  1. I thought I'd share this video I made a while back because it's very relevant today. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_JvIJVAKOGg&t=9s
  2. Usually the park is a fun place to go, but for this LEGO kid, everything is going wrong...
  3. Thanks for the help! Thanks, I'll be sure to post here in the future ;)
  4. I was wondering if anybody can help me identify the element number for this head. I know LDD gives design numbers, but that's not very helpful when looking for specific prints. Thanks.
  5. Well, my Walmart is having a big Dimensions clearance so I got some good deals... I got the PS4 starter pack for $9.00, the LEGO Batman Movie story pack for $7.00, and some character packs for $3.00
  6. Wow... how much does a whole box cost?
  7. I noticed that a huge percentage of the pieces in the "Build a Minifigure" section of the LEGO store are from collectible minifigures. I'm wondering if these are just surplus parts that never made it into minifigure bags, or what? Does LEGO just send their excess parts to the LEGO stores? Just wondering if anyone knows.
  8. Hey has anyone ever bought a cape through Bricks and Pieces over the phone? I tried to get a brown one, but they said it was out of stock. I didn't ask for any other colors though.
  9. I've come across lots of techniques for removing printing online, but I'm not sure which is the best. It seems that all I've seen remove some of the shininess from the plastic. I'm working with a pair of legs from the CMF line, so they aren't that shiny to begin with. The techniques I'm the most familiar with are Brasso, toothpaste, and a pencil eraser. I'm wondering which of these is the best for leaving the plastic in good shape, and wearing off as little shininess as possible. I'm also open to other techniques. EDIT: OK, I did it with a pencil eraser and it worked pretty well. It took about 5 minutes. The shininess is nearly the same as before. I would recommend this method because you don't have to go out and buy anything and it's not too messy.
  10. I have a question: I noticed that Snoke's head, torso, and legs are listed, but say 'Out of Stock'. If I were to buy the minifigure individually, what do you think are the chances that his pieces will become available (possibly after the release of Snoke's Throne Room)? (I noticed some of the Women of Nasa parts are available, but I don't know if that counts as a licensed set.)
  11. When you take your kid to the dentist, you may want to be careful because this dentist is not the best choice.
  12. Hello. I hope this is the right thread for this topic. I made a simple tutorial on how to build a LEGO TV. It's very simple but I feel like it's a good portrayal. It's supposed to be one of those old TVs from before flat screens that everyone had in the 90's and early 2000's. Tell me what you think.
  13. Oh, I had no idea! Thanks for mentioning it. Thank you!
  14. Hello, this is a rocket that I designed to look like the standard simple rocket design. I haven't found a very strong way to attach the bottom to the main body, so if you have any suggestions for me about how to improve that, I would really appreciate it! https://image.ibb.co/iLfVLn/Simple_Rocket.png Here is a tutorial on how to build it: If you like it, feel free to support it here: https://ideas.lego.com/challenges/1b817aba-3990-4e6d-a17f-7a59a948d02f/application/fad3dc1d-9646-4621-9448-7dd85fad4bdc
  15. Well, I can say the answer to the last question is 76382. I memorized it lol
  16. Here's my latest video: Feel free to criticize it and let me know what you think!
  17. I think MICHAELHICKOXFilms is by far the best one. I also like Brotherhood Workshop. I can't really find any that come close to those two (in terms of having both humor and good animation)
  18. Hello! This is the first stop motion that I'm putting on the internet. It's really only my fourth video, so it's not perfect. Let me know what you guys think about it!
  19. Must have been just after I posted then
  20. Just noticed the leopard is available too now although it's slightly more expensive
