The power of the Blscktron icons set cannot rival the unmatchable power of a fully operational Asylum. Like the one that's supposedly coming next year. Do we think they'll try and make it a modular? Purely speculation but I could see 26 figures, let's say 6 generic inmates in prison garb, 6 staff ( say 3 guards, Harleen, Warden Strange and Aaron Cash), 10 super Villains in thier costumes ( say Mister Freeze, Joker, Ivy, Scarecrow, Mad Hatter, Killer Croc, Hush, Pyg, Ventriloquist and Azrael), and 4 Batman Fam members ( let's say Batman, Red Robin, Signal and Black Bat.)

LEGO Videogame Tie-Ins - Rumors & Discussion
Agent Kallus replied to Captain Nemo's topic in LEGO Licensed
I hope not, since (and this is just the first game since I haven't started the second yet as I haven't beaten the story of the first yet) she has a lot of different outfits to chose from, and especially because she's usually on her own I reckon they should have enough budget to give her a few different outfits so that no individual one becomes ubiquitous. Also since Brickset has posted the images I think it's safe to post them here too as it was retailer that revealed them not a leaker https://brickset.com/article/115891/77037-aloy-varl-vs-shell-walker-sawtooth-revealed! Varl is the Lego games player 2 (which makes sense) but I would have preferred Sylens or Rost as out first non-Aloy character. I wonder if Lego Zelda will follow the same direction as Horizon: 18+ set, then a game on both PS and Nintendo and then regular system set(or hopefully sets plural) based on the lego game? Probably not but it would be interesting ( Though I doubt Zelda sets would be a nicely priced, given the comparison between the Tallnecks and PPP and the Deku tree's) I wonder if this is but part of a whole wave. -
2026 will be the 15th anniversary of Ninjago. A perfect opportunity. Though I think there was a rumour of a ninjago D2C for 2025 but IMO I don't want it to be a yearly thing that might feel like oversaturation. But thinking about Ninjago city. Now it's a Popular series and I'm sure they'll make another. Whether it would a corner module or a straight is anyone's guess. Here's some names that could work: Ninjago city harbour, Ninjago city apartments, Ninjago city centre, Ninjago city crossroads, Ninjago city crossing, Ninjago city hub, Ninjago city backstreets, Ninjago city towers, Ninjago city promenade, Ninjago city monuments, Ninjago city districts, Ninjago city flats, Ninjago city high-rise, Ninjago city slums, Ninjago city palace, Ninjago city waterways, Ninjago city junction, Ninjago city hill, Ninjago city embassies, Ninjago city accomodation, Ninjago city mall, Ninjago city temples, Ninjago city parks, Ninjago city station, Ninjago city shops, Ninjago city boulevards, Ninjago city interchange, Ninjago city theatre, Ninjago city Avenue, Ninjago city stages, Ninjago city arena, Ninjago city race ground, Ninjago city Commerce, Ninjago city bay, Ninjago city beach Ninjago city bridges, Ninjago city tournament, Ninjago city hideout, Ninjago city heritage site, Ninjago city labs Ninjago city workshops, Ninjago city lockup and so on. I think Ninjago city crossroads makes the most sense to tie into dragons rising and the crossroads, it'd be nice to get some of the new side characters like Frohickey, Lobbo, Kreel and Frak. Though there's plenty of OG and Wildbrain characters I'd like to see too such as Doctor Julein, Twitchy Tim, Doctor Saunders Sanders, Cole's Dad and so on. Now what locations could be represented on the next Ninjago city? Here are some ideas: the explorers club, Darkley's boarding school for bad boys, a Metallonian embassy, a shintaro embassy, Kreel's Junkyard, Borg tower, Garbage depo, courthouse, prison, serpentine library, NCTV news building, Newspaper delivery kid headquarters, Chef Grag-Bag's pie shop, and so on.

LEGO Videogame Tie-Ins - Rumors & Discussion
Agent Kallus replied to Captain Nemo's topic in LEGO Licensed
Look which pair of machines I ran into playing HZD today. HZD Screenshot by Bismuth83, on Flickr Okay technically, that's a Ravenger not a Saw-tooth but the two are very similar, Aloy even mentions it in game "That thing looks like a Sawtooth, but heavily armed. Great." So I say close enough. When I say pretty decent, I mean pretty decent!!! As in surprisingly good. -
Lego Minecraft 2023, leaks, rumors and discussion

That's good, I'd read the description but hadn't realised the price point, nice to get a cheap nether set. -
I think a competent director and writer might be able to make it work but I can agree that on paper it sounds kinda bad. Problem is Synder is not a good fit for DC, I don't think he'd know a good movie if it hit him in the eye. Because that's the real war in this topic : it's not Britain V the US ( via the means of obscure characters), it's not Turtle V justice for his crimes, it's not Blacktron V the United Church of Mara Jade and the Demolition Dummy, It's not CornCob V the black lanterns. It's Synder enjoyers V Synder ' Who the hell thought it was good idea to give this guy the Future of DC on the big screen!!!!??!!!???!!??!!'ers ( though I think it's it's funny that we all agree the DCEU was overall carp because if like me you though Synder's path was the wrong parh then they course corrected the car off the road and into a river, where somehow the car was still able to catch fire.) Anyway I eagerly await James Gunn's new era. It might not be perfect but by Zeus it's gonna be better.

