  1. Found the DC Superheroes CMF wave at Walmart today. They were in the display set up for the Trolls line. Price was $3.44, so I grabbed the three I wanted.
  2. Killer series, Robert8. Not a one that I would take a pass on.
  3. Krampus is outstanding. Probably a good calling going with a lump of coal over a fistful of switches, too.
  4. That Not-so-zwarte Piet is perfect.
  5. That Scrooge is nice. They're all really good thus far, and they definitely make me wish LEGO would do a winter themed CMF one of these years.
  6. It's in a black terrarium in the attic of the bookstore building. just2good's video on youtube gives a nice look at it @ 1:25.
  7. We're off to a fine start!
  8. Awww, yessss! *rubs hands together*
  9. Possibly, but I was under the impression that the backlash over the Chinese New Year sets had put a stop to regional exclusivity.
  10. Was it actually cancelled? I just thought it was a rumor that didn't pan out.
  11. I'd chalk it up to a design change made after it was too late for LEGO to update. Given the lead times required for toy production, I'm surprised it doesn't happen more often than it does, really.
  12. Huh, that makes me want a Nancy Drew CMF. Bonita Granville Nancy, though, none of those modern ones.
  13. This. There are a couple of pieces I'm really interested to see used elsewhere.
  14. Sold on that mail plane, no doubt. Might grab the safari 4x4 for the parrot and stump suit.
  15. I was a G.I. Joe kid, and the flying helicopters takes me right back to a similar concept from the Joe line. I definitely get why AFOLs would be against them, though.
  16. [JoeDirt]Daaaannnng![/JoeDirt] That's actually a really good idea, though I do expect that head piece to get reused in the CMF line.
  17. Looks like a ghost has actually leaked. Red flannel with suspenders on the torso, has the red trapper cap from last year's Arctic wave, and ghost tail "legs" in red and clear.
  18. Looks like there's a centaur-like piece in the Trolls line, fellas. Also a new minifigure head in the Ninjago line, with what appears to be a removable visor. It kind of looks like the werewolf head in a metallic or pearl pink.
  19. Ya know, the DC Super Hero Girls Lashina minidoll had a hair piece that kinda-sorta passes for an ancient Greek style. I wouldn't mind seeing it get a recolor in the CMF line. I think a "Hollywood" Praetorian guardsman would be a nice opportunity to break out the Roman galea and scutum molds again. I'm surprised we haven't gotten a dark elf yet, tbh.
  20. I know enough German to know what flugzeug means! A Hidden Side plane sounds nice to me. Also looks like a subway station, a lighthouse, a dune buggy and a....ghost fair? Next year could be pretty great. Speaking of next year, there's a black and reddish-brown version of Jake's hoodie on Instagram, though it seems like it's for the Ninjago line.
  21. Huh, that seems to me an odd place to put it, but okay. *shrugs*
  22. Yup, definitely looks like it's meant to be Errol from the Harry Potter line.
  23. It;s being reported over in the Harry Potter thread that a new bulldog (floppy ears and a red collar) and owl have leaked. I've yet to find said leaks, but thought I'd mention it anyhow.
  24. I agree they should just do the centaur piece already, but would mention that the centaurs in the the Harry Potter films were largely relegated to their absconding with Dolores Umbridge. They excised Firenze in toto, which is where the easiest/most logical justification for the piece could be made. I suspect that it's too early for image leaks, though I imagine the design process is well underway, and that control art exists. An All Star series could be alright, but I agree it's better having new ideas, so hearing that the All Star concept is largely off the table is nice.. I think we're all expecting the chase concept to be done again. This is true. Most places charge between $3.97 (Wal-Mart) and $3.99 (Pretty much everywhere else). Then they add the sales tax, which as you mentioned, varies by state. My state also has an optional (though seldom unlevied) city/municipal tax.
  25. The Flying Monkeys from TLBM used them as well. That bike mold debuted in the Outdoor Adventures people pack.
