  1. Woman. Oh, that's brilliant! I actually was thinking he might be saying Wonda wif a funny accent. Some of you peoples have the funny accent. I have hardest time understanderating you, but woman work even better! I am seeing things the same way as rest of town. Let us hope we are the rightness! Vote: Rhonda / AgentRick57
  2. I am not surprised she make last bitch ditch escaping (OOC: I don't care, I liked the joke the first time, too). I was watching the teevees last night between the doing other things and the saving Darlene's life, and I happen on the Columbus. He said ocean blue and then solve the mysteries, it quite amazing. Columbo? Oh. Well, you know, guy in rumple trenchcoat with big cigar. So, he find killer in 90 minute, they all trying to trick him and it done matter, he figure it out because he smart guy. Then he go to arrest killer, they talk, it all nice and peaceful, then music play. We need try that. *puts on trenchcoat* Ok, hellos there. I am the Columbo, I am with El Lay Pee Dees, homocide (ut oh, I didn't even know that about the Pete, well, whatevers). I am glad you all are assemblied here because I am going to reveals ... a killer! *looks around room as dramatic music plays, seeing the remaining citizens and one bastard Baritone* AgentRick57 - Rhonda Dragonator - Darlene ImperialShadows - Ivan Quarryman - Steve Sir Dillon - Dillon Skinny Boy - Carter White Fang - Sky Now, for the various reasons and because my script say so, I am knowing that Ivan and Darlene are innocent. For those of you without benefit of script, we know that there is one killer left and that they can vouch for each other, so we will trust that. What was that? You not like that I find Ivan innocent alreadies? Get your own damn teevee show then. Moving on! AgentRick57 - Rhonda Dragonator - Darlene ImperialShadows - Ivan Quarryman - Steve Sir Dillon - Dillon Skinny Boy - Carter White Fang - Sky What else are we knowing? Well... someone attacking the Darlene in night. Sadly, without brave hero who save her being able to identify attacker, that is not the helping. We know Carter is traitor, but still citizen. Oh yes, he love betting the doggies, but he paid off his loan with shotgun blast to first Godfather and while I would not be overly trusting of him, I do not think he can go from traitor to Baritone, that would be silly, so he is out. AgentRick57 - Rhonda Dragonator - Darlene ImperialShadows - Ivan Quarryman - Steve Sir Dillon - Dillon Skinny Boy - Carter White Fang - Sky And then there were four. Do we have more clue? Where clues? Someone pleased to be bringing me clues! Oh, here is one. *plays tape* Pete stares into space and with his last ounce of strength says "W...ww...www...wo...wo...wuh...wuh..." and dies. I know that song... Ok, I am stumped. Dammit.
  3. Done! The representative pulled up my account and was stunned when I only ordered 1, but honestly, I don't need 2 of these and I expect the figures to show up elsewhere as well. Whatever the case, damn fine job, LEGO! Now, don't jerk us around and not offer things through normal channels in the future, ok? Thanks!
  4. I don't care if they're sorted or not, and I might even be the type to mix the sorted bags together for the nostalgic searching effect. There is, however, one thing I would pay more for, literally 10%-15% more, I think... Flap boxes with trays. I loved those. It takes me back to the classics, the first Pirates, for example. There she was, the Black Seas Barricuda. Open the flap, read the story, look through the window at the minifigs and map and special parts in their own little tray. A little tape cutting and flip up the inside top and sit the big clear plastic tray aside and what do you find? For one thing, undamaged instructions, flat under the bags of parts (and no stickers, but I digress). Dump the parts into the divided box, hulls here, bricks there, everything in it's place. Those were sets you could build in the box, on your bed, on the floor, on the coffee table, in the car if you had room, wherever. If you were interrupted, you closed the box and moved it and whatever you had done could stay assembled unless it was huge. No dummy pics of carpet or grass, who would do that? You had a brilliant box to work in! When I came out of my dark ages, those boxes still existed to a small degree for the largest sets like the Egyptian Adventurer's temple. Then the clear tray disappeared. The largest Rock Raiders set had a decent enough box of this sort. Eventually all of the cardboard trays were gone as well. Now, we're lucky to get the flap. Heck, I even appreciated the cardboard tray in some smaller sets. I spend good money on a large set these days and get rolled up instructions, half-empty boxes and sticker sheets. Stickers aren't new, of course, but they used to arrive in much better condition in those old boxes, just like the instructions. I found fewer minor scratches on parts as well, probably because they had less room to be slung around in. The light-up-lightsabers were a disaster, but at least they had a little tray and in a set like the clone tank, you got a divided box underneath. That's about the last really good box I can remember. Well, the largest UCS sets are fine, and yes, I'd take sorted bags in those, just for my sanity. So, what would I pay more for? Prime packaging. Flat instructions. Neat little preview windows. Those truly were the days.
