  1. You’ve been awarded ( 4 ) points. Judges’ comments… This was a great step up for you. Really enjoyed the detailing in the floor and the capes hanging as drapes. ALso, the burning lamp with the flame design built into the wall, great touch! Nice Work! Pictures are definitely getting better, keep working at it! Be Sure to Update Your AARs. Thanks for playing!
  2. You’ve been awarded ( 3 ) points. Judges’ comments… The beach texturing here is really awesome! Love the way you came up from the water and might even steal this texturing idea for myself. That said, there isn't a whole lot of other stuff to look at and the pictures were a little fuzzy. Try picking up a light source or using natural outdoor lighting! Be Sure to Update Your AARs. Thanks for playing!
  3. You’ve been awarded ( 7 ) points. Judges’ comments… This build had potential to be something really special but it was just a hair too small to fit the detail here. The vehicle is nice, the entrance is very detailed, and you did a nice job layering the landscape. Next time I'd suggest starting with a 48x48 baseplate. Same thing again with the lighting. Definitely getting better. Be Sure to Update Your AARs. Thanks for playing!
  4. You’ve been awarded ( 8 ) points. Judges’ comments… So differing from Marvelboys build, I think your build is just a hair too big. You could have compressed this into a little bit of a smaller build or maybe utilized the open space a little more. The pictures display a lot of open unused space. Barring that, this is awesome. I love the design of the building and the water cannon. You did a really great job with everything here! Be Sure to Update Your AARs. Thanks for playing!

  10. Minifig cat released this series with the last year. This takes Lego weaponry to a whole new level. This is a great series with a ton of potential for future expansion. Great Brick War- Minifigcat Modular Weapon Series by Jesse Beeze, on Flickr Currently they offer 3 base platforms- AR base, Mp5, Scar Great Brick War- Minifigcat Modular Weapon Series by Jesse Beeze, on Flickr You'll see in the photo of all of the customs I made that you have the ability to mix and match parts across platforms and a multitude of colors. The most interesting is the magazine compatibility across all 3 platforms to allow you to make weapons chambered in different rounds. I have hopes that they expand on this line in the future. The ability to add scopes to the SCAR and AR could easily ruin tiny tactical if minifigcat starts producing a variety of scopes, front rails, stocks or other platforms like AKs or the 249 Great Brick War- Minifigcat Modular Weapon Series by Jesse Beeze, on Flickr _---------------_ Update as of 5/16/20 I guess this is a case of "ask and you shall receive". Minifigcat released a series of sights and scopes for their modular weapon system. The set includes a Holosight (EO tech), a red dot (Aimpoint), and a magnified sight (Similar to an ACOG). They come in a whole range if colors to match the weapons. They have released accessory kits for all three of their weapon lines (MP5, AR, SCAR). The MP5 Accessory kit comes with a rail front end which has a hole on it for attachments (though the grab is not great), 3 new Mags which appear to be a bigger caliber, and new style stock. Interesting to note that the new front end has a muzzle small enough for suppressors. The AR accessory kit comes with a new railed front end (also with a hole for attachments and much better grab than the MP5), a light/laser/PEQ item for the rails (can fit on the older rail as well), a hexagonal curved suppressor, P-Mag, and a new style stock. The SCAR Accessory kit comes with a new style stock, an Aimpoint Micro/T1, Drum Mag, P-Mag, and a new Front end with a grenade launcher attached. What's interesting about all of these items is that they are not only interchangeable with the older parts, but you can also mix and match some parts across platforms. I am glad to see that they are really adding to this series as the possibilities are endless. Now all we need is an AK platform. Below are some of the variations I quickly put together. Feel free to drop any questions you may have. 11. The stories were taken down as players have largely developed their own stories through their builds. There is a ton of information in all of the builds. If you're looking for something in particular let us know so we can help you find it!
