate. This one looks too generic and expressionless. - The flame out of the chimney doesn't look right. You should change it into smoke. You could use 1x1 round plates for the smoke. It looks lovely if the smoke starts white and ends in 1 or 2 shades of grey. - I like the fence but I don't like that some of the plates with tooth aar positioned differently than the others. - The bar could use some more small parts like cups, candles, weapons, food and such. I think you've got a very good thing going on. It can only get better! ~Badboy
-
The water looks great with the 1x1 round trans blue plates. I like the idea of the pirate kaptain and the admiral sharing the same hobby. That's just sweet. The only thing I'm not sure about is the net (as suggested above) and the fish squirting the water/feathers. That's all ~Badboy

Wow what an entry! It full of little details like the arches around the windows, which are supurb. The mockey with the banana, the drink of the adult pirate. Really nicely done! I really like the idea and I think it's executed very nicely. The splash effect with the water is just purfect! The only thing i'd change is the torso of the losing kid. I find it not very sotable for a young pirate kid. It's more an adult torso. In my honest opinion. ~Badboy

Wow! I was so eager to see what you would do with our feedback. You really improved your MOC. the tiled floor gives the governors house a real ritch feel. I love it. It looks 100% better! I also really like that you changed the pinata. It was ok as it was at first, but now it's just plain awsome! Really really cool. I might have to steal that design some day! Good luck in the competition! ~Badboy

Oh my! I saw this on flickr and rushed over to post a comment here. I love the tention this builds. Is it friend or foe at the door! It's nice to see a creation having everything to do with pirates pillaging a village, without actually having pirates pillaging the village in the creation. You can see from the look on the face of the woman, she thinks there are pirates at the door. I love it. The horse thingy on the wall is lovely. The chandelier with the candle on the wall rocks. I really appreciate the use of the new queen's head. There are some minor things you could change: - I'd change the brown dress into a tan 2x2x2 slope. To make it look like she is a ritch lady who was going to bed, took of her dress and now is wearing her under dress. Or how you may call the dress they wear under their expencive dress. - I'd change the mechanism for locking the door. I get what you are going for, but it would look cooler if it was a 1x6 brown plate as to suggest she really baricaded the door. That's all. Good luck in the competition ~Badboy

Wow this looks marvelous! You snotted the whole rock! Thats just insanely good. Awesome creation. ~Badboy

Thanks for the aditional links and comment. I greatly appreciate it. Ill search some more brickshelf folders looking for realistic water. But I don't want to make to big waves because the bar would loose it's focus. I'll see what I can come up with. Thanks! ~Badboy

Wow the update is very very good! This looks like a very cosy break! I like the soldier who is trying to stab the fishes out of the water. Look out for that odd green duck! I love the foliage, the flowers, shrooms, fruits and such. I really think you made a big improvement on your first version. Way to go! ~Badboy