  5. And in a surprise fit for an EB News Review, I just went and um, spiced it up a tiny bit! So, if you've already read it, read it again, for the first time! Great job, WhiteFang!
  6. It has been fast, but at least on day 1 it was because of inactivity replacements. 2 died but 1 was added the next morning. Hinckerdoodle has already said he'll explain everything when it's over, and I can guarantee that just based on the parts I know that aren't public, you'll all find it a fascinating story, worthy of a Fabuland Housewives style episode presentation. That's a great idea! *snaps fingers* Get to work on that now, Hinck!
  7. Yes you are. Now stop drooling and go play with your LEGO like a good lad.
  8. The fee may not be against Paypal terms, they vary by country. I know that Germany, for example, can charge a fee without violating terms. The shipping seems incredibly high, but it's actually a fairly large package and I have heard, as some have mentioned here, that France has bad rates. I'm betting you're stuck. I still think the better place to ask would have been Bricklink. It shouldn't be hard to find someone with a similar experience who can verify how likely this is to be accurate. I know I felt like I paid too much to get the premier edition book from Germany, and that was shipped through some form of media mail, so I'm not completely surprised here. Still sucks though.
  9. I actually was knowing that you were good guy. Ok, I am the lying. I had no idea either way, then you die. I will wear black pants tomorrow, both for you and the Iris-no-pants. That will teaching her!
  10. I don't know, but it is the disgraceful! I am thinking it is some kind of Baritone trickery to keep the votingses from being finished. Call it a last bitch ditch effort. The good people will see through trickery like see through pants. OH! Don't look Florence, I am not even sure what they are doingses now with that pogo stick!
  11. I wish I could be the surprised, but I have had suspicions for while. Vote: Iris Nooooooooooo............. :cry_sad: :cry_sad: Count on it. I love you, I'll never forget... Never. *falls in a heap*
  12. That is problem. When one godfather die, new one replaces old. It happen with Patty and Betty already. Funny... Baritone like certain type of names. Patty, Betty, Petey. I see patterns, but no one left matching. How are we to stopping them when they are making so much the killings? It seems no matter who we get, people left can blam blam and we lose more good peoples. Make mine the doubles, and put it in a dirty glass!
  13. I had suspicionesses of Stan. It make more sense now that he not citizen or Baritone, just crazy killerman. I am guessing he kill Al too. Maybe now we be having no more fires. Still, that leave one question... who was killing him in the broads daylight? We have successfully counted up the votes for the stoppingses of Betty now. If we have done right thing again, we are getting Baritone situation under control, but they must still be dangerous and now that knowing we can have complete stranger in town burning things, who else might be doing bad thing with no loyalties? This is time for extra cautions.
  14. In Russia we call that Peeping Boris, the local KGB man.
  15. Working together? Of courses we working together, but she ghost and not able to know all that going on in earthly plane. You, however, are as dumb as you advertisings. We are already knowing with proof, that Florence was a loyal citizen of Moonlight. All you are accusationing me of is being the same. You sniff too much photocopies in tax business, or maybe have debt to pay Baritones from bad streak at track after embezzling from customers? We will finding out soon, I am betting! HAHA, get it? Betting! You like the betting, don't you? Want to put odds on who is traitor, you or me? You will be losing, like always. Personally, I welcome investigation and am not hurt by Florence's words. She is smart woman and knows that people are not always as seem. I am glad she not blinded to possibilities, even ones that would be horrible. I have nothing to hide and would be happy for anyone to watching me, investigating me, making sure of my loyals. Many of you could not say that. Remember: eyes go both ways, while you watching me, someone watching you. Well, not you specifically, Betty, since I expect smart townfolk to see that your cowardly Baritone cooperation come to end today. Iris: I am secretive of night moves because I am smart. I am not giving Baritones any more information than absolutely necessary. I suspect they have ways to counter such things and that will not help the good citizens of Moonlight. Sometimes secrecy is for good reason, and this is one of those times.