  12. Very nice! Only recommendation would be maybe a little flap over some the track in the front.
  13. This is a small database to keep track of reviews that have been completed: Backpacks / Rucks / Assault Packs - Third Parties Minifigcat Modular Series - Plate Carriers / Chest rigs and pouches Minifigcat Modular Weapon Series Boonie Hat Comparison
  14. Third Party Rucks, Back Packs, Assault Packs This is my review of the current range of backpacks, rucks, satchels, and assault packs that I currently own. I did not include any of the original lego packs as everyone knows the deal there. Also, I did not include any tinytactical packs as they require gluing/modification. I realize this may not be a complete list but hopefully this will be a decent enough review / guide to help some of you in your future purchases. You are all welcome to add others below that I may not have here. Great Brick War- Backpack Items by Jesse Beeze, on Flickr (REAR PICTURE BELOW) 1. Brick Warriors - Radio Pack - This is a fairly new design that has come out within the last 2 years or so from Brickwarriors offered in a few different colors. There is a single stud attachment point on the back which is compatible with several different brands of vests and plate carriers. https://www.brickwarriors.com/radio-pack/ 2. Brick Forge - Backpack - This pack from Brickforge is a very generalized backpack with a clip hook on each side for accessories or weapons. Unfortunately this pack is an around the neck attachment point so it can't be used with vests and plate carriers. https://brickforge.com/products/backpack?_pos=1&_sid=7e2004e5d&_ss=r 3. Minifigcat - BP17 - This is a modern day assault pack. It has a carry handle and some molle webbing on it. There are 2 bumps protruding from the sides which I don't know what they are for, but in the past minifigcat has introduced products in waves so it is possible these could be used to attach items in the future. The pack attaches by way of a single stud and has cut outs to fit on their plate carrier attachments. https://www.minifigcat.com/shop/Categories-c-4/Armor-and-Shield/backpack-bp17/ 4. Minifigcat - BF16 - This is their original pack which has been around for a while. It is a modern pack with some webbing on it that attaches by way of a single stud. This pack has 2 features that none of the others do: 1. It actually opens up and you can fit something tiny in it 2. It is made of a rubbery material instead of a hard plastic. Available in several colors. https://www.minifigcat.com/shop/Categories-c-4/Armor-and-Shield/Backpack-BF16-c-859/ 5. Brick Warriors - British Knapsack - A more traditional approach to backpacks / rucks with this one. This is an older model of gear but still does the trick for modern applications. There is an added bonus of 2 attachment hooks on each side of the pack to clip on accessories. The downside of this pack is that it is a around the neck design which does not allow it to be used with vests and plate carriers. https://www.brickwarriors.com/british-knapsack/ 6. Brick Forge - Rucksack - This is a great pack not based on any one design in particular. It looks like it was designed generally to be used in any era. The bag has some great features (in addition to being available in a lot of colors)- It has 2 of the brick forge attachment points on it so you can trick it out with other pouches, canteens, or hook clips from them. It also has a general carry handle so minifigs can carry them. This features brickforges stud/attachment point system so you can use it with most vests and plate carriers, but you can also attach it to shoulder slings and other items in Brickforges proprietary line of items. The bag also features a bottom cut out groove for use with Brick Forge's tac belts (I imagine it will fit the minifig cat ones also) and the attachable Sleeping bag / bed rolls to the belts. https://brickforge.com/collections/storage/products/rucksack 7. Brick Forge - Satchel - This is a small pack available in a ton of colors. This is an old school pouch that can also be used in a modern application (they look great on plate carriers). This features brickforges stud/attachment point system so you can use it with most vests and plate carriers, but you can also attach it to shoulder slings and other items in Brickforges proprietary line of items. https://brickforge.com/products/satchel?_pos=1&_sid=c9a25dcae&_ss=r 8. Brick Warriors - Rucksack - Also an older model from WWI/II era but again will still get the job done on a modern look too. This has a single stud attachment point so it is perfect for use with vests and plate carriers. Added bonus of a clip hook on each side of the pack. https://www.brickwarriors.com/rucksack/ 9. Minifigcat - BPE07 - This is an interesting pack that I decided to include here which some might argue it shouldn't be. The pack is designed to replicate the rear mounted power packs on Star Wars Battle Droids. Hear me out, when you stick this thing on a plate carrier it very much resembles a modern day slim pack with a small antenna for comms. It is available in minifigcat's full color assortment and attaches by way of a single stud. It's worth checking out. https://www.minifigcat.com/shop/Categories-c-4/Armor-and-Shield/backpack-bpe07/ Great Brick War- Backpack Items by Jesse Beeze, on Flickr

  16. I wouldn't rule out micro builds, but I'd say that you would need to be pretty damn creative in order to be consistently active with using those only.
  17. You’ve been awarded ( 4 ) points. Judges’ comments… Okay so you had a lot of interesting things going on here. The small brick dock house with the little exhaust vent on the wall was so simple and awesome at the same time. It was a great detail stuck in there. The next thing that I really liked was your stairs leading down to the water. I've never seen stairs done like that before and may possibly steal that technique for the future. I really liked this build a lot. The pictures could have benefited from some better lighting but overall, I think you really nailed this one. Good Job! Be Sure to Update Your AARs. Thanks for playing!
  18. You’ve been awarded (3) points. Judges’ comments… This was a very cool build, perhaps your best yet. Your small range of buildings had a mixed feeling between the middle east and something out of a post apocalyptic star wars. Loved the tank and the overall way you laid things out here. Only thing I could suggest really would be to clean off that lens and get your self some better lighting for your pictures to really let your details shine a bit. Great job! Be Sure to Update Your AARs. Thanks for playing!
  19. You’ve been awarded ( 3) points. Judges’ comments… This was a cool build with A LOT going on. It had potential to be something really big here but fell just a little short with the lack of detail. You reached maybe a little too far with your overall size of the build and your ability to fill in the space dwindled. I liked the ideas and the flow but next time scale it down a little bit if you can't fill it up. Be Sure to Update Your AARs. Thanks for playing!
