Mine came with the old lightsabre hilts. Seeing as everyone's came with the old ones, I think it was a packaging mistake.

That's great! I love the Sun's LEGO promotions. Is the one with Captain Jack the boat? I hope it is, because it has a bottle in it. Thanks for sharing this valuable information!

These are excellent, everyone, well done! I want to improve my photography skills, so here's one: Treasure Hunt by Gregorovich9, on Flickr It's not strictly town themed, but it doesn't really fit into other themes. I think that by posting this on Flickr instead of Brickshelf, my images seem less grainy, and are larger.

How to upload from Flickr to Eurobricks
Gregorovich replied to Gregorovich's topic in Forum Information and Help
Thanks very much, Ricecracker and Brickdoctor! This is a lot easier, as it means I can do it all on one thing. EDIT: it's not working . When I post it here, it just comes up with the BBCode I copied from Flickr but with tags at the end and after the first line. -
How to upload from Flickr to Eurobricks
Gregorovich replied to Gregorovich's topic in Forum Information and Help
Thanks, but I forgot to mention I'm on an iPod Touch . Is it possible to upload from these? -
Those look fantastic! Well done, and thank for sharing.

I didn't want to bump the old topic by asking this, so I started a new one. So, I know how to put photos from Brickshelf to Eurobricks. However, my photos from Brickshelf are all grainy. So I made a Flickr account. I uploaded a new photo to Flickr, and an old one from Brickshelf to Flickr. The one on Flickr was much larger and better quality. However, when I tried to upload it to Eurobricks, it came up with "You are not allowed to use this image extension on this board." Could someone please explain to me the correct way to upload from Flickr? Thanks in advance .

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 5 discussion
Gregorovich replied to eiker86's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I honestly don't know what you're talking about. The plastic is a little softer, but it still works. I mix and match with my CM's all the time, and all that's ever happened is that once or twice a small crack has appeared on their arm. I would much rather have these excellent minifigures made from Chinese plastic, than have none at all. -
Why, oh why couldn't it be collectable minifigures ! But this is a good offer.

Guy in the US gets caught stealing 10K of Lego
Gregorovich replied to lightningtiger's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Wow. But who could blame him ? Seriously though, 10K?! I don't know what was going through his head when he thought he'd ever get away with stealing that much. Thanks, LightningTiger for sharing this. -
LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 5 discussion
Gregorovich replied to eiker86's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Thanks. I'm glad that the Cavewoman's hair is dark orange. This gives me a chance to add to my red-headed minifigures. By "dark reddish brown" I meant the colour of the Nurse's hair. I'm sorry that every time I ask a question about colours they're so confusing, it's just I'm not good at all with the colour names . -
Thanks, Bonaparte! This is looking amazing. There's so many lovely details. Some people are complaint that the town house is a bit empty (which it is) but you could move the furniture from the petshop into the townhouse. That way you'd have a full house, and a petshop with a spare room. The dog is a nice surprise, as I wasn't expecting a new print at all, and the recoloured fish is brilliant. Although, one of the pictures is a little distasteful. The petshop owner is frying the tropical fish! I feel silly asking this, but what happened to him?

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 5 discussion

Thanks for the new photos, iElkie! I'm becoming more fond of these minifigures now. I like that, other than the rather disappointing Dancer, none of the female heads are the usual open-mouth grin. I especially like the Zookeeper's bored face - a nice addition to the female minifigure expressions. There's some really nice prints on the torsos, too. I still can't work of if the Zookeeper's hair is reddish brown or dark reddish brown, or if the Cavewoman's hair is dark orange or some other colour. Can anyone else? Anyway, I'm starting to look forward to these. -
Mafia School: Fabuland Housewives
Gregorovich replied to Hinckley's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
I'm quite disappointed that I didn't get in, but that's life. I look forward to watching this game! Seeing as I didn't get into this game, I might try to get into Quarryman's game. Will I still be allowed to, even if I didn't do well in Sandy's Mafia School? -
Thanks for the great review! The photos are excellent, with interesting commentary. The set's alright, but nothing too special. An interior would improve it. Thanks again!

It is a little early to discuss this, seeing as we only got the first image yesterday . Anyway, the next Winter Village shop is supposedly going to be a post office, so that kind of rules that out. And most of the modulars have had flowers, so I don't see why that would mean anything.

TazmandVl1 has posted a few more images in his flicker stream (link). Sorry if it's already been posted. Thanks, TazmandVl1!

Impressive display, SilentMode! I agree with everyone else, the deli is fantastic. Even the guy with the board outside it is great! The other buildings are great, too. Well done, and thanks for sharing!

Thanks for the great review! The photos are beautiful and so clear. Could you possibly take more of the figures (like if they have back printing or dual-sided heads or something) and the animals please? Thanks in advance. The set looks excellent. I like how it's not Lion Knight related in any way, and that it's more focused on civilians. There's a lot of nice new or recoloured parts, and no DSS! The figures look lovely from what I can see, and the new chickens and goats are fantastic. The buildings look great from the outside, but I think that the barn is too empty inside. Thanks again, Donut!

Grogall, you're a saint! And thanks also to Edward Slade for posting the first link. This certainly lives up to my expectations! There seems to be a lot of fantastic interior details, including what I believe to be the first ever official toilet. There's a lot of lovely recoloured moulds, including an orange fish. The techniques are also clever, like the flag used as a paint smear. I love the colouring on the townhouse, too. I can't wait to see more photos of this stunning set. Thanks again for the pictures!

Interesting... How did you find this out? I hope it's good, and has a good male:female minifigure ratio, and has a lots of nice parts. Thanks for sharing this with us!

Thank you very much for this fantastic review! I'm surprised at how early this has arrived, but very happy. The photos are very nice and clear, too. The set is fantastic! The minifigures are amazing - a new female and elderly head, the new awesome aliens, and the great scientist with that hairpiece in dark tan. Do any of them have dual-sided heads? If so, could you photograph them? There's a lot of good play features, and the truck looks very good. It's also good to see the Nurse's needle used in a set. The saucer is great, and the jet is nice. Thanks again for the review!

Well, first of all, Quirrell has never officially appeared in flesh. Second of all, this doesn't belong in the Minifigure Customization Workshop. I think a Mod. should move this to either the Licensed themes or Buy/Sell/Trade forums.

If you're up to it, please do a review! Thanks.
