  1. I know. I just meant that it's appeared in 6 films, not 5 .
  2. Lovely MOC, Mariko! The facade is very nice, and I love the eye-sign. The interior details are very nice. I think that the surgery could use some more furniture (more machines perhaps? An area for the staff?), but the Artist's apartment is packed with excellent features. Well done, and thanks for sharing!
  3. I have to prove you wrong there - Privet Drive has a tiny slot at the beginning of DH part 1 as well as the first five . I too really hope that we have another wave. A wave as good as the 2010 one would be brilliant, but I'd settle for at least one more small wave. I'd also love it if there was one more exclusive, like the Ministry of Magic or Grimmauld Place.
  4. I think that they were an April Fool's day joke on The Brother's-Brick. Also, LEGO would never make a homeless person minifigure. I hope they never do, because IMO it would be rather sad and even offensive to certain people.
  5. I noticed that on the S@H page for the Birthaday Planner Kit that it says it features "exclusive birthday themed minifigures". Does anyone know what these minifigures are? And do they have any new parts?
  6. Well done, Lego-Maniac! Everything about it is perfect, even the minifigs' outfits and expressions. I'm sure it will look amazing next to Louloute's, but it's still a masterpiece on it's own. Well done, and thanks for sharing!
  7. Excellent layout, Bachus! I have to admit, I'm very jealous...
  8. If they had those here I'd buy from them - depending on the sets and the price. If they were selling the promos that we usually only get with the free newspaper promotions once a year, I'd get it if it was one of them that I like. If it was CM's, though, I wouldn't purchase from there, seeing as you couldn't feel the bag to guess what's inside. Thanks for reporting this!
  9. Thanks for the first part of the review! The photos are well position and aren't too blurry, but I find they're a little dark. Would it be possible to brighten them up? Thanks. The set is beautiful. I really hope to get it some day, but I don't have the cash ! The buildings are so beautiful, and there's lots of lovely recoloured parts. The fish is also in a lovely new orange colour, and the cat has a new face print .
  10. Thanks very much! The set is so beautiful, I just wish I had the money for it ! If I did get it, I'd move the kitchenette, the table and the chair into the 2nd floor of the townhouse, and the bed and lamp into the 3rd floor of the townhouse. Then I'd move the stuff that was originally from the townhouse's 2nd and 3rd floors into the Petshop's. I'd still like to see a review from an EB member, that way I could understand the commentary.
  11. Great work, HeLena! I'm surprised at how many beautiful features you fit into that 8x8 vig, especially the lovely house. The story is nice, but I'm not sure people play electric guitars in the middle of the street to their sweetheart... Well done, and thanks for sharing!
  12. Welcome to EB! I'm sure you'll enjoy your time here, and I look forward to seeing you around the forums. And well done on that nice MOC!
  13. Welcome to Eurobricks! It's great to see you've already made plenty of great MOC's, and I too love history. I'm sure you'll have a great time here, and I hope you stay here for a while (unlike a lot of the new members here seem to be ).
  14. Thanks for the excellent review, Whitefang! The set is absolutely amazing considering it's size. The globe, bottles, map, compass, bones, goblet and fantastic minifigures in a £10 set sounds good to me! Although I only usually buy sets containing female minifigures, I'm sure I'll pick this up seeing as Jack and the Yoeman Zombie both have hairpieces that could be used for females, plus they're prints are brilliant. Thanks again for the review!
  15. I get lots of different themes. If there's parts or minifigs that interest ms in a set, I don't care what theme it's from. Although, sometimes I wish I could stick to just one theme, so that I could have a large co-ordinated layout.
  16. Nice work! I like the scaffolding idea, and the ruined look of the building. The sepia-toned photos are also a very nice touch. Well done, and thanks for sharing! And welcome to Eurobricks!
  17. It looks very good so far, L-Space! I always liked your little dwarves WIP signs. I look forward to the finished model. Well done!
  18. Nice vignette, Duke! I like the overgrown look of the area, and you chose appropriate heads for the scene. Well done!
  19. Wow! Not only is the Rancor fantastic, but the surroundings are also great. I just love the design of the Rancor! Well done, and thanks for sharing!
  20. I doubt that there's going to be an HP minifigure collection, but I'd really love that! I think what it means by "sold separately" is that they are sold in the sets. On the official description of the FF set, it says it comes with an owl. In the picture though, I can't seem to find it. Does it really come with one, or is it just a common error?
  21. Well Done Rick and Def! Unfortunately I've not had the pleasure of playing alongside you yet, but you obviously deserve this. Congratulations, and well done!
  22. Thanks for the new pictures! The shop is a bit too empty I think. Do the cupboards have anything in them? The cafe is too plain. Why do they have a menu, but serve nothing from it ? Again, does the cupboard have anything in it? Thanks again!
  23. Who doesn't love to shoot teddies that represent repulsive chest-busters with a nerf gun? I've actually been surprised at what some people look like. I might upload a photo of myself, but I hate getting my picture taken!
  24. Welcome to EB, I'm sure you'll have a lot of fun here. And nice avatar !
  25. Thanks for the great review, RubeusHagrid! Other than the picture of the female, the photography is crystal-clear. Well done! I like this set a lot more than when I first saw it. The surf shop and cafe are both nice (would it be possible to get more photos of their interiors? Thanks!), but I think they lack a few things (food in the cafe, some more items in the shop). The boat is nice, though, and the minifigures are great. I was pleasantly surprised that they included two brand new torsos, and I like that they've put the rare-ish black PoP hair in. I wish that the Coastguard actually looked like one, though, and I feel that the female fig is just too common (the usual female face, the old ponytail in brown, blue legs and a common-ish torso?). It has it's faults, but overall is a very nice set. Thanks again for the review!
