  1. Awesome rendition of one of my favorite scenes in the movie! You captured the shape and coloring of the speeder perfectly!
  2. Another beautiful little scene! I love how the "homestead" turned out. I think this would look even better with a tiny Landspeeder.
  3. Really original and cool idea for an entry, Oky! My only critisism (besides the fact that they should be monochrome), is that they look a tad bit small, especially when you're holding them. Overall nice shape, though.
  4. Simple build or not, this thing is BEAUTIFUL!
  5. This is both expertly built AND extremely adorable! LOVE IT!
  6. Thanks! I spent alot of time trying to use colors and detailing that give the walker a "weathered" look without making it seem too busy or sloppy.
  7. Thanks for the kind words! Glad you like it.
  8. This was my 2nd entry for the Mocathalon in the category Apocamoc. I'm quite happy with how this turned out, especially the walker. The Field Operator and his Strider. Please let me know what you think!
  9. Thanks, Eric! I definately plan on building some AT-RTs in the near future.
  10. As with all of the Community Builds, you can count me in! I actually quite like AOTC and have a few ideas for this.
  11. Very nicely done! The overall shape and design looks fairly accurate and I like the SNOT technique you used for the "nose". Great "asteroid field" as well.
  12. Thanks, Doc! And thanks for the blogging. But, those aren't Ewoks; it's Luke and Leia chasing those scout troopers. Notice their sand green outfits.
  13. Very nicely done with some beautiful details at such a small scale! Love the droid arms as...um..whatever those things are called that hold the engines.
  14. I felt a need to work smaller for my next project, so I revisited my micro-mood scale figs. After I posted my micro-mood scale Bounty Hunters, Eric W suggested I try building micro figs with vehicles. I thought speederbikes would be the perfect starting point. I didn't want to leave the faces just blank white tiles, so I cut and pasted various decal bits from sticker sheets I have. "What the...?" Please let me know what you think!
  15. I have to admit, I wasn't a huge fan of this series at first, but those bounty hunters are awesome! You've truly achieved the look of the characters using non-SW parts. Love it!
  16. Thanks for the blog! I thought about entering this in the CB, but, as you said, this didn't appear in the film. I look at it as an anti-CB entry!
  17. All that time and effort has paid off! This is mouth-watering in size and detail. The addition of that lovely SNOT LAAT is the icing on a beautiful cake.
  18. WOW! I love how you recreated the simple, angular look of this ship in the style of the original CW series. Beautiful!
  19. I actually used tan minifig arms attached to a modified plate for Jar Jar's fingers and tan tooth plates for the thumbs.
  20. Thanks! I've been building lately, just not in the Star Wars theme. Someone built LOTR figs in Moodland scale? I'll have to check that out.
  21. Beautiful work, as usual, Doc! Love the SNOT technique on the wings and the shape of the cockpit. How did you get those glowing bits around the engines?
  22. Once I knew what piece I was going to use for Obi's face, I was LOL'ing the whole time I built him.
  23. Thanks! That brick is an actual piece. I believe I ordered it on Bricklink a while ago.
  24. I think slicing his head off would've been a good way to shut him up!
  25. Very nicely done! When you look at the thumbnail, you can't even tell that some of the sections aren't the same as others.