  16. Actually, I do, as Darlene can confirm. You will notice that nights 2 and 3 I was out. I am out every night since my Florence's death, looking for killer. I had always been stay-at-home type, sleeping in night but that change after first night, suddenly I have purpose in going out, and out I go. I will not make specifics of what I am doing, for that would be too much informations, but it is a good purpose, I am assuring you. Asked and answered above, no sweating here. On the other hand, I might ask you a question to making the sweatings, but I don't think it necessary right now. I will say that the peoples who are not home at night should not be pointings the fingers at me without knowing that when they do, 3 more are points back at them. No, sadly I am only seeing her when you do, but she has given me purpose in life and for that I am the thankful. That is the truth. I am not giving away more, Baritones are watching us. You seem certain again. You will always have my vote. Vote: Betty / Bob the Construction Man And you would have been on piece of paper if he watched you on first night while I was sleeping, not knowing what you were doing. I have reason to be out, reason is you. I cannot explain more, safely, any more than you could tell me what you were doing. You know I am good, check anything you wish, but most of all, checking your heart.
  17. Fair enough. Be sure to let us know, and if it is him, give him my address, I could use some random stuff from Billund. In the first batch, it's the yellow half-barrel. It isn't expensive or rare, really, but it only exists in early to mid 80's Fabuland sets and at the present, none are for sale in the US on Bricklink, so that makes it interesting to me. In the last batch, the things that stick out most to me, aside from the ewoks are the perfume bottles, Fabuland standards (lamp posts) in turquoise and the Frankenstein headpiece. I can't tell if anything is printed on the clear heads or those could be interesting. I don't think any of it qualifies as rare, though, not like WOW rare.
  18. It is the no rushes. You are doing wonderful job. If you ever need more work, I have opening at restaurant, no experiments required. She always was the little bit in a hurries. You know... I was abouts to make bad jokings about: "I'll have everything up ... soon." when I develop sudden, mysterious headachedness. I am beginning wonderings if Fabuland Mafia contracting out to Baritones. Such a cute minky.
  19. Ok, the first day of this was mildly interesting, but now it's just silly. You aren't getting unexpected packages of incredibly random parts from unknown sources, so what's the story before we go on?
  20. That's just a normal construction on top of a SNOT base (the water). Didn't I already say that was allowed as long as it's within the size limit of the class you're entering it in? YES! That said, if you post a 3072x2304 image as your entry pic, you'll be disqualified.
  21. That's called a SNOT base and it is allowed. That means you can build your base sideways, like laying down a wall. The only requirement is that you don't exceed the specified size for your class of entry. It can be whatever shape you want. Which also means that for a large entry, it could be the size of your house. Do NOT exceed the size of your house, or you'll be disqualified. I'll be flying out and checking those personally. I'm not even commenting on the Lord Admiral Wannabe. More like Wannabe-in-trouble, I think.
  22. You do realise that my normal sigfig is perfectly suited for inclusion in this contest, don't you? Now traditionally, it's polite to receive permission before using someone's sigfig, but this isn't a polite contest, oh no! In this case, I practically insist. Let's see ImperialShadows pillagin' and plunderin'!
  23. Vote: Petey / ptdapen
  24. ENOUGH! The last 3 questions have all been answered before and are clearly written in the rules. They will not be answered again. If you can't figure it out, you can't enter. Good luck!
  25. A lot gets lost in the mega-threads. I actually thought this seemed familiar, but a normal search didn't turn it up, though I am sure it exists. It won't hurt to have it here, for now, then it could be merged if we really want to. Post old threads for new news? Er... new threads for old news? How about ... 3.
