The left shoulder of Kingsley looks weird. It could be a cloth render or this is photoshopped. I want this to be real because of Dumbledore and Sprout but it could well be fake. The compositioning with the mandrake and the monster book is also subpar.

The delay is propably because of the Corona virus. The Lego factory in Zhejiang is in a province which is currently under quarantine and is the 4th most seriously hit province by the virus. Most of the parts for the cmfs come from this plant in China. Because of the disturbances in the supply chain this might even affect other sets and licenses soon

That D-O is way to expensive. Even on the box there is mostly empty space...

I think the picture of the Friends animal I saw was supposed to be a llama or is there also a sheep in one of the others?

There is an alternative picture where you can clearly see that it is two pieces. The helmet fits over the old beard piece.

The beard is a seperate piece from the new Viking helmet. Looks like the Santa beard in orange

The display models at the Lego World Copenhagen show that these do have wires and are basically just rebranded kits from "light my bricks" (you can see their logo on the expansion boards). Similar components are easy to get online for a fraction of the price.

Great sets! So many new recolours and I guess new prints, because some (like the printed red 2x3 and teal 1x2 tile) are used in both sets. The tan stud with bar is also a great new addition

My purist versions of Uncle Vernon and Aunt Petunia: Petunia uses the face of Edna Mode from the 2nd Disney CMF Harry and Ginny before Quidditch tryouts (added the dual-moulded legs to the old torsos): And finally Young Dumbledore and Grindelwald:

I don't usually like to cut Lego as well and I am all for purist customization. But the diameter of the snake fits perfectly in the bar stud and I just don't see any other way to recreate the snake wand/staff of Lucius right now. If you have a better idea, please share. Maybe they will release his staff in the next Harry Potter Cmf series, but until then this is the solution I'm content with.

The head seems real - printing corresponds with the usual lego quality (thickness etc.). I think they changed/adjusted their production process with the Lego Movie 2 cmf series and are propably continuing with this series. Some pieces aren't made in the chinese factory anymore. Clues are the visible torso neck marks on some of the Lego Movie 2 minifigures, while the chinese torsos from the Harry Potter series (and previous series) all had no markings. It could have been a decision they made after the subpar qualtiy of some of the Harry Potter cmfs (or for different reasons). They are now shipping the pieces seperately produced by different factories/subcontractors and sometimes prepackaged (i.e. the smaller tranparent foil packages inside the LM 2 series) to put them in the final (now larger) foil package. So maybe the head was the only piece produced for the Hades minifigure at that particular factory (the one that still had the mould for the ghost-rider head). Injection molding tools aren't cheap to produce and maintain, especially for multi-component molding like that head would require

They also produced the female vampire acolyte of Balthazar in physical form with purple crystal hair (which can be seen at 3:12 on the bottom left). As they look both like finished minifigures and not just prototypes, it's likely they will both be released in the spa set

Just2good bought the Oni pack at a Lego Store today (according to his latest haul video). So it is coming out today - at least in the States

Only the face print and torso print are new for Ollivander. Honestly I doubt he's a cmf. There haven't been any early cmf leaks since they moved the production completely to china