Sonic the Hedgehog - Rumours and Discussion
Agent Kallus replied to Classic_Spaceman's topic in LEGO Licensed
Looks absolutely great, Sonic Heroes was my child hood game and me and my 3 siblings each had out own team. I was team dark so Omega is an important sonic character to me. My only problem with him is that he'll be a bit huge next to minifigs but that's a problem TLG themselves often has so it's no big deal. I think I actually prefer the first option for the legs, it looks a bit sturdier but still accurate. -

This looks absolutely great, I'll display these with the tallneck. And the price is pretty decent for 2025! -

I don't really see why not. I mean as you say there is a huge potential for figs there, varied and interesting. -

Okay snob might of been a little harsh, l admit. Hopefully you can see how your original post gave the impression that you see animation as lesser, which would Fe by definition snobbery. But se-lä-vē, I'm a snob myself where Lego is concerned, I know that my distaste of other building block brands is based on my own snobbery rather than any just or fair metric. Nonetheless with the discussion of the snobbishness dropped I still think you're showing a degree of ignorance as to how popular these will likely be. The Spider-verse films were runaway successes and I'm sure every masked fig with come with an alternative un masked head and hair just like the What If Spider-Man or the humanoid headed player character figs from the D&D series. And that's okay. We can have different tastes though ... We're not so different you and I, I would put Agatha and Loki in the upper echelons of the marvel TV and I think the Marvels was great. I wasn't calling you a snob for having different taste, but because I had perceived (admittedly perhaps unfairly) a prejudice against animation. Which is all too common. That's @Agent Kallus to you! But I'll admit my got reaction may have been an unfair judgement. Well look at how many sets a single season of Ninjago gets it ere looking at Lego media! Or how many sets each individual star wars movie has. -
I have 7 of them but they don't walk at all. In fact they seem to possess no way of moving under their own power like most minifigs. The dumpster fire that was the DCEU certain is a large reason for the decline of Lego DC theme. I do hope they still make more DCAU sets. The batman beyond Batmobile is crying out for an addition to the system Batmobiles with display plaques series. A JL watchtower would be awesome too. And Static is crying out for a spot in the next DC CMF.

Could Simpsons line of Minifigure series or Sets return?
Agent Kallus replied to Vitruvius's topic in LEGO Licensed
I mean we already had it rumoured that sept would be Marvel or Fortnite ( I did one I'm glad that is was Marvel and also that is was Spider-verse in particular). But there's always next year and the year after that and the year after that ... Et infinitum. Though TBH Simpsons wouldn't high on my list of potential non-generic CMFs. I'd probably put Doctor Who or some sort of greek mythology series at the top. Though if there was another Simpsons one Seymour is a must. -

It's called snobbery. As you say animation is a format not a genre. If you like superhero movies but won't watch Spider-verse or TLBM because they're animated then that's just snobbery. -
They're getting the most out of the young riy head but I don't mind. The mile morales version actually doesn't look too overtly him so it might still make for a decent dragon. I like this set more than I expected to, but I probably won't get it.

For some bizarre reason I actually quite like these. -
I mean to get fair, we don't really know anything about the Arkham to have an opinion on. It exists, and we know it's price in cowboy coins. Yes the forum is less strict than it once was, but I for one like that. I mean social media has replaced forums in a lot of ways, but our nonsense helps keep the forum alive. That's sounds absurd... I'm in!

Technically 2024 not 2025. But great news the temple guard is coming to the magazine. Unfortunately he doesn't have the jetpack and it's the legacy magazine so he's packed in a double pack. He's paired with mech Zane. I don't have mech Zane but he's certainly less massable than the guard.

Marvel Superheroes 2024 - Rumors & Discussion
Agent Kallus replied to Clone OPatra's topic in LEGO Licensed
I mean Tony Stark himself was hardly an A-lister pre-MCU, that was reserved for the likes of Wolverine, Spider-Man, the Hulk and the FF. There's a reason they all got solo movies pre-MCU and he didn't. My point being that if didn't allow so-called B and C Listers to headline things they'd never get the chance to grow beyond that. -

I'd argue it's more like the chance of finding (VENOM) horse in your burger king burger after Burger King swore they'd stop doing that. They had a period of time where they didn't do that but it could always happen (again in the case of BK secret horse burgers). -
Doesn't Doctor fate fly, you know like a bee???!!!??!?!?!?!?!!??!!!!!???? That sounds more like RiddlerDC's wheel house? I meant no disrespect to your judgment call, I'll use my shield as a badge of honour to lead the British contingent of the aslume. Oh, I've played this game before! We all give different definitions of the word or phrase and inquiring party has to guess which definition is legitimate. A rap sheet is a type of Duck.
