  1. @Xon67 Awesome to see you still doing some Lego Movie designs in this thread :-)
  2. Look forward to seeing more of the build, again great work!! I've been contemplating building the Bricklink submission Salloon and making that my Lego Movie Salloon, but this looks so much better..
  3. WOW!! This looks amazing and something I'd love to build one day, great work mate and thank you for sharing :-)
  4. This looks great, thanks for sharing!! How stable is your one standing up?
  5. Very cool. I like the Movie accurate sized ones so much better than the little ones that came with the sets. Look forward to seeing how you go!!
  6. Very nice!! What's your next project to build from the Lego Movie?
  7. @MrlikeslegothingsSorry the link I shared didn't work, however grateful you were sent another link and was successful finishing your build, looks great!! Especially like the Ninjago Shark build in the background :-)
  8. Hi @Mrlikeslegothings, No worries at all, hope you are able to complete your Copper Chopper. Thank you for the kind words, I definately have received alot of help from many talented builders to be able to make what I have.
  9. Hi mate, I honestly can't remember exactly how I built mine as I did it years ago and is sadly packed away at the moment. This is the only photo I have uploaded showing the back section. TLM Copper Chopper by Nath D, on Flickr However I think this link below might be the same or similar lxf file to what I originally downloaded. https://brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=6286856 Good luck!!
  10. These are super cool. Look forward to checking out the rest of your Swat vehicles!! :-)
  11. These look awesome @Kin_Bricks25... the Octan Delivery Ship was definately a fun and challenging build!!
  12. Thank you @mink66 for the kind words... I appreciate your help on the Batwing!! Yeah I'm super grateful for so many talented builders help with me being able to make so many of these awesome Lego Movie builds in real bricks.. And you are definately correct that Lego lost out in not releasing the Batmobile or Batwing..
  13. Another 2 awesome builds that I finally got around to taking some photos of that are definately favourites in my collection.. The Lego Movie Batwing I built using amazingly detailed and accurate instructions purchased from @Brickmasta and some wing modifcations with help of some detailed photos by @mink66, plus a couple of tweaks myself and some custom decals... 14. Better late than never, however I wanted to say a HUGE thank you to @Brickmasta for the detailed, movie accurate instructions for the Lego Movie Batwing that I finally got around to buiding this year. Also a shoutout and another thank you to @mink66 for the detailed photos of the wing modifications to help them remain more stable. I also very slightly modified the connection to the wings by adding an extra technic pin connector on each side that holds the wings in place a little more... I also added some custom decals to make it look a little more movie accurate. I would highly recommend getting in contact with Brickmasta to buy the instructions and use Mink66 photos to modify the wings as I have downloaded other lxf files for this build and this one is the best and most accurate to the movie!! Absolutely love this build!! TLM Batwing by Nath D, on Flickr TLM Batwing by Nath D, on Flickr TLM Batwing by Nath D, on Flickr
  15. I thought I'd share an image of the super cool Octan Delivery Ship that I built late last year. Thank you so much Chris @lyonfish for sharing detailed images of your movie accurate version in your thread started 10 years ago that helped make this real brick build happen... 16. Well 10 years later and I finally got around to building this super cool design. Thank you so much Chris @lyonfish for sharing detailed images of your movie accurate version that helped make this real brick build happen... Gotta keep the Lego Movie love alive!! 17. Look forward to see the results of these builds, will you be doing any in real bricks as I'd love to see Emmets street all together?
  18. I can't believe it has been 10 years since the most "Awesome" movie was released here in Australia. I still remember going to watch the movie thinking this will be something fun to enjoy with the kids and as a family.. who would've thought it would spark a massive interest (obsession) with Lego as an adult and the Lego Movie is still one of my absolute favourite movies to this day.. Happy 10th Birthday Lego Movie!! Also a special thank you to @Xon67 for not only creating this thread (and the other Lego Movie themed threads), but for all the absolutely amazing renders of some of our favourite builds and moments in the Lego Movie and for inspiring us to build them and helping keep our love for the Lego Movie alive!! 20. Hi @Blocksmith, I was never successful with locating a file to 3D print the Technic gear, but was lucky to have a friend somehow find one or work it out himself as he printed me a couple last year to make this build and a movie accurate Super Cycle. I will ask him if he did locate a site where you can download it.
  21. These would look awesome displaying all of the Master Builders from the movie. I only ever built extra Think Tank cells similar to the basic ones from the official Lords Businesses Evil Lair, so these would be a major upgrade :-)
  22. That sounds great, look forward to seeing your builds :-)
  23. Hi @Moneytachi, Looking forward to seeing some photos of some of these amazing builds.. :-) Did you build Brickmasta's the Lego Movie Batwing and if so did you modify the wings to add supports? I purchased his awesome instructions and have collected almost all of the parts, but haven't had a chance yet to start building, but know that I will need to add alot of support for the wings. Also curious to see how you go with your Lego Movie Batmobile, I love mine and really need to take some photos of it, along with some recent builds from the Lego Movie :-)
