  1. I'm not sure we should. Mr. Gold was a true chase figure, as were the Classic Police Officer and Percival Graves, though slightly less egregious in execution. 2-per-case figures seems more like LEGO not doing the case pack correctly, and I don't think the 2-per waves were malicious, just incorrectly gauging figure popularity. They seem to have settled on there being three sets in a case, thankfully.
  2. Not my pic, but I was gonna do it as soon as I had her in-hand anyway. Yeah, I'll be checking Brickseek a couple of times a day until I get my grubby hands on them.
  3. They've had the hat for it for the last 5 years.
  4. There's a review over on stonewars.de. The face print on the mummy looks to be pretty badly out of register. Whether it's just a bad one, they're all lousy, or it's just the pitfalls of macro-photography pointing out flaws you likely won't see even with good eye sight remains to be seen.
  5. That's my thinking.
  6. Officially in Walmart's computer, but none around here has them in stock yet. SKU: 736691856
  7. A head purported to be Hidden Side in origin has popped up on Instagram. It's a fleshtone (print test run?) skull with a bandage on its cheek, hinting it to be Mr. Elton/El Fuego.
  8. Canonically speaking, S.14's Tiger Woman was turned into a tiger-human hybrid by means of an artifact. She is NOT a costumed character. That aside, I do much appreciate those lists!
  9. It looks better, but it's still not as nice as the low-viz scheme in the render.
  10. They've got them on the LEGO shop page. Gettin' close! https://www.lego.com/en-us/product/series-19-71025
  11. I was just going to mention that. The prints are awfully similar. The print on two different colored heads is particularly interesting, but doesn't necessarily denote a CMF release. Perhaps a callback for use in another theme? We'll see, though. Maybe that eye patch head we saw IS a future CMF after all.
  12. I suspect that will be explained in the bio, once the series is released.
  13. Hmm, we sussed out the names pretty well. Mummy Queen, eh? Guess I got to go find a Mummy Pharaoh, then. Ouch, my achin' wallet.
  14. The one in the Brick Shack video of S.19 sure looks like the FatB one. Man, that's weak as hell, LEGO.
  15. Ah, I don't mind that face print so much after all. The rest is pretty much still a step backwards.
  16. Yeah, there were a couple that struck me as really being better suited with a big fig.
  17. Found this list on the Chan, with no sources provided. Only posting it for the sake of discussion: Batman Superman Wonder Woman Robin Guy Gardener Wally West Aquaman Green Arrow The Atom Zatanna Joker Lex Luthor Ares Harley Quinn Atrocitus Mirror Master King Shark Merlyn Deathstroke Bizarro
  18. Oh, they definitely can, but lately they haven't. That was a pretty clever move, though I don't think we'll be getting a female analogue.
  19. Yeah, the render design is a lot better. I'm also not sure if the sickly, unmasked Vader look of the face is intentional, or just LEGO's inability to print light-on-dark properly. Guess we'll have to wait and see.
  20. You know, I thought the printing looked feminine as well. Might pick up a spare because of that. Hmmm, indeed. Last minute design change, I imagine. Hopefully there's not an actual variation.
  21. This would be quite helpful if Walmart hadn't taken to just emptying the initial allotment of cases into a wire bin. By the time I see an unadulterated case, I'll have long since bought what I needed. It's a kindness before the reaming they plan to give us for the 10th anniversary next year.
  22. I saw that. It could be, but I would have hoped they would have actually copied the Screaming Chicken, and not just did their own design.
  23. The seatbelt catch....belt is a pretty interesting, and probably telling, design choice.
