  1. I apologize for my tardiness to the party, but personal matters slowed me down a bit. Credit goes to TKH over on Flickr for the cheese-slope-as-anime-eyes idea!
  2. I'm almost done with my entry and plan on posting sometime today (hopefully), but, if you need to close down the CB, that's fine.
  3. Very nice, Masked! Love the mountain and lava techniques.
  4. Beautifully recreated! I love the light-up feature!
  5. Okay! I think I'll be done by the 31st, but a little leeway would be nice. Thanks, Oky.
  6. What time on the 31st is the deadline? Is it 11:59pm? Cause I'm really working at the last minute here...
  7. Simple but very effective! The lava looks very cool.
  8. Even with limited parts, this is very well done and easily recognizeable! Just remember, in photography, people only see what you show them.
  9. Awesome work, as usual! The overall structure looks very accurate and I love that Crab Droid, as well.
  10. Simple, but really cool and quite cute!
  11. DUDE! This is seriously brilliant! Lots of NPU going on.
  12. Excuse me while I pick my jaw off the floor. Amazing work!
  13. This is pretty awesome! I'd love to see it in real bricks sometime.
  14. Very beautifully detailed! The overall design and shaping, especially around the entrance, is very accurate.
  15. Thanks, man! I'm always trying to build something better.
  16. This looks very accurate to the original! Definitely has a "real set" look to it. I love the shaping and little details throughout.
  17. Ha! Thanks. I had to make sure to build space for Luke to pilot this thing.
  18. Well, thanks! I'm glad I inspired you to create an account. Hopefully, we'll be hearing/seeing more things from you in the future.
  19. These are all really cool! I could definitely see these as "real" Lego sets. I think my favorite is Yoda's.
  20. I have to say, I was a little skeptical about this build at first (sorry), but the finished piece turned out very nicely! I love how you achieved the details of the faceplate.
  21. Thanks for following along and commenting the whole way! Thanks, man! This is definitely one of my favorite builds so far. So, when are you gonna build that landspeeder? Wow! Thanks, Kiel! I love when you comment, because you always go into detail about what you like. I hope this DOES inspire you, because I'd love to see what you build.
  22. This has brilliant parts usage all over it. Love it! My only suggestion would be to lengthen the slopey parts of the helmet by a few plates.
  23. Thanks! I'm not sure what that would look like, but that's a great idea! Thanks! I'm always trying to do it better, so you never know...Thanks for the Blog! Thanks! The huge challenge with this (besides trying to make it badass) was trying to show both themes in one build.
  24. I just wanted to update this with an image of the new shield design just in time for his upcoming battle with Vader's TIE Advanced Mobile Suit (coming soon)! This is a similar idea to my SW vehicles-as-mecha idea, only, with this build, I wanted it to look like a "real" Gundam with Star Wars-y details. This is somewhat inspired by the Wing Gundam and Strike Freedom Gundam combined with an X-Wing (of course). This pic shows that my build can stand without the...uh...stand. Luke in the pilot seat! I just think this is a cool shot. Plus, it shows better details of the head.
  25. Very nice, Masked! I love the look of the trans blue plates on the sides representing the docking bays.
